The people in each State control the State. Yorubas don't control Edo or Delta State, Igbos don't control Cross-River or Bayelsa State. Hausas don't control Benue, Borno or Taraba States.
clefstone: The possible outcome of making an Igbo president is as tricky as it is unpredictable. It would indeed decrease the biafra agitation in the short term but not thereafter. What works most against the Igbos is that they have not culturally assimilated the other major tribes in Nigeria. This is not meant to stir up any useless tribal war here but the truth is that the Igbos as I have studied, seem not to have been exposed to other people before the late 19th century. The result is that the average Igbo man has not learned how to live with other people in mutual respect and understanding. There is this fear, that an Igbo president may by this handicap of history make mistakes that would jeopardize the future of Nigeria(even though a break up may be in the best interest of everyone, emphasis on may)
What the Igbos must do is understand this historical handicap and open up their minds as a people to respect other people's way of life, acknowledging that their values is not superior to others, then they can be trusted with the presidency

franchasng: The only reason Hausa-Fulanis and Yorubas are scared of Igbo man becoming President is fear of Southeast infrastructural development which will most likely make Igbo businesses to become more independent away from Lagos and Kano, etc.

The Apex Disciple of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on Biafra restoration have banned all sorts of internally generated revenue (IGR) across Biafraland in quest to release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

He pleaded on Biafrans at large to take note and create maximum awareness as the pronouncement will take full effect from Next week and precisely from 15th of December 2021.
"Our Target is getting to the Governors who have turned blind eye on the plight of the people. The live on the money they make but don't use it to develop the region. They don't use the internally generated revenue to build markets for the people.
For example, go to Ariaria international market; it's like a pig farm. They generate Billions from Ariaria international market but Abia state Governor is not doing anything to fix the roads and whenever there's rain, everywhere is flooded. So, there's no point of collecting the revenues.
And now, what we are going to do is to place 'economic sanction' on them and enforce it. So all our people wanting to enforce sit at home have a job to do. The job you have now is to engage every state revenue collector to quit before ONE WEEK (15th of December) We are giving them one week to quit and after that, they will be engaged. Let them bring their AK-47 to collect the revenues for them and let the Governors come by themselves if they think so. We will engage them and it's called REVOLUTION and at the same time CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE!
Our demands are simple:
1. Release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu unconditionally.now.
2. Free all Biafrans detained in respective detention centres across the zoo.
They have committed no crime.
