I went to one of the worst government secondary schools. During my set, we had no Physics teacher, no Maths, no English.
We had good Chemistry, Biology and Geography tutors though.

Even Yorubas in Lagos are also tenants because technically, the lands belong to the Government of each State. This is why the Government issues a certificate of OCCUPANCY (not ownership) to the person on the land for a number of years and it can be revoked in the overall interests of State.
