Gurus, is it okay to fix the POF. I'm planning on fixing it as soon as I get it, make woman no go rub my head make iPhone 7 drop sharply. So for POF I wanna upload gift deed+proof of transfer+FD Certificate+bank ref letter+6months statement+affidavit from donor. Hope this is ok, or I shouldn't bother fixing it? I wish the writing was better, i blame my self though. i didn't practice writing at all. i just focused on listening and reading.

RUN for your life . ICAS will hold you down longer than Nigeria except you are talking about IQAS . In that case go to their website

Use you. Tube videos to practice . Your exam is almost close so perhaps 3 practice sessions a day . Don't neglect other aspects too

I totally understand how you feel cuz I'm in a similar boat. I have written IELTS twice now I keep getting 7 in listening which makes such a huge difference in my CRS points. 50 Marks diffence if I get 8. I have registered for my 3rd IELTS on 29th. I am so tensed up but it is not over until it is over. Pls gather momentum and register for another one.

So sorry about your score . If you want to take the test again here are some tips for listening and speaking . I believe these two are best at lifting your confidence to get better scores

1. For listening use you tube to practice .there are about 100 practice questions on youtube . Do at least 2 a day , even if you get didtracted make sure you finish and score yourself . The practise question takes only 30 minutes so that's one hour a day

2. For the speaking go tho ielts liz to get topic questions . Use youtube to watch a speaking test and practice by yourself 10mins a day. Learn to speak slowly with clarity

3.For reading and writing ieltsbuddy is a good place

Please don't be disappointed .

Can the draws ever fall to 380smthn? I'm just soooooooo sad my CRS has refused to go past 381. Myself nd spouse av done IELTS, I have done ECA bt spouse hasn't, but even if he does the ECA what significant difference will it make? I jus cannot go through the stress of this IELTS again, i was reading as if I had JAMB, at the end of the day i had LSWR - 7.5,7.5,7,9.

3.the only province giving out NOI is ontario with 400 points and above. Word of advice if you get a NOI from ontarior and your job is not in demand , in my opinion don't accept the NOI

4. When other provinces start their nomination people will post them here . Check @superchi post for what you need to get ready for provincial nomination

Some people are so lucky with IQAS my school in UK sent them my master's transcript since 3rd April & I haven't even got an email to say my file is in line for processing faxed them last week & they said they're experiencing heavy workload. Na wa o!

Maybe read first 2/3 pages of this thread from page 0 but each occupation has its NOC code. You don't qualify for NOC, the occupation you have experience in determines ur NOC code. Even runz girls have their NOC code which is prolly 666. So as a financial analyst, you will have your own NOC code. Ur ielts should be broken down, points are awarded individually not ur overall score. For maximum points u need 8.5, 8, 7.5, 7.5 in listening, Reading, Speaking and Writing respectively but most ppl aim for 8777. Read from the very beginning or drop more of ur details to help her ur CRS score and where u can increase it.

Why don't you use your husband as the applicant instead of waiting for IQAS.

@esosa4real not to worry I have negotiated with the police @babesummy posted . I am in Lagos at the moment and didn't have my birth certificate so he said just a photocopy of my bio-data page is ok. So I will go to Alagbon today or tomorrow .
I priced him for 5k from 7500. I think I could have gotten it lower if I tried but was just happy he said my bio data page was sufficient

Hey I had introduced a police officer at alagbon to ugoiyke because she was in ph and needed pcc. The police man sent her the form, she did the thumbn printing herself and sent back to the guy plus paid money to his account and he did the pcc and sent to her. Easy i guess.

So you can do same, if you want the police man's number pls send me a pm, don't think it's appropriate to put here. I knew him because he did my pcc and that of my spouse.

The advice from seniors here is that you scan your evaluated degree, ECA & IELTS certificates; merge them all and upload as a single document in that placeholder for education.
Pls leave out SSCE.

For listening test , use youtube you will get at least 100 practice questions . If you can do at least 50 past questions you are good to go.
On exam day try to zone out . Only you and your headphones .

I need an advice on this issue of work experience. I have a former employer(bank) that I did over two years with and I have also done over three years with my presently employer doing the same job/NOC. Is it necessary to put the bank since the highest point is for 3 years and above which my duration with my present employer covers? Thinking of the stress of having to go the d bank to get that reference letter.

Also will not putting the bank on my express entry profile affect my job search when I eventually get there since I intend to claim that I work there(bank) to have a high number of years of experience to brighten my chance of getting a job/better pay. What do you think guyz?

Finally, I have a request guyz! I need to boost my IELTS score especially listening to at least 8 and need a place/website I can download free listening test practice. Does anyone have an idea? My present score in L,S,W,R is 7.5,7,7,7.
