The call for more states in the SE is a good call.

If the rest of Nigerians were sincere with the artificial creation of six geo-political zone, they would have considered the need to evenly create states across the zones for equity, fairness and justice. Let not pretend with the current configuration of the Nigerian state. Anytime there is distribution of resources, appointments, employment, scholarship etc the South East will be sur-changed.

If things are left the way it is their children will continue to suffer.

It will be better to merge all the states in all the region to form 6 six states. Or we let them have their sixth or seventh to equal North West.

The North are just not prepared for any form of progress or development you are seeing around. This was made known to the south in 1957 before Nigeria was born. They were forced to move forward with others. This is what  happen when you force a horse to the bank of a river and you continue to weep it to drink from same river. Sell all the oil in Nigeria and give them the money they wouldn`t know what to do with it. That is why government overwhelmed their leaders when they were in power even with all the money they looted. Why are we complaining now. We must continue to carry the excess baggage  (North) till we see the end.

Good for you if your parents are charity workers (allowing tenants live rent free) but obviously Mr Ogunade can not afford to do that. You show your ignorance of the law by saying the tenant will live rent free. There is no such thing as rent free. The tenant may chose not to pay his rent but that doesnt mean by some miracle the rent is not due. If you care to know, the tenants have been evicted already and the house is boarded up. The landlord also has the right to seek legal redress to get any rent owed paid up. He may lose his house in the process? LMFAO! Do you think Nigeria is China or what? Like I have said and will continue to say, let any lowlife scumbag posing as a tenant refuse to pay my rent, then the thing wey him eye go see, e go regret say him come Lagos. How many of these scumbags can even afford to seek redress in court.

Before I went to school I operated a video game business. It was my elder brother that provided the capital for me. In less than two months I paid him back. As money increased I bought Snooker board, bicycle with table tennis. Police men will come raid, anyone found within is taken to station while I have to come and bail my balls, sticks and bicycles. Most guys will flee for their dear lives. Unknown to me it was one useless police inspector that lived on my street that was staging all this.

When the frustration was too much to bear, I had to lock up and face my studies. The business was so lucrative, I made some connections with boys that come around and I even learned lots of things as a little kid.

It was fun way back then. You meet all kinds of boys in the hood. The good, the bad and the ugly. That was the sweetest part of my growing days. I wish I could,

If you understand the law, you will know that Mr Ogunade will be released on bail and  the case will carry on in court. But the most important thing is that he has evicted all the low lifes who refused to pay his rent.

When Mr Ogunade was toiling to build his house where was the government? Where were the lowlifes posing as tenants? Now you want to deprive the man of his livelyhood. Look at the amount the illiterate lowlifes had at home and yet did not want to pay the old mans rent. Woe unto them!

Kudos to you Mr Ogunade for championing the cause of landlords all over Lagos state. These scenes will be repeated all over Lagos state and the thieving government of the overhyped buffon go tire.

Your Mr. Ogunade goofed (behaved like an area boy animal) and you are here praising him. Because someone is owing rent, you now want all the landlords to take the law into their hands. The bad news is that the matter will be taken to court (you know how slow our justice system is) and the tenants will live for FREE as long as the case last. Your Mr. Ogunade will be made to pay for all their claims if found guilty, he might even loose the house in the process. I think you might be a landlord or you parents are. My parents have houses where people live and are paying nothing. They are only interested in the ownership of the place not making it a money making machine. They just want people to occupy the place. Even one of the tenants who packed out is yet to clear his properties. The good thing is that my parents have been able to establish good relationship with them. One of them even gave me a link that earned me big cash.

I hope you would have learnt one or two things from this. Dont take laws into your hands. Go to court if you are aggrieved with anyone.

This should serve as a lesson for all especially those few educated Northerners who come here to defend their brothers acts. It`s better to kill and stop small evil before it spread like wild fire and cause more harm.

Today everyone is pouring their hates on Northerners and Moslems because somehow the few educated/rich (elites) directly or indirectly used, encouraged, sponsored and instigate attacks on Christianity or Southerners. After each attack they shield those idiotic Almajiris from the law. Have you ever heard any of those idiots been brought under the law. They acted as if they have the monopoly of destruction. I have witnessed this in many occasions in the North. Nobody (I mean their leaders and scholars) condemed their evil doing in anyway. They were so hypocritical about it. I had to pack my bag and leave (leaving my millions behind).

My advise is for them to go back to their Mosques, villages and cities to re-orientate their brothers/sisters or else they will face more persecution from the Southerners. Call them to order, should Nigeria fail, the North will suffer more than Niger because they are so used to free money from oil proceeds.  As you can see, power, commerce etc have shifted south. Nothing is permanent my brother. The North brought this upon themselves. Evil is Evil.

kudos to nigerian embassy in london. so when is this change going to reach rome? nigerian embassy in rome is still the worst embassy in the world. one need to pay bribe before getting appointment, since the services in the embassy has been hijacked by touts. there is no direct services from the embassy, what people get here is indirect services, with touts serving as the middle men. what a shame.
