ALMUSTAQIM: IN MY HONEST OPINION, FOR APC TO EMERGE WINNER COME 2015;

PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE ; MUHAMMADU BUHARI ----- NORTH WEST

VICE PRESIDENT ; ROCHAS OKOROCHA ----- SOUTH EAST

SENATE PRESIDENT ; TUNDE FASHOLA ----- SOUTH WEST

SPEAKER, H.of REPS ; ? ----- NORTH CENTRAL

GOD BLESS NIGERIA, GOD BLESS APC, GOD BLESS U ALL.
And how many votes can Rochas deliver? Do you think this election is about appeasing a disgruntled tribe? We know Igbo will not vote for the right ticket even if you nominate an igbo man as president, so why should they be given VP slot?

bleufaucon: It's quite obvious in this site that. Ibibio's,efiks and igbos aint regarded. It is always wait for some years and prepare, while south west and north are the one's fit at all times to rule without preparation..well Fashola will never rule nigeria for he's no pan-africanist but a western puppet. Dead country.
Which one is Ibiobio?

Omo_Tier1: Wining ticket : Buhari and Oshiomhole, Fashola for Senate President. Rochester needs to remain in IMO State for another 6years minimum and turn IMO State into the pride of South East before He can take shot at the Presidency.

Right now we need a team that can crush corruption, restore security and pursue aggressive development. I really do not care where the individuals are from but never again should Nigeria end up with a mediocre as a president!

If Buhari decides not the run, then Oshiomhole would be my first choice for the Presidency and I would Fashola for me should be Senate President. It is so sad for the first time for so long as I can remember, I can't think of any South Easterner who really possess the accuse to be a Vice President nor President. Look at Ayim, even as the SFG, there is nothing one can speak well of about his reign.

ENOUGH OF EMERGENCY PRESIDENT.... NIGERIA NEEDS A PRESIDENT OF NECESSITY....
I agree completely...

jammyng: you're definitely a Muslim because your post is biased. Hope you change so Nigeria can be better.
Of course I am a muslim and I have watched with interest the noise about a xtian leader coming mostly from our sentimentalists/tribalists SE brothers/sisters.

At a time when our concern should be to have the right person governing the country irrespective of religious affiliation. Is this not the same country that voted for MKO Abiola and Kingigbe both of who were muslims? What has changed? We now have more fanatical xtians? In Osun state during the evil regim of Oyinlola, both the governor and his deputy are xtians? Does it mean the muslims who are in majority in Osun state were blind?

In Ekiti state today, both governor and deputy are xtians. I have not seen any xtian talking about balance political positions - or are there no muslims in Ekiti state?

Guys, lets begin to use our brain and focus on things that will bring positive change to our country and stop religious bigotry.

samtheman: my opinion, no bi say fight! I think APC should Shop and beg T.Y Danjuma to be there presidential candidate a christian 4rom the north while Fashola should vice him shikenan!
So you dont care what the person represents, all you want is a xtian from the mostly muslim north. Reverse your role and see yourself as a northerner and a muslim, how will you react to this your demented proposition above? What does Danjuma represent? Status quo or a change?
ProgrammingRe: List Of Nigerian Software That Compete Globally by OsunOriginal: 10:05am On Mar 10, 2013
MrBible: But Nigerian Church businesses are competing globally, you'll find them in every country on this planet very soon they will be on the Moon, Mars and other planets, this shows we've got talents too and it is about time we use these skills applied in making these Nigerian Church businesses to compete globally, in the field of software development, so that our software can compete globally too.
Software development business is not about lying and deceiving people. It is not about dogmatic belief and lazily hoping for God to come and help you with everything.

Software development and technology generally is about trusting in yourself and working towards achieving the goals you have set out for yourself.

Hence, the two dont go together and are mutually exclusive. Those churches as we do it here are the reason we are this backward because people dont bother to exercise their brains again - they want God to do everthing for them.
ProgrammingRe: List Of Nigerian Software That Compete Globally by OsunOriginal: 9:58am On Mar 10, 2013
You see, Nigerian government is not yet ready to join other global players in IT. Ordinary cybercafe applications, we can't boast of 5 major players in a country of 170 million human beings and we keep crying unemployment.

It is really disheartening that even after years of turning out graduates from schools in IT related courses, we dont still have a banking application that can compete internationally. Government is busy looting the country instead of investing in the people and providing infrastructure required for this vital sector. The few pioneering opportunists/business owners in the IT industry wont help the situation - they are too shortsighted and only interested in shorterm personal benefits.

Today we have chalatans parading themselves as IT professionals and the whole industry has been turned into mere buying and selling of technologies from developed countries.

