Kontagious: Question 2 . I forgot to add that you need a proof of ID from the unaccompanying parent. So just 2 things the form and a means of ID
Individualized answers will be appreciated, those who added spouse post AOR can help with #1, single parent applicants can help with #2, while our entrepreneurial applicants can tidy #3. Ojogbons, elders and gurus/gurus in the making can attempt any or all questions. Please no jump and pass biko. |

Kontagious: Good People,
I have a few questions. Although all have been touched, a refresher wouldn’t be out of place.
1.) For an applicant who’s adding spouse after AOR, what are the likely ADRs to expect apart from POF, PCC & Medicals for spouse, Pictures of wedding/honeymoon, chats/email exchange?
2.) The significant other has a child, asides consent letter from the child’s father, any other legal document to support addition of the chap?
3.) PA is self-employed, what documents are needed to prove work experience? I know recommendation letter from clients, CAC registration, income evidence, tax clearance, reference letters from clients, bank statement showing payments from clients, contract agreements. Please any other document to be added? 2. There is a CIC form IMM5406 |

In police station (where a woman cannot stand as surety) government position? High level positions with having to compromise your moral values? Yep definitely not this Nigeria where i live now even as a woman of power . |

Junnaid: A. good day to our elders in the house. please i need some clarifications on my soon to begin PR journey. after calculating my score using crs tool i discovered that for me to have good chance i need to select spouse not accompany. now my queries are as follows: 1. will my spouse and children need to do medicals as the the time i will be filing my application if i receive ITA considering they are not accompanying yet? 2. will i add their passport details, her educational certificates and her police clearance to my application?
B. now to my credential evaluation, please i have the following queries? 1. which assessing body should i use considering that i have ND, HND and a two years professional graduate diploma (not a post graduate diploma) in urban and regional planning, all from Yaba college of technology? 2. will there be any difference in evaluating the PGD and HND in terms of point (will the PGD give me a professional diploma or masters point)? if there wont be then i should rather not waste money but evaluate mi ND and HND; if it will give me two or certificates point (it reduces cost of applying for PGD transcript). 3. again my PGD programme is a full time programme, hope it wont affect the years of experience i intend to claim as i was equally working full time during this period. hence will IRCC not remove the period of these programme from my years of experience? 4. how true is it that the visa fee is 1040 CAD and there is a landing fee of 460CAD? 5. finally, which of the assessing body recognises yaba college of technology as i didnt see it on WES site? thanks for your mildness and perseverance in reading my long question. anticipating your kind responses. Go to page 0 of the thread and click on the link (it will take you to part two) also use the search button to find relevant information. Narrow you search to travel section. |

I got no mail of ADR, no open link in the view submitted application both for express entry and permanent residence. The thing is that this 'your action is required is showing both for pr and express entry column. If I say I am not bothered eh na lie. I sent them a mail, hoping to hear from them soon. The only mail I got is update as regards the UCI I was given. BG is showing your application is in progress Med has changed from you don't need to if you need. I pray it gets resolved soon. Scard: I do not have any specific questions at the moment since I'm still doing my WES Evaluation and IELTS. I believe, I would be in a position to ask when filling the EE profile.
That being said, I am not sure of the effect on my application as a "single parent" with 3 children with a non-accompanying spouse None so long as you get the required consent form signed IMM5406E (i hope i got that right) anyways you can ask me any questions when you are ready will be happy to help |

MRSDA: House, please I need advice....
I ordered GCMS notes and i noticed that at a point, there's was Funds met written, then another page said Funds to be reviewed.
We claimed 23,000 CAD as POF for a family of 4. On the day we submitted, Oanda gave us figure as 6,646,290 while balance on account was about N50,000 higher than this.
I am now wondering if this isn't a problem because of the 'to be reviewed' comment.
The account balance is a little higher than that now. Should we raise CSE and resubmit POF or wait to see if they ask for proof again?
With the current exchange rate though, we definitely have more than.
What rate do they use? Please help.
Thank you all Hi am guessing you submitted a while back. Of course POF is locked at submission. Am thinking the difference from then till now is quite high it might be a suggestion to resubmit POF before PPR. Just my thought. |

