Buhari belongs to a previous era. It was a mistake to vote in someone with archaic soviet era economic ideas such as controlling currency through the federal government. More powerful Eastern European countries tried that method and failed. Brazil even tried it in the early 1980s and failed. Buhari is just creating foreign exchange jobs for mallams by giving them hard currency and dollars at N 196 naira just to sell it at the true market rate of N250.