It is really a pity and I dont see hope in sight except we have leaders who could see the potentials in this industry and ready to develop it. Today we have a leader who would set aside N3B to develop Nolywood. What stops us from setting aside fund to develop software development industry and providing the required infrastructure? This is an industry that can produce millions of jobs for Nigerians within and out of the country. It can also become a major source of foreign earning for country.

Indian has got to this level and we have China compteting with even the US and the rest of the west in this area. When are we going to start?

- a concerned professional
PoliticsRe: North Shops For Vice-Presidential Candidate by OsunOriginal: 8:54am On Mar 10, 2013
What is all these shout about xtian this xtian that? Why are xtians this bigoted and always concerned about the religion of the leader? If the muslims also come out to insist on a muslim leader, what will happen? The Boko Haram situation we are now presently facing in the north.

Xtians should focus more on their religion rather than politics here and there.

Beaf: I admire that.
My comment came from fears of what someone who should know said; that they bonded themselves in Meccah or Dubai. It is an unproven story, so I don't push it.
But I thought Beaf is dead... Can someone comfirm this is Beaf?

It will only happen in your dream, not in Lagos.
PoliticsRe: Lagos State Governorship: 2015 Christian Agenda by OsunOriginal: 9:58pm On Mar 07, 2013
X-factoria:
Well, it may seem like this article is kind of intended to play the religious card but Tinubu, the grandmaster of ACN himself started it all.

Sometime in 2005, Tinubu was quoted by one gossip newspaper to have vowed that a non-muslim can never succeed him as Governor of Lagos State. It was a muslim gathering in Lagos Island and all the people that mattered in Lagos who were muslims were there and they applauded him. In 2006, a leading candidate of the PDP, a christian, was murdered in his house in Dolphin Estate, Ikoyi in mysterious circumstances that has not been unravelled yet. In 2007, all road was cleared for Fashola, a muslim, to be crowned as Lagos Governor.

There is indeed a conspiracy theory that seems credible and Tinubu is not the only one in the middle of it. The Oba of Lagos and other notable Lagos indigenes are also part of the conspiracy and it is not an accident that most of them are muslims.

I follow things in the grassroot so well to know that things like this don't just happen by accidents. They are planned!
Shut up your stinging mouth. Why would he say that when his wife is xtian?

Stupid idiot...
PoliticsRe: Lagos State Governorship: 2015 Christian Agenda by OsunOriginal: 9:56pm On Mar 07, 2013
PointB: The Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, should start now thinking of a Christian successor to Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola, SAN, a Muslim, by religion, for 2015. Otherwise Christians should spend the next three and a half years, before the April 2015 elections, searching for another political party in which they will no longer be treated as second class members.
They should go ahead and form a new political party if they cant find one - call it Christians Political Party - CPP and see how many votes the fanatics/boko will get in Lagos.

Idiots....

emmasege: I'll address point no. 10 raised by the general, where he said s/east and s/south recorded more than 90% turn out, but other states of the federation recorded only 46%. Is he telling us that the turn out in those northern states where he recorded more than a million votes and close to a million (as the case may be) only recorded 46% turn out. He's once again shown his aversion for the southern Nigeria, and he only needs to intensify his prayers for Nigeria to break up so that he can rule over his sect. But until then, he should forget about entering Aso rock.
We dont need analysis from a dullard - you will never get it right. Thanks imbe.

GEJ, the baby politician planning to go to Maiduguri just because opposition governors went there. What kind of brain does this mann and his advisers have?

Officially, are the governors his mates or direct political rivals? Why can't he ask his knew campaign manager (the governor of Akwibom) to organise PDP governors visit to Maiduguri to counter the APC governors move?

This man is truly a dumb.

Your obsession for anything igbo is palpable through my comuter screen.

Then the reasonable few among them should talk to the teaming illiterates in that region. Nigeria is moving forward - we are saying bye bye to religious and ethnic hatred. Unfortunately majority of Igbos are still living in the hate filled past that has brought the country down.

So, begin to talk to your people - that is the only thing that will stop me from fighting for Igbo isolation.

The above is a very big lie and deceit. I wonder what Tinubus' opinion will be about this sudden u-turn?
Lets face it, Buhari will be out to deal ruthlessly with corrupt individuals, while Tinubu being corruption itself wouldn't want him on that seat for fear of the unknown. The question now is, "WHO IS GOING TO OUTSMART WHO?"
*To be continued!* grin grin
Shut up your PDP mouth! Buhari remains the only joker for the opposition because of his large followship. Who among the politicians can give PDP (your party) the fight of their life even without spending a kobo?
