Only the fear of GOD can hold me back from keeping that bar.

I go use that money invest.

Then save it up again from profits of my investment and then return it.

I must confess, I got lost in the excitement.

It's really hard when u don't have no one supporting u through school and u just have to hustle for every penny u get.

The lack and hunger I had to bear coupled with inability to pay my rent just shifts me off balance. Like I said, I'm doing a holiday job, just so I can catch up on my bills.

U know how when a session ends, u begin thinking of how to pay ur fees and all.
I had wanted doing that NOUN stuff before I got the admission. People say the school isn't for young folks.
I'm just thinking to skip lectures, but do assignments and run to sch for exams. If I can catch up. A good idea?

Education is not really my thing. Although I'm good at it. My goal in life is to be a successful entrepreneur. I wanna set up businesses here and there. And then do a lot of agriculture.

I also wanna do music with all my heart. And I guess I don't need a degree to be successful in music.

I only fear the discrimination u get to face when u don't have a degree, and that's the ONLY reason I'm actually in school. I'll eventually quit the job once I've grown my asset column.

Oh, I forgot to mention my dream school.....New York Film Academy, yeah I love film making. Thanks, a lot. I guess its been too much talking.

This morning I needed to go to work. I had no transport fare. I needed #150. From Ikoyi to Lekki.
I asked a lady I know and she kindly gave me #200.

But as I entered the bus, the conductor somehow didn't ask me for the fare. At first, I was excited. Cos that meant I could use the money for food. But then I was worried it was a sin.

But, I held on to the money through out the journey while battling on the inside if I should give him or not.

I managed to convince myself that I was stealing from him. And cheating him too. And I wouldn't want someone to do same to me. Moreover, GOD could always provide for me, (HE has NEVER let me down actually).

So upon reaching my bus stop, I gave the money to the driver and requested my #50 balance which he gave me. I walked away feeling great.

I used the #50 to buy puff puff and as I was munching it down the road to my place of work, a guy(stranger) walked up to me and said he was going to work but needed transport fare of #50 or #100.

I told him I had nothing and he left. But it got me asking myself questions.

Was I wrong to have given the driver the money?
Cos I would have been able to help that guy if I hadn't.

Pls, Was It A Foolish Choice?
Was I the helper GOD was sending that guy?
Or is it a trick from satan to sell me a lie?

I am presently in my first year in the university studying Philosophy. I came to Lagos for a holiday job. Now the holiday is over and I'll soon return to school. Though I'm still working.....I'll quit when it's time to go.

But I just met someone who works in a very prominent firm here in Lagos and he offered to help me get employed in the firm next month.

That's where I got confused. The pay is 70k plus many other side benefits. In fact, he said I may not even need to touch my salary at all for a year.

But, my school is in the North Central, very far from Lagos. I want this job seriously. I already have an OND from a Polytechnic which qualifies me for the job.

This could help me start my dream as I intend going into Agriculture.

What should I do?

If I walk into an organization on a normal day and tell them I wanna work for them though there is no ongoing recruitment or interview......is that also gate crashing?
