This is one of the lamest articles I've come across. What has Europe got to do with rice production?! Even Europe imports most of its rice. Even a primary five pupil knows that over 90% of rice imported into Nigeria comes from Asia yet there's no mention of Thailand, India, Indonesia et al in the article.

What a lame article!

Can you please tell us what exactly you are doing to ensure that your country catches up with.

You can't continue to compare us with countries whose citizens have taken the destiny of their country into their own hands.

Here we blame the government for everything from bad weather to a cheating spouse. We would continue to have the same problems as long as we fail to do our own part.

I'm not sure of the source of your information but I know that:
1. The bomb has not even been manufactured
2. It is not the most powerful bomb ever madw.
3. The Soviet Union made a 50 megaton bomb in the early sixties which was approximately 1570 times more powerful than the the bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

The government through Prof. Sagay made it clear that they have recovered a little over N115bn and that they have frozen assets worth about N1.9 trillion.

They also made it clear that they cannot touch the frozen assets because the courts have not made a pronouncement on them.

The only other pace in Nigeria where anything similar to a "Lagos" could ever emerge is currently being ravaged by Militancy and insecurity. By the time you come to the realization that Lagos is a self sustaining state that runs its own destiny independent of the Federal Government, I pray it wouldn't be too late for you by then.

If only you were sincere, you would say the whole truth, because we all know that the only issue you have with Lagos is because it is located in Yorubaland. If the same scenario was to play itself out somewhere in the East, you wouldn't be here calling nigerians or blacks politically inept or administratively challenged people. Moreover, if your people lack admin skills, my people definitely do not.

You just destroyed your brilliant response by ending it with the same "your people", "my people" argument you were trying to counter.
We all look forward to the day when Nigerians will make their point without the usual ethnic and religious bigotry.
