ottawaboi: Thank you elder/elderess dupyshoo, please i beg throw some light on the bolded...please It means that if she doesn't want unnecessary inquisition about the source of funds, she should use account A as the account for CIC proof of funds. Her coporative should transfer her own coporative money account to account B which will be transferred to your own account C. Then you can send all the money to account A. Draft a gift deed from yourselve to her (although not compulsory as a LOE will suffice) |

You will need to get a gift deed from everyone who has paid money to your account except you have another explanation as to why they paid the said sum. |

Boss13: This is no need for you to be angry. People are different and nobody can or will be like you. On canadavisa.com, all questions, regardless of how ridiculous, are being answered. Also, there are separate threads (PRE ITA, ITA and POST ITA phases). Advising someone to go back to a thread and start reading from the beginning is not encouraging because you do not know the person's circumstances or time pressure. In view of this, I salute those who go as far as answering every question regardless of type.
Another thing I need to state here - how did people come about gift deed? It was actually from the Indians on Canadavisa.com. If we do not deliberate to sort out issues, we are not helping.
A lot of people actually think getting ITA is the end of it and that is because of the emphasis being placed on getting ITA. Actually getting ITA is just the beginning. Also, someone said nobody has ever been rejected based on digital photo and I want that person to submit the wrong specification first.
There is nothing wrong to comment on POST ITA issues here, but it seems sidelined by PRE ITA issues and those on POST ITA phase seem to go elsewhere to get information. The people who cannot read 478 pages here will not be able to read Canada visa which has a gazillion pages. Don't let me stop you guys. The only constant thing in life is change. Kindly let us know the name of the new thread once you create it. |

ASEC: Good day house, very informative thread. I am the PA and I have my ECA. I will like to know how many points my husband's credential evaluation (B.Sc) will add to my CRS score. Thank you. The thread is not informative if you didn't find the information you need to move ahead. This thread will be informative if you read the information in it. |
Travel › Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by optionese: 2:16pm On May 30, 2017 |
Boss13: True. Alternatively, a POST ITA thread should be opened to discuss these issues. If you review these thread, you will find out that many of the issues are mainly on WES and IELT (PRE ITA) and very few of POST ITA. However, POST ITA is the main phase of the application and there are a lot of bottlenecks. Even people get rejected for just Digital photo alone.
I am not trying to disregard PRE ITA phase. However, the separation will assist participants with concentration and questions will be customised. This will definitely assist people with how to tackle PRE ITA phase and when the individual is successful with ITA, he/she can then move over to the POST ITA phase.
Little is being said about the processes undertaken by VOs during POST ITA phase - How background checks are carried out, what type of digital photo you need, whether distance learning education requires PCC (a major reason for rejection), how to avoid gift deeds and pension as POF etc Perhaps this POST ITA thread should finally be created. All I know is that the reason they are not enough answers is cos you have to know that there are few active people on this thread who have gotten the COPR. Vcole, Zandora, Dupyshoo, who were active pre and post ITA were active after. Those who just come and drop their success stories check their post before ITA they were not so active. That's how they will be post ITA thread. Those of us active now are post ITA have been fort coming I know that I won't be inactive for at least a year after COPR. |

Abby2017: Hello house, I just read this news that LG marriage certificates has been declared illegal and letter has been issued to embassies in Nigeria not to issue visa to candidate with such.
http://punchng.com/court-declares-lg-marriage-certificates-illegal/
I am in the process of submitting e-APR, all documents are ready and was planning to make payment in 2weeks time...but marriage certificate was issued by LG. Hubby is of the opinion that this wont affect our application and re-issued certificate can be tendered later on when the LG has it. But I am so worried, don't even know what to do and don't want this whole journey to be jeopardized with just this certificate thing.
Might sound like I don't have a question but I am so confused right now. Anyone with clarification should please help. Thanks Yes you husband is right. Laws are not retroactive. It takes effect from today. |

joyuzo: Hello house, pls I need response on this issue I have presently from IQAS? I faxed my other supporting documents on May 6th via HELLOFAX and till now I'm yet to get a mail acknowledging they have received all my documents for the process from them, despite all my emails to them .They only claimed or confirmed that got my payment and online application?Confirmed from my Uk Sch dat my transcripts was sent to them on May 10th, and HELLOFAX confirmed to me via email that my documents were viewed by them on May 22nd.Below is their latest reply to my email.
"Please be advised that IQAS does not accept emailed or scanned documents either from clients or issuing institutions. IQAS accepts official, paper transcripts that confirm graduation, and which are sent directly by the issuing institution. Faxed documents, whether viewed or not, are not considered submitted for purposes of the application process. Please refer to the status updates outline below to clarify the document requirements." Pls house advice on my next move. Thanks /quote] Perhaps due to pressure, IQAS has changed the rules.@joyuzo I suggest you call IQAS for clarification. Considering all the pressure it won't be a bad idea to send it through NIPOST (people here have given great reviews) that way you have a back up plan . Also if you sent your documents on the 6th May, it's still too early to expect a mail |

drchic: For a family of 4 requiring PoF of about $22k ie N7 million, how .much of this can be in the form pension savings?
Also how much can be split by the couple? I have about N3 million in my pension account while my husband has about N4 million.
Thanks 22k is about 5.3 million. Use xe. com, on the pension issue I don't know how it works but you should ask your pension officer. The money can be spilt between spouses. |

Charmingdivah: The thing with IQAS is previously it stated nine days but in order not to be held accountable they updated their site recently and it now says 'several days' Ok wow, now you can't even drag them. Anyway once it past 9 days of receipt you should call them. I am ashamed to say how many times I called (whispers maybe 20times) *covers eyes* I can be very persistent. However my sister documents I called only twice. Her return time was also good. Call again on monday |

Dammiehar: Right now, its difficult to say, because IQAS received my credentials on the 8th of May, and up till now I am yet to get any acknowledgement from them. My transcripts were just delivered on Wednesday, so I think I am in for a long wait. However, despite all these people are still saying they are faster than WES, especially with naija qualifications. WES wastes a lot of time with degrees/diplomas from Nigeria because of the back and forth with verification. There's a trick to this iqas thing. How many working days did they say to expect a mail. If your days is past, please call them. Don't let them blow you off. If you slack , their plate is full they will drop your file at the corner. Cos their commitment only starts when the file is in line for processing. |

@justwise @ekpotek hello I need clarifications If you can. My sister applied for UK visa since on the 10th April. She hasn't gotten any mail since the file was supposedly transferred to Sheffield. After 15days she sent a mail and was told the decision has been made and will get her docs soon that's over 2weeks now
Its over 7weeks now, has anyone you know experienced such and what could be the reason . At this point she's already expecting a denial but to hold off on the passport for this long is worrisome.
Any ideas thank you |

Hello please what number did call them on. The one I tried to call asked for credit card details. WESTERNCR: My cousins application has been pending since 8th March and no update till today. 3weeks ago he sent an e!email enquiring about the status of his application and they replied that decision on his application is been delayed whilst further enquiries are been conducted. He called them on phone yesterday they couldn't find his application record, later they sent him an Escalation form for him to fill which he did immediately. Has anyone experienced or currently going through this same issue and what could be wrong? |
