local content is about giving the job to IDC if they have the capacity instead of Julius berger or another foreign company.

Now if IDC will have to use streetpoles and beams on the bridge which isn't locally available, they should import it and use standard materials. Instead of fabricating crap at Awka blacksmith shop and delivering substandard sh.t to us in the name of "local content".

A good example of local content is to look at INNOSON motors. Whatever can be locally obtained at very good quality such as batteries, etc, he gets them locally. but things like engines, he imports because no company in Nigeria makes engines. He does not go to Mgbuka to ask the mechanics to fabricate an engine for him to make it local content. That is true local content, not making things substandard to call it "local content'

I remember the minister words that's says igbos own 70% of the landed properties in abuja in fact it is proven, my recent visit opened my eyes for confirmation. Igbos are everywhere in abuja, the immigration office is filled with Igbos, the markets, wise, gwagwalada, Kubwa, in short abuja should be the '6th state of the southeast'. Even the park boys equivalent to agberos in Lagos are the Igbo's . I think the influx is due to relocations from other northern States.

What they do is they ask you to build entirely new roads with shorter routes or new roads linking new communities and then you toll only after you have completed the construction. The traditional rulers from the South-East presented their
new chairman HRM Eze Eberechi Dick, who doubles as
Chairman Abia State Council of Traditional Rulers. They
informed Gov Rochas Okorocha that peace has returned to
the traditional institution in the South-East.
Gov Rochas Okorocha in his response commended the
northern traditional rulers for their interest in the events in
Ibo land. Gov Okorocha said Igbos have shed more blood for
the unity of Nigeria. He said Igbos are industrious and are
