It was actually not his own money that was invested in btc0ins. It was Tesla’s cash that was being proposed to be invested and I believe the shareholders will or have approved it.
It is not being proposed, it is done already. Na him shoot up bitcoin. As it be now, anything Tesla or Elon touch must go up. Him carry better jaz.

We are at the helm of a wealth shift. You are lucky to be here early.

If you haven’t started, please start.

I know I usually say they don’t arrest late comers when it comes to investment, but this time guys, you will be late. Bitcoin has touched $50k.

I used to buy this on the streets of London in 2010 for £10 when a whole one costs roughly £100.

Thank God we are alive to see this.

Get in and forget about not trusting it. It is no longer a speculation. It is a fact.
Were u dey when it was $10k or $20k. Why u come now when him don peak.

This is certainly not the best time to buy. I think it will drop to more than half what it is currently before heading upwards once more.

Na Elon Musk follow hike d value when him been drop a fraction of him loot from d surge in Tesla shares.

But, eh, no take my word for it o, I spend most of my time watching cartoons and seasonal shows instead of grownups programs and news.

I don’t o. I don’t do speculative investments. Plus I have no idea how that shitt works. Is it a currency for exchange of goods or services? Or are people just going in to make money from the next maga that joins late? It makes no nose sense to me. Me I like to sleep well at night and can’t be bothered about what I don’t understand wink

I may miss out on some cool cash but that’s fine. I’m content grin
I invested 40k or so in ethereum in 2019, I watched it's up and down movement for a while, just for fun, and then forgot all about it. I checked yesterday and value is now 130k. Should have bought more. embarassed

Yes. I can code in python.
Level: Intermediate
Good. Next is to gather materials.

To download almost any book do dis.

1. Install Tor Brouser on ur android phone.
2. http : // loginlibhuwhnmis . onion/
3. Visit d site above without d spaces in ur Tor Brouser and register. And search book titles.
4. If u can afford them, please buy them, people put in a lot work to make them.

Books I found helpful:

1. Search for Pandas to access several books on the subject. Note that Pandas is like a spreadsheet but a million times more powerful. The ones I found interesting are:

a) Think in Pandas
b) Hands-on data analysis with pandas
c) Python for Finance (2 different books with same title, both are good)
d) Python data science handbook
e) Python for data analysis

2. For algorithmic trading I found these interesting

a) 151 trading strategies
b) Inside the black box
c) Quantitative trading
d) Build reliable trading systems
e) Algorithmic trading
f) Systematic trading
g) Trading evolved

3. Also search time series analysis.

Ok, ok don't freak out, I don't read them cover to cover, I jump around and try stuff. Very important, u should be trying out the codes in dis books. The gaps in my understanding I plug with google search, stackoverflow, github etc.

Regarding d data I use, I have referenced many times how I get them. I even posted a Google drive link to my data set. Happy learning. wink

Start with learning how to code. U can use Coursera, can also download d app on ur phone. It is a platform with courses, mostly free.

Register and search for "Python 3 Programming", it is a course serie.

Or, if u like reading then download d following books:
1. Think Python
How to Think Like a Computer Scientist
by Allen B. Downey

2. A Byte of Python by Swaroop C. H.

3. Automate the Boring Stuff with Python by Al Sweigart

If someone has enough money to bid for 100M share in order to move the market and later withdraws his bids, that in itself is not manipulation but strategy.
Actually, spoofing as described above is a manipulation and it is an illegal activity.

What's so hard in posting his large lifestyle?
Just curious.
You don't know? He claims to be one of those millionaires next door, those ones that keep it frugal. He drives a 2005 Toyota. Married to an expatriate. Owns a couple of buildings around Lagos. Just from reading a few posts when I have free time I have been able to know a lot about him. Since he is bent on revealing somuch why not show lazyyouth something concrete, let's put this matter to rest. No?

@ahib, u have d strength to post plenty pictures but u can't present any shred of evidence when it is most needed. Why don't u do d needful now so that lezynigeriayouth gets off ur back. All big talks on a faceless forums, now, prove to the people who like such things that they are not all lies or atleast some of it.

Same thing applies to another lady who claims to be living abroad(Ireland or so), whom, I am sure, unknowingly accepted that she and her family were on government benefit. Not that it is a bad thing if u can't help it, flaunting when u are on some sort of food stap is not d best. Me think.

This is a nice idea, have you practice on real investment?
I'll try to study this too, though there is time constraint.
U can look into it in ur spare time. I think the returns are positively skewed. Lots of small losing bets with a few large winning ones.

Lol, I have been reading up on kurtosis (fat tails) and skewness of non-normal return distributions. The pros use them to analyze portfolios.

I know this is d wrong section to post this but posting it in d betting section would be mostly useless giving that most people there have no formal sense of probabilities or expected value.

It is a simple betting strategy that may hold value going forward. It is based on the correct score prediction of the football market.

Methodology:
I collected daily data from Forebet, a site that predicts football outcomes with statistical and machine learning calculations, and ran a simple analysis. I found out that leagues with at least 5 winnings and 17% win rate in the correct score category hold an edge going forwards.
These leagues on Forebet have edge currently, but u have to play every single game in the league with constant money to benefit as u don't know which will enter, no need to DM me. Or follow them for a couple of weeks before going live.

China Super League (Cn1)
Germany 3. Liga (De3)
Germany Regionalliga Nord (De4)
England Isthmian League (IL)
Sudan Premier League (Sd1)
Vietnam National Football Second League (Vn3)

The shorts in d brackets are d codes used by forebet to track that specific leagues. Good-luck. cheesy cheesy cheesy

Started sep 24th and these are my stats:
win = 46
loss = 189
total games = 235
percent win = 20%
odds = 10 (meaning that every time I win I get 10 or more times my initial)stake, if i lose i forfeit my stake )
Stake per game = 1000 naira.

return so far = 271000 naira (The correct value should be about 80% this number since i should start playing once the logic above (5 win and 17% win rate) is established)

There are some doubts sha, the following biases may be at play Confirmation bias, Hindsight bias and limited games at 235. I will probably need to find p-value.

I attached an equity curve describing d return distribution for the 235 games, looks beautiful though. grin grin grin

The company is among the list of stocks I posted as a possible future candidate/target for aquisation/buy out. ...u can dig up on my past post for reference/guide.

But let me still give out a hint.
A simple puzzle...

Assuming u were to assign a No(in ascending order) to each of the 26 alphabetical letters, then the name of the said company(acronym) is represented by an ARITHMETIC SEQUENCE where the DIFFERENCE(d) between the 3rd and the 2nd No is twice that between the 2nd and the 1st.

...Pls figure out the rest.

The most logical thing to do is to align with that coy.
When? ...now.
One word; BUY !!

CAVEAT: Any decision-making on this should come after reading through my signature below. Due diligencestill apllies as always.

Selah
I tried and failed. grin

My working;

arithmetic sequence ==> a, a+d, a+2d, ... 'a' can be any number and 'd' always same.

Eq1_________3rd term minus 2nd term ==> a+2d -(a+d) = d
Eq2_________2nd term minus 1st term ==> a+d-a =d

My conclusion ==> 'd' not equal to 2 times 'd'

Sir, maybe ur question is no exact.