taif: good afternoon my e-family,thank you for creating this part 3 thread.pls I need ur advice on this issue.am a family of 5 myself,my husband and 3 children. and I have a nephew who has been living with me since six years ago which we plan to take with us since his mother has give her concept even to change his surname to my husband's own because his father is late now and dis my aunty is not doing fine financially. pls how do u think I can go about DT so dt it won't affect us. should i just change d surname and get him another birth certificate or is there any legal way to do it . thank you as you response The wisest way to do this would be to get a lawyer involved and go to family court to formally adopt the child. It should be a smooth process since the mother consents to this . Speak to @perks for guidance. I don't advice you to just change the surname .people change their minds all the time. Have a formal document |

Fanyeofori: Am happy to be here. Have been gaining a lot from dis thread and ur contributions. God bless u all and make our dreams come through. I will really appreciate ur prompt comments on my questions.
1. I ve a B. SC. and PGDE. can dez be regarded as two or more certs? Which do I do ECA on?
2. I ve two kids and is planning to leave with them. Their dad is not coming along, at least not for now. I was hoping it wld be cheaper, cld I be mistaken? Will my husband's application fee as well as PR fee be paid even dow he isnt going? What about his medicals?
I also read dat parental permission will be required from d spouse not travelling. Does anyone know what dis requirement is all about?
I ve other issues but will leave that for later. Tx all in anticipation. 1. Yes i think this would be two or more certificate 2.on a non-accompanying spouse , cheaper is not the word Imo. You will get more points. If that's the reason for this option i suggest you have a rethink. If its as to cost most certainly not. Your spouse will do medicals and PCC. The process of getting your spouse later to Canada takes time although has reduced significantly . for the consent form for parent click on the link below IMM5404E or IMM5404F that's the name of the from file:///D:/Pictures/WhatsApp/DOC-20171124-WA0001.pdf |

Blessedchild12: Hi everyone.
Please I need advice.
I have received ITA but I just discovered an error. My Wes ECA report evaluated my law school as diploma which I didn't realise while I was entering the pool. I selected masters/professional degree which made my score higher. Now I realise I should have selected two or more degrees. Though my score will still be very high but not up to the present score. What should I do. Can I make changes even as I have recieved ITA. Did you evaluate your law school or your university degree? WES won't give you full marks .lawyers use IQAS.you may need to have a redo. What's your score? Also you can raise a CSE and ask CIC if you can claim professional degree since it's law even though wes says otherwise. You still need to decline ITA. You can raise CSE without submission of ITA. You will get a response in 10days |

Scard: Hello everyone,
Hearty congratulations to all ITA and PPR recipients, we pray that everyone who desires PPR will find it.
Please, a quick question: if I apply for PNP and at the same time, I'm in the EE pool, what happens to the PNP process if I get an ITA based on my existing score without having the nomination yet?
Abeg oh, do not read and pass, kindly read and answer if you can
Thanks Nothing will happen , you can apply directly and if PNP comes on the way decline |

peddy001: Hello guys, im kinda new here but wanted clarification on something.
Over a month ago I applied for the CPHR (Certified Professional in Human Resources) Certification from Canada and the CPHR Institute just approved this for me from on of the major Province. With this approval my CRS score would jump from 408 to 458.
My question now is that will this certification from a Canadian Federal Province add to my point? In question 7 on the CRS Tool it states:
Do you have a certificate of qualification from a Canadian province, territory or federal body? Note: A certificate of qualification lets people work in some skilled trades in Canada. Only the provinces, territories and a federal body can issue these certificates. To get one, a person must have them assess their training, trade experience and skills to and then pass a certification exam.
People usually have to go to the province or territory to be assessed. They may also need experience and training from an employer in Canada.
This isn’t the same as a nomination from a province or territory. you either put Yes or No Also note that there is a similar question on the CRS Tool in Q4b. which one is advised to answer No.
Gurus in the house pls kinda advice on the appropriate way forward. Can it be used or not? Answer to NO7 is yes and answer No4b is NO |
