Oyo n pee Omoluabi pinbele He is really frustrated. He is losing it big in Oyo State, party loyalists moving to Accord party to challenge his anointed candidate which he promised to name this January but yet to. Another headache is the political party He is going to contest his presidential ambition, Fayose had said they will never allow him in PDP. He won't escape EFCC after his tenure, he indebted oyo state, majority of the land he grabbed will be questioned, hidden state money will be unveil. "Oyo npe o" has changed the polical calculation of 2027 in Oyo State and PDP will be heavily hit. |

AMINDA: Congratulations, Nigeria. We are now back to the dark days of do-or-die politics, characteristic of the Obasanjo era. Very shameful comment to be coming from an Ambassador-designate. These are the people Tinubu is empowering in the Southwest while proper omoluabis are tagged as betrayers.
P:S: Those who think Seyi Makinde will cower and support Tinubu in 2027 are on a long thing.
Obasanjo said in 2007 during campaign that "the next election will be do or die affair". He even boasted in open campagn in Akure and made a threat against Mimiko that EFCC will pick him up, just because Mimiko left PDP to contest in LP against Agagu. Obaseki also used the phrase " do or die affair" for 2024 Edo gubernatorial election. So what is new here? https://www.thecable.ng/edo-guber-election-is-a-do-or-die-affair-says-obaseki/amp/ |

Politics › Re: Untold Story Of What Happened Between Makinde And Tinubu In The Villa - Fayose by opes: 3:19am On Jan 23 |
DeLaRue: I suspect there is a Chief of Staff - Wike - Fayose loop. That group is in the innermost belly of the Presidency.
Mr Fayose is probably the public face of that group. He does the dirty job that needs to be done.
The disclosure of a N50 billion (N30 billion) Federal government gift that the Oyo State Governor did not disclose to his people for over a year is one such dirty job, and it was very effective.
It has basically destroyed any hope that Governor has of contesting for the Presidency.
Notably, Mr Fayose made a statement in his Channels interview that many appear not to notice. He said the Governor will not produce a successor. That means whoever the Governor presents will not win the next Governorship election.
That's serious. They are out for the Governor.
It is no surprise the Governor went to meet the President to seek a soft landing. Seems that effort did not yield the right result for him.
Don't mess around with a Nigerian President that knows how to use power. You are correct regarding Fayose. Makinde will not produce a successor in Oyo, he saw it himself with event that happened last weekend at liberty stadium. Fayose also said that Makinde will never get the ticket in PDP for his presidential ambition, that he can contest in another party but they won't allow him in PDP. |

chrisooblog: Toor! Pesin wey headbutt fellow teammate.
Let's not forget during the AFCON 2000 finals he punched a Cameroonian player who tackled him roughly. Had VAR existed then would definitely have been sent off yet he goes around pontificating. The late Mark Aku was the sport minister then, Oliseh was very rude to him, when they asked him to apologise for his action, he publicly said the minister was not older than him, he refused. The problem he created in super eagles goalkeeper department affected the team for many years before Nwabali came over. In the video, he was talking of the dwindling fortune of the team and inability to qualify for AFCON and worldcup. Did he forget he was the coach when the team failed to qualify for 2017 AFCON, before SIasia could turned things around, it was too late. Yes, we lost the playoff to DR congo via a penalties, Oliseh as a coach lost to the same DR Congo. All what he accused Osimhen of, he did the same, even worst as a player |

Mujtahida: Omo, Oliseh has finally put off all disguise and come out plain to say that the reason why we lost the semi was because Osimhen broke Lookman's spirit by publicly verbally abusing him.
Remember I sensed it in his last podcast where I stated that he praised Lookman and Akor lavishly but kept mute on Osimhen.
A public spat is what Oliseh has deviously recast as 'public verbal abuse' of Lookman by Osimhen. How na? Something that whole world watched. How did Osimhen telling Lookman "it's a team game" amount to public verbal abuse. Oliseh has set down his own agenda where Osimhen is the abuser and Lookman is the victim. Is this not a crock of lies? This is something we all watched oo, yet see the spin Oliseh has put on it just to paint Osimhen as the villain.
Against Morocco, our attack line was blunt because the midfield couldn't get Its act together. He said Osimhen broke Lookman's spirit. It wasn't only Lookman who didn't play well. Even Osimhen himself and Akor did not play well. Did Osimhen broke Akor's spirit too.
Truth is that even in the Algeria match, Oliseh had stated that Lookman did not play well because of the spat. So that was the foundation. He's building on it.
Oliseh does not like Osimhen. That much is clear. If he were the coach, he would have benched Osimhen against Algeria as punishment for the spat and we could possibly have been beaten by Algeria.
Oliseh cannot coach Nigeria oo. He create division and unhealthy atmosphere of rivalry. Oliseh thought people have forgotten his own story. He did worst than Osimhen |

However he knows his limit… already this arrest is beginning to raise sentiments for malami, he was given a hero’s welcome after release.. then rearresrting him has drawn lots of sentiments in northwest.. why only him? When lots of former ministers from Buhari’s government are marching around free with escorts and singing on his mandate? Malami simply chose not to sing along .. and has pushed his limits for going for his state governorship ambition.
To kill malami is just to upset the entire Arewa and burn every Yoruba being alive .. it’s a welcome one forget media noise. A billion oduduwa and oraminyan can’t dare such. Tinubu has already lost northwest.. let him go and fight for sentiments In north central

There was a reason he accepted the NFF offer and the Super Eagles job with a reduced salary, and now that decision has paid off. If Tunisia offer is genuine, he will definitely leave |
