onegentleguy: On the part in bold, here's a clue... Will try to make it simple.
Assuming we decide to assign Nos to every alphabetical letter(whether in ascending or descending order) then the name of the coy X consist of 2 words... where the sum of the 1st and last letter of the 1st word is equal to the sum of the 1st and last latter of the 2nd word.
The coy X is at present a great way to seek for the VALUE BEHIND THE PRICE of an asset. Put differently, feasible REWARD is currently making a mockery of inherent risk. Again, there's a 99% prob that it's next quarter financial print shall mark the beginning of a point of inflection. (a march to the + direction) Last 2Q report already gave a clue.
When is the best time to key in? NOW!
CAVEAT: The need for due diligence should still take higher precedence ahead of this post. When in doubt, pls do well to follow ur instinct.

A realistic comedy series will also be welcomed

But as you have rightly said, digital economy is the way to go. It is the one sector that does not discriminate. YOu don't need to know any oga to succeed and a business sense. Tech is where the next ray of opportunity lies for us as a country. We need to start reworking out curriculums, improving digital literacy, increasing internet speeds and formulating good policies that can even attract tech employers to the country. The statistic is some how misleading, it measures growth in contributors since last year. Meaning that if Nigeria had 100 contributors last year now they got 165, percentage of contributors by country would be more informative. Anyhoo, good development. I mostly write python scripts. |

Alfred234: Lol for those complaining about The Falcon and The Winter Soldier you do realise that the series is just an intro to how Sam became the new Captain America.
Nothing epic was supposed to happen in this series, sorry if you had your hopes up waiting for something epic and as for the costume he will definitely get a new one that's not the final costume. Steve Rogers costume wasn't great in the first Captain America movie either so wait till Captain America 4 before you start complaining about the costume.
As for me the show is 8/10 Sam gets introduced as Captain America John Walker gets introduced as US Agent Sharon has something off her sleeve I agree with some posters here, Sam's costume was kind of odd, expecially from d neck up. But all the same, my eyes enjoyed watching the finale. It was awesome, with racial innuendos sprinkled in (I am not really a fan of mixing racial stuff with intratainment) . I give it an 8/10 though. [s]Full disclosure: Karli, Erin Kellyman, the anti-patriotism group leader may have influenced my rating though, I like freckles. I may have had a few weird daydreams about her in lingeriens.[/s] |

The Sunk Cost FallacyIf you’ve ever let unworn clothes clutter your closet just because they were expensive, or followed through on plans you were dreading because you already bought tickets, you’re familiar with the sunk cost fallacy.
“The sunk cost effect is the general tendency for people to continue an endeavor, or continue consuming or pursuing an option, if they’ve invested time or money or some resource in it,” says Christopher Olivola, an assistant professor of marketing at Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business and the author of a 2018 paper on the topic published in the journal Psychological Science. “That effect becomes a fallacy if it’s pushing you to do things that are making you unhappy or worse off.”Culled from time . com, if interested in reading the article search the title. Sunk cost fallacy can also be spotted amongst traders. Usually, novice traders will quickly cash out wins and let the losers run hoping for a change in market direction. As a trader you should have a strong idea before hand where stop loss should be, know the point beyond which your play was wrong. In the last market crash, some people where more than 70% negative in some stocks(that was gut-wrenching o ), when they could have disposed at say negative 2% or 5% or 20% or 30% . Though most stocks have recovered, if disposed early on at say -30% and reentered later at a much lower price would guarantee a higher return. Just saying. #systematic-trader |

yMcy56: Depends on your appetite and patience ability. Linkage is a good insurance stock no doubt and the take-aways makes sense.....but apathy towards the sector is kil.lin.g" the good one's vibes....seems it's changing small small and some analysts are predicting better days for the sector.
Ok. Let's look at it this way: If picked @85kobo and you bought 500k units for instance:
500k units X 0.85 = N425,000 500k X 0.05 = N25,000 (Dividend on 500k units) 2÷5 X 500k = 200,000units (Bonus of 2 for 5) Total units owned = 700k units.
Let's say you sell @65k after markdown (trying to look at worst case scenario): 700k X 0.65 = N455,000 + N25,000 = N480,000.
N480,000 less N425,000 (cost price) = N55,000 profit (Assuming fees has been factored into the costs).
** The more the volume, the higher the profit ** Ability to buy cheaper than example price gives more profit. ** Ability to wait it out or average down after markdown an added advantage ** Liquidity ?? ** Timeframe in view ?? ** So answer your question yourself and do your DD. Ok, I see d bonus, what of d 25k from dividend. Who chop dat one? |

eddyakinrinde: So does it mean in effect "you cant eat your cake and have it?" So if I collect dividend, I must pay for it through lowering share price? Did u read the link in the post? Did you see this part; "However, the market is guided by many other forces. If a stock is deemed to be undervalued by investors, the stock price may be bid up, even on the ex-dividend date. Similarly, if investor perception of the value of a stock on any given day sours, the stock may sell off much more than the simple drop due to the dividend."Even though it gets marked down ex-dividend date you may not be able to buy it at that price if traders deem d stock undervalued. While it is also possible it may crash further from there. Well, that is my understanding from the article, I may be wrong. |

The adjusted closing price amends a stock's closing price to reflect that stock's value after accounting for any corporate actions. It is often used when examining historical returns or doing a detailed analysis of past performance.

For example, if a stock trades at #50 per share and pays out a #0.25 dividend, the stock will be marked down to open at #49.75 per share. This link with the caption - How Does the Stock Price Change When a Dividend Is Paid? : https:// finance.zacks .com/stock-price-change-dividend-paid-3571.html |

yMcy56: Osita, so what should be the fair price of UACN and Guinness? I stopped calculating fair prices with the fundamentals. Cos it was toomuch work, finding balance sheets and income statements was beginning to cause me headaches. Not to talk of the inconsistency in timing, how do u use a 9 month income statement if ur computations depend on annualsized data? I currently base my insights solenly on price action. I think a 10 to 15% drop is possible. Guinness at less than 27 and UACN at less than 8.5 may work. Pls do ur DD as always. |

emmanuelewumi: N300 million from salary does not make you a wealthy person, you are only rich unless you are using it create passive income.
If you are not making money while sleeping you are not wealthy, you are only financially okay or rich.
The difference between a rich man and a wealthy man, is that a rich man must continue to work or hustle to maintain his life style while a wealthy man will continue to maintain his life style even if he is not working and he also has freedom.
The children of the CEO that doesn't have passive income can't inherit the big salary of their father, while the children and grandchildren of the shareholder with a dividend income of over N100 million will continue to enjoy the investment income from their father's legacy Very true.
