If u have read the Social contract by the likes of John Locke,you will understand that Laws are created,because they dont exist on their own...Someone makes laws to control certain aspect of a thing...Infact,the main objective of every law is to "CONTROL".....
Just like humans made laws to control themselves,it doesnt occur to u that the Person who made the Universe has put certain Laws into place to Control His creation?
