Interesting, how come Nigeria the nation of 419 is now 419ed by BBC and Yaradual??

It shows afterall, we are not even professional in our choosen 419 field.
PoliticsRe: The Militant Are Back: Kidnapping! by otawa(op): 12:46pm On Jan 12, 2010
The peace deal is now dead since Money is longer flowing to the militants.

Could this be because Yaradua is away?

Could this be Jonathan trying to push button?

Nigerian, the land of anything possible.

Three British people and a Colombian have been seized in Nigeria's oil-rich Delta region, security sources say

I guess Brown will send M16 to Niger-Delta now since we refuse to sign-up for AFRICOM
PoliticsRe: Yar'adua Interviewed By BBC: He's Alive Afterall! by otawa: 8:17am On Jan 12, 2010
Just listened to d interview rite now on my mobile phone. I tink they use d bbc to authenticate d news coz many would doubt d nta

We seem to need the WEST to validate our existence. Sad!
PoliticsRe: Sheikh Of UAE Films Himself Torturing Man Horribly (and Is Acquitted) by otawa: 8:10am On Jan 12, 2010
The US has called on the United Arab Emirates to review a court ruling which acquitted a member of its ruling family of torture charges.
US should shut-up.

They should rather provide JUSTICE to thousands of Iraqi they have MURDERED, KILLED AND TORTURED and families they destroyed.
PoliticsRe: Yar'adua Interviewed By BBC: He's Alive Afterall! by otawa: 8:08am On Jan 12, 2010
For Yaradua to talk to BBC instead of NIGERIAN Press, he should be sacked immediately!

I wonder if he belongs to  BBC  or Nigerian.

This is how we always rubbish our own media and promote foreign ones. colomentality

His primary constituency is NIGERIA.

He should invite Thisday, Guardian, Channels, NTA to his hospital bed and they talk to them.

And let BBC quote Nigerian media!

This man holds NIGERIA and Nigerians in comtempt.

what a pack of nonsense, anyway how do we know it was Yaradua on the phone??

BusinessRe: Insult: MTN Locates West African Headquarters In Ghana by otawa: 9:18pm On Jan 11, 2010
Ms. Mawuena Adjo Dumor, Corporate Service Executive of MTN Ghana, said Ghana was chosen because of its friendly business environment among other things.
For this statement, FG should not renew MTN license once it is due.

There are many more wanting to come to Nigeria!

The fact of the matter the cost of doing business in Nigeria is astronomically high and also Ghana remains the in thing happening in the west africa region with very good favourable conditions
They also make astronomical profit in NIGERIA!

@Poster, about Germany, may I suggest you consult History and maybe actually visit the country itself. To this day, Germans are still dealing with the guilt of the millions that were killed during the holocaust. I don't really understand what you message on Germany is from what you typed but I can tell you that Germany has had to do A LOT of work since then to salvage it's image and ensure the international community no such will happen again.
Yeah, again with your half-baked knowledge.

Germany has biggest economy in Europe.

It is the key trading partner with UK, USA and France.

The new pope is actually an Hitler Boy. Yes, he was in Hilter Youth harrassing Jews

if Germany is all these, what image it has to clean-up?? Tell us.

The point is 'white' will always support their own against black anytime. Deal with it!
Foreign AffairsRe: The Love/hate Relationship Between South Africa & Nigeria! by otawa: 6:09pm On Jan 11, 2010
How can we hate SA?

was it not Nigeria that free them from the clutches of the 'whiteman' that was killing them?

was it not Nigeria that provided free scholarship to their people to come and study in Nigeria?

Now that they have upgraded from 'field slave' to 'house slave' we applaud them.

But sorry we cant hate or love SA, we just pity and understand their predicament.

They are perpetually stuck in transit, to be Black Africans or to be White Africans they dont know,

It reminds of one of the own son which they killed with their hands: 'Roots: I am going
PoliticsRe: Akingbola: I Own N346.1b Worldwide Assets by otawa: 6:01pm On Jan 11, 2010
But the embattled former CEO claims that he acquired the assets with his salaries and allowances and requested the Federal High Court to set aside its earlier decision ordering the freezing of his worldwide assets.
Good Point.

Onus is on EFCC to proof that the proceed that generated those assets were from 'criminal source'!

So let them provide details of his 'salaries and allowances' since he started working and tally that with those assets and taxes he had paid.

It is same with Mr Obasanjo, did he acquired Ota Firm with his salaries and allowances?
PoliticsRe: Sule Lamido Is Performing Well {pics Incl} by otawa: 5:52pm On Jan 11, 2010
I am tired of your noise about Mr Obasanjo trying to foister anyone.

what did you all do when Yaradull was being foister on you?

Instead to embrace Atiku and Buhari, you find one thing or another. Now deal with your Yaradull

Question, what alternative do you present to Lamido?

What ways are you projecting your alternative?

PoliticsRe: REPORT: President Yaradua Is Dead? by otawa: 10:57am On Jan 11, 2010
"We believe the president will soon be back with us, fit and well and working hard."

Olusegun Adeniyi, spokesman for Mr Yar'Adua, said on Sunday: "Of course the president is alive, he's not even in an emergency situation.

"I am aware that the issue of his health has become a political weapon for some people, which is sad. But he is still at the King Fahd Hospital, and he is still being treated."

