chino11: Shhh! Aguleri-Otuocha-Umueri axis should be developed because that is where the future of Anambra lies- Orient Petroleum Refinery, Petrochemical plant, Anambra International Cargo Airport, etc. I support the moves so far! i agree with you on the refinery, power plant etc, but that cargo thing, na you sabi. if they can just make sure they build the refinery and petrol chem plant and bridges opening the area first, before sinking money on that cargo thing. i will be glad. That cargo thing is likely to be a white elephant project and worse still, it will require the federal government and FAAN to grant permission for aircrafts to land there. We know what that means. |

Armaggedon: there is no need to fear. Joe igbokwe is Apc publicity secretary in lagos! He has always been an apc anti igbo mole (google him)
so the writer isn't Igbo in a sense There are many Judases like Joe Igbokwe willing to sell off their people for appointment or money. The point is that our people know the truth about this regime and we are preparing to meet it. All these deceitful propaganda by the types of Igbokwe does not change the reality on the ground that Buhari has an agenda to strangle the Igbos of Nigeria and we shall not tolerate that. In due traitors, people like Joe igbokwe will be fished out and punished adequately. |

Well.....different stereotypes too.....lol ....it is however interesting as it supports my Biafran stance ....the Igbo seller in the coke affair buttresses my grab grab and embodiment point
I need to get offline...I swear I will try and not post my usual rubbish for a long time, unu anugo? Ndo nu Cheers You are not posting anything out of the ordinary. You are only being realistic. The present crop of tribalists running Nigeria are bent on ruining the Igbo and we've got to fight for our freedom. If you look online, they have started with the branding a dog with a bad name in order to kill it. Igbo this, Igbo that. So they are making all sorts of false allegation against Ndigbo now. if you feel like, you can respond to them. I have also finally discovered that hausa are part of the media onslaught and not just yoruba as initially thought. However, the hausa typically have yoruba names as Taiwo, Segun or Bunmi to deflect attack towards the yoruba. We are already in a war situation in Nigeria whether we want to believe it or not. my plea is that before the war turns from cold war to hot war, IPOD and others should have an online way of raising funds internationally for the freedom of Biafra. Two separate accounts are needed. One is for humanitarian and the second for defense need. The humanitarian funds will be a sort of red cross relief funds for taking care and supporting of the families of freedom fighters that are killed or disabled by the Nigerian war of aggression. Another separate account for defense should be maintained for training and acquisition of weapons to defend ourselves when the time comes. |

ifeanyi199555: Enugu is about to take off! (Quote me for future red) When AIIA becomes fully operational It is gonna open enugus potential! I hope tough times in Nigeria wouldn't affect investments and real estate expansion of Enugu so badly! I also pray God will lead our governor and president and enable them to match enugus expansion with infrastructural expansion too! Let us kill corruption before it kills our country Sai Buhari! I am not sure about your president. He is too clannish and sectional to wish any good for SE talk-more of doing. As for AIIA, there are ongoing attempts to frustrate traders using that airport and then get the airline to back-off due to low patronage. I just hope our people keep doing what they need to do and keep using the airport so that more airlines begin using the airport. Although I doubt they will permit any other airline to ply Enugu route. They want to frustrate ET out of the route. May god give our governor the wisdom to carry on and dream big dreams. Hoping on the FG under APC to do anything positive in the SE is like waiting for a chicken to urinate. |

Why is it that only political enemies are witch hunted using the whole instrument of the FG to pursue them. While friends of the president or the dulllard himself can declare anything and nobody bothers him. |

FKO81: The development going on in Anambra state is massive I went to Nkwere last Sunday it seems 33, Nkwere is developing more than Awka, there are many estates around there even the one built by state government, the road from express to Trans Nkisi need to be dualise, I also went to oil and agriculture rich town Anam, God really blessed Anambra state, the town is so beautiful good roads, standard bridges, good structures I was told that the roads and bridges were built by former governor Peter Obi, RCC and Sentraco were the contractors that handled the projects, I will post the pictures when I'm through with my exploration, it really fun to tour round Anambra for you to understand how great the state is, please I want to use this opportunity to beg those close to state government, Nkwere road down to express need dual carriageway, Unizik down to Okpuno need dual carriageway, ifite road need government attention, I really appreciate great works Willie's administration is doing in all sectors, from health, eduction, roads, transport, agriculture, commerce and industry, security, oil and gas etc. God bless Anambra state and Igbo nation. Bro, The road from Nkwere ezunaka to the express need to be dualized immediately to open up the northern GRA Onitsha axis. Because of that road, people have been shying away from that area with ample land for a truly modern city. I am begging those in government to do this .it is of critical importance to the development of Onitsha. our developers have been running to Asaba precisely because of this reason

kettykin: As a fall out of the recent mayhem which took place in the multi-billion Naira Alaba international market by street urchins who tried to extort money from business men and traders in the popular Electronic market.
Is there any need for foresighted business men to open a new multi billion naira electronics, phone computer mall in the safe havens of Eastern nigeria which would be run as a branch of the Alaba international and computer village until gradually full business activities pick up their and gradually Alaba and Computer village is wound up. Should igbos take this far reaching preemptive move to safeguard their business from the preying eyes of envious people considering the fact that the real market is in the south south, Abuja where the per capita income is highest in West Africa
Please no emotion driven insults and fear instigated comments.
Your candid opinion and analysis is needed They should move it and use Onne port for their goods. |

Balkan: Please would like know why Yorubas derive pleasure in misdirecting strangers? A friend of my was coming to my house on Sunday and was very close to my street, he now asked one Yoruba elderly woman for direction only for the woman to send him miles back that he has long passed the street. Meanwhile the guy was almost on ther street, which the old woman knows.
Are there no honest Yoruba people again? This is bad before God and man. I had once been a victim. I don't know who to trust.
Is there any reason for this kind of character? yoruba will always deceive you when you trust them |
Politics › Re: Kwara Used To Be In Western Region. by OreMI22: 1:08am On Sep 16, 2015 |
Is Kwara a yoruba or Hausa word? If it is Hausa, how did yoruba allow hausa to name their state? We all know if Lagos were owned by Yorubas, it would have had a name starting with "O" like Owobokiri state. Just as if Kwara were owned by Yoruba, it would have been a name starting with "O" such as Owena state.
We know who owns what in Nigeria, forget the hype and lies. |

Tex42: Any Anambrian playing partisan politics with issues that affects the state is definitely not progressive. Anambra state has to take her position(pioneers and front runners of anything good) in Nigeria. And we can't attain that height if we can't hold our leaders responsible(credit to Obiano, Peter...), and how do we do that if not by public outcry for what is right.
We have to start saying things the way they are in anambra politics, no matter who is in charger(relative, friend, mentor...). There is no point brandishing the truth as what I saw was a conspicuous hip of embarrassment(dirt) in the heart of Onitsha metropolis... Was a disgusting sight, an eye sore.
So bro, whether they brand u an alien or an astronaut from the moon, just keep it straight. Believe me when I say that there are people who still see good in hell bound evil. God bless!
God bless Anambra
God bless our Gov
God bless Us Telling things they way they are is the way to go. That is why i lose it sometimes when certain people will rather sing praises than give constructive criticism. We owe constructive criticism to our leaders. I am not talking about those that have pathological hatred for anything once peter obi is mentioned. i am talking about normal people that will have the best interest of Anambra at heart, not always a political vendetta. |
