Hi my fellow Nairalanders, I have been wanting to ask this question because it was causing heated arguement in my neigbourhood recently. For me the best city I have visited so far is JOS, why the worst is LOKOJA. Let me hear from my fellow nairalanders. Please no insut.

Yes but come to think of it, delta state received the highest allocation from the federation, yet what is on ground doesn't commensurate with what is being sent.

it's not being easy. A graduate with strong 2.1 still unemployed. He barely eat once daily

As for data subscription, some friends do help him with #200 airtime once in a while just to search online and apply for any opening

He said, "I am always on free mode on nairaland through opera mini, Life has not been fair with me that I know. to cap it all, I'm just stuck in the house. No money to move around (Transportation) in search of job"

He wishes God could change his story for good. He told me his getting depressed.

My dear, historically and till now, benin city has alway being very volitile. The place you just mention - wire road, for ages has been very notorious. Places such tv/ehaekpen road, upper siluko axis, st saviour axis, most part of oba market area and the well known upper sakponba area are no go areas in the night. Na so i take grow com meet am ooo.
