FFK doesn't have the power or rights to arrest and jail anybody for whatever reasons.

Only the courts can do that if a person commits a criminal offense to warrant that punishment. Precious absconding away from home or abandoning the children is not a criminal offense.

Anybody can claim anything. It doesn't necessarily mean it is true.


If any one has GENUINE evidence that Tinubu was already 12 years in 1952 (e.g if they have a school register showing that Tinubu was the Head boy of a Primary School with a group picture and classmates that can act as witnesses) they can challenge the validity of that affidavit in court.

Let me address the issues you raised with seriousness;

1) Age: Tinubu's past records put his year of birth as 1952.
In his electoral form for the 1992 Senatorial election backed by a court affidavit, he said he was born in 1952.
Now, it a man backed by any of his parents or close relatives sworn to an affidavit that he was believed to be born on a particular date, it becomes a valid legal document.

It can only be considered an offence, if the affidavit didn't originate from the court but was forged or there's a valid evidence that Tinubu had already reached the age of maturity by 1952 to know that he couldn't have been born in that year.

2) State of Origin: this is highly subjective. If Someone said he was born in Lagos and believes his families have been in Lagos for 3 generations,then his State of origin is Lagos. Besides everyone is free to chose his State of origin.

State of origin is NOT a legal prequisite for ANY election. You only need to have resided in the constituency for 3 years.


3) Name: Name is for identifications. We are who we say we are, even if we change our names.

I know so many people who are bearing different names from the names they were bearing while in primary schools.


It is only an offence in case of an identity theft/impersonation.
