Do you have any stone wall evidence that R kelly sexually assaulted the accuser?
If you have none,please do me a favour by keeping a neutral stance and let the court do their job!
Would you feel good if your own brother was accused and put into prison for a crime he didn't do and was never given a fair hearing in court?
Why judge someone based on the testimony on one person which is the accuser!

This is the reason why the likes of EFCC first report an allegation before prosecution on the media...that's because they know that your likes won't even seek for proof but follow the bandwagon of accusers!

Court cannot handle most cases, that doesn't mean that rapist have to go scot free.

He is neither a fraudster or thief in the eyes of the court even though he never paid
back as he promised. The court doesn't even know he exists. That doesn't mean he is to be trusted.

I am sure there are hundreds of "innocent" people in jail for fraud, robbery or
even murder but you won't find a single soul defending a regular robber, ritualist or murderer
with "false accusation" excuse when they get reported in the news even though it is possible
that they are falsely being accused.


But in case of rape, certain people get worked up because false accusation cases exist.
These same people will agree when you name certain politicians and call them corrupt
without evidence but would be quick to ask for "concrete" evidence when a rape victim come forward.

When the Catholic church was embroiled is sex abuse scandals, I didn't see the pro-rapist group
demand for solid evidence from the young boys who were victims.

If we use the standard of criminal evidence, the Catholic priest actually did nothing wrong
because the altar boys didn't have "evidence" to prove their case just testimonies.

When last did you ask for evidence when a politician in the other camp is reported stolen in the papers?
Did you create several posts talking about innocent until proven guilty?
Chances are that you automatically call for their head and berated those who doubt the charges.

You can now see that you don't really believe in innocence until proven, you are just saving your own head.

Unless you are saying you dont trust the legal system to do what is required which is rather unfortunate!
The instance i have raised is just little compared to what many have faced for false accusations and R.kelly is no exception to that unless you have substantial evidence to prove otherwise!

Question:Do you have any other evidence aside the testimony of the accuser against R kelly?
If you don't have any,i urge you to take a sit as an observer and keep a neutral stance!

You don't expect the court to give a verdict based on hearsay or confession from just any one based on emotions....If that happens,then no man is safe in this world!

Let the court,despite the trust deficiency you have for them,do what they were appointed to do...we are not in a stone age where people are declared guilty by just mere accusations or speculations from anyone!

Am actually shocked by the reactions that an "allegation" is generating esp from well educated celebrities who should know that one is innocent until the person is pronounced guilty!

Same happened to Star actor Steven seagal who was accused last year by a lady to have sexually abused her 30 years ago....ofcourse steven seagal denied it and the story has died a natural death since then!

The worse is the daughter who should have kept silent rather than saying what she doesn't know simply because of the hatred she has for her father as seen in the post!

I still remember a picture message I saw some years ago about a football player who was accused of sexually assaulting a lady and was jailed!
After 12 years,this same lady goes to court asking the judge to drop the charges and acquit the football player!
Her reason was that she had lied all this time and the player never raped her!
You can imagine how the guy felt after spending 12 years in prison for a crime that he never committed!

I am not in any way trying to condone sexual abuse from anyone....however,we must be very careful how we react to accusations from rape victims....Let the court do their job!
