this is wat many ignorant ppl on this forum don't know. Ever since news broke out that Douye is d flagbearer of pdp, d street has bin moody. If u sample opinion on the street of yenagoa, 8 out of 10 will tell u it's Alaibe de want. Dickson greed and his quest to make GEJ irrelevant in the state is just d reason for this. He's going to the senate next year cuz senator Ewrujadkpor is likely to b d deputy to douye diri, the BYSIEC will conduct another senatorial election for Dickson to win. I just pity civil servants in DAT state.

Sylva is backing David Lyon! Had sylva done so in the last election,PDP would have been gone long ago! For the fact that David Lyon defeated a known senator shows how popular he is! Don't also forget he comes from the biggest LGA in Bayelsa southern ijaw...

after looking at who PDP presented and that of APC, Its quite clear that David Lyon will come out victorious barring any unforseen circumstances!

I have been to kogi several times the only governor that have at least serve the people was Audu.. The problem of Kogi is not today only in kogi you will see someone working in a local government,working with the state government and stating in Nyaya working with the Chinese there

am not talking about the past....what has happened has happened but repeating the same thing or referring to kogi's problem as a result of its past will never move them forward!

I was at Bayelsa 2 years ago when the then commissioner of info was interviewed and happily proclaimed that the gas turbine is now working and will start powering the state....as I speak to you right now, that turbine is yet to be fixed and power is like a luxury in that state!
Now imagine if you believed such proclamation, you would think there is uninterrupted power supply in Bayelsa!

If indeed you are not in support of him,you should have kept an open mind rather than believe what comes out of his own media team!

i made mention of osun because you were trying fruitlessly to use the words of the former governor of osun state to justify that of the kogi state governor who said he owes no one anyone any salaries!

One thing i know for sure is during the time of the former governor of osun state,civil servants were paid 60% - 80% of their salaries and this was verified by the former deputy governor who is now governor during the osun state governorship debate!

One thing am quite sure of is that Yahaya bello is owing workers a backlog of salaries which keeps increasing everyday despite the bail out funds and paris club funds given to the kogi state government!

Like i said,dont believe what comes out from the media of that government...go there and see for yourself!

This is not politics...the people of Kogi state deserve a better leader not a draconian ruler!