Mr Adeniyi declined to comment on calls for photographic or video evidence of the president's condition
If truly Yaradua is dead and Adeniyi lied straight face to NIGERIANS, this would be a complete loss of credibility for him!
PoliticsRe: Sule Lamido Is Performing Well {pics Incl} by otawa: 10:52am On Jan 11, 2010
Kudos.

I am impressed.

To galvanise this change, the 'Governor' should be using the 'saw-dust' cooking aparatus in his house.

All his commisioner should aslo be using this.

Nigerians are follow-follow, once they see that Governor is using this, they will start too.

The governor should also make the 'Tri-Cyle' official vehicle for the state!

This would ensure that the fabricator has regular income and can improve based on feedback from users.

Any contractor that does not drive the 'tricycle' should not be given any contract.

This is how India/China stimulate their country!
PoliticsRe: Nigeria Becoming Irrelevant In The World? by otawa: 10:35am On Jan 11, 2010
Whoever say that is a joker.

Nigeria contributes to peace-keeping all over the world

if Nigerian sneeze, oil prices go up

After Russia, Nigeria gas is next commodity needed by EU

Nigeria has highest population in Africa.

Know your facts.

The point is that Nigeria can become much less relevant to the United States. We have already seen evidence of it when President Obama went to Ghana and not to Nigeria
I guess South Africa, Spain, Canada etc, are less relevant too!

PoliticsRe: Dead? by otawa: 10:30am On Jan 11, 2010
Nigerians deserve the present situation.

During the campaign, Mr Obasanjo had to call Yaradua publicly asking: Umoru, are you dead!

That is even before he became President, there is already question about him dead or alive.

What did Nigerians dohuh

All the signs are there for all but  we prefer to wallow in self-denial.

If Mr Obasanjo had brought our a 'MONKEY', Nigerians would have say Yes!

Nigeria and Nigerians deserve no pity!

He said that when the family went to LASUTH to claim Peter’s body for burial, the hospital authorities told them that it had been buried in a mass grave.
He said: “We have repeatedly requested the production of Peter Ede’s body but to no avail. Similarly, the authorities have not acceded to the family’s demand for compensation. This is the scenario that led to the death of Peter Ede’s father, Joseph Ede, who was heartbroken.
Most sad.

As per this post. It is shocking.

But until NIGERIANS stand up, nothing we change.

You know, this is not about butt kissing, but if you are dealing with a World super power, it is best to play along.
we have been playing along. what did it bring ushuh?

UK came here, kill our people, stole our wealth to build their country. we played along.

they hunt us for any lazy crime in UK, we played along

US/UK/France sold weapon to Biafra and Nigeria. We played along.

They took our stolen money in their banks. we played along.

They allow same corrupt leaders that ruin us to come to their country. we played along.

Bro, I thinkwe should be tired of 'playing along'

we should stand up and know that we have nobody but our people!

who so ever benefit has the motive to organise this.
PoliticsRe: When Will You Slaves Stop Worshipping White Ppl by otawa: 10:35am On Jan 10, 2010
3.White ppl hate you. You're black, white ppl hate you. If you're on a terror list you're still a nigger. Nigeria to white ppl is a country of niggers, if you change yourself to be excepted by them your still a black nigger. period. There's no compromising. Close all the islamic schools you want. sell your sister into prostitution for them, they still won't like you. They're going to always find reason to say tyhey hate you but in the end of the day if those reasons weren't there they would still hate you because they're hateful people. STOP WORSHIPPING PEOPLE THAT HATE YOU.
On a final analysis, you hit the nail on the HEAD.

Take UK for example, our wealth contributed to their progress.

But what do we get from 'commonwealth'?

European Union which contains German that nearly wiped UK out is more important to them than we who helped build that same UK.

We have nobody but ourselves. That is the plain truth!

F** their list, we create our own list.

Well USA will lose and Nigeria will benefit.

These thieves in government will simply withdraw their money and family from USA.

How many US people dey buy house for $1million?

No be wooden house them dey stay?

A beg let them cancel VISA and let our thieves keep money at home.

It would benefit us all, may be same money can be used to provide employment in naija.

Senate should pass new bill asap: 'Nigerian Enemy Law'

In this, we add countries whose action to Nigeria and Nigerians protray them as our enemy.

We should have our own ways of dealing with them.
PoliticsRe: Anambra Poll: Politicians Recruiting Armed Robbers, Sowing Police Uniforms — Ig by otawa: 9:14am On Jan 08, 2010
It might be funny to you but the root cause of the problems we have in our democracy is election rigging and death penalty if implemented will reduce election rigging to the barest minimum.
I share your feeling but the 'judge' is corrupt too.

Only opposition people would be sentenced to death.

I think we NIGERIANS dont LOVE our country.

We are in self-destruct mode.

PoliticsRe: Terror Blacklist: Us Calls Nigeria’s Bluff by otawa: 4:58pm On Jan 07, 2010
Guys open your eyes.

The end game is AFRICOM.

With this blacklist, USA will force Nigeria Government to accept AFRICOM as only means which ensure that we are ready to track and do something about Al-KAIDA.

But we know AFRICOM is more about Nigeria's Oil as for safety of Nigerians or Americans!

Half of the black population will die before they reach 35years old.

80% of the black lives in 'getto'

It has the highest crime rates in the world.
