For the umpteenth time,d mismanagement was discovered during his time as ptf chairman...it was only brought to the public domain wen former president Obasanjo set up a judicial panel of inquiry to probe the ptf missing funds...and that was after Abacha's reign as military head of state!

wen obasanjo was sworn in as president in 1999,He set up a judicial panel to probe ptf...they later confirmed through their report that funds worth billions were missing...hope i have answered that for you?

That GEj refused to prosecute currupt officials during his tenure has created a big issue in babas corruption fight. It has expanded the scale at which the new government has to investigate.
But like a wise man, he is taking it step by step. Let the fresh yam eaters get cleared and sent to prison, then we can look at the old yam eaters. Looking at everything at ones will be disorderly and stressful. Look at the work EFCC is going through and we never enter NNPC, customs immigration and co.
