To be very frank with you, they can NOT win each of these cases of murder in court based on the panel report.

If you are well read and understand how the court rules you ought to know that in type of case you cited, the prosecution will rely on two vital body of evidence viz;

1) The body/corpse of the victim

2) Autopsy report that the victim actually died from the impacts of the accident.


In the EndSARS panel report, the panel disregarded the Testimonies of the Doctors who treated the victims and the Forensic Pathologist who conducted autopsies on all the bodies based on Science but based their reports on words of mouths of the prostesters which is highly subjective based on perceptions and feelings.



One of their lead witnesses was a video by a guy who said he was assumed to be dead but managed to espcaped and counted 11 'dead bodies' .


Now if he could be assumed to be dead by laymen (non-medics) but he wasn't dead, what gives you the impression that there were others he too assumed to be dead but weren't really dead?



In the midst of shooting that night, some people would even fainted without anything hitting them and some people will assumed that they were dead.

In Accidents & Emergency units of large hospitals, there were many instances that family and friends rush victims in and start crying that they are dead but the medical teams will treat them and they will survive.

Victims at the scenes of the Lekki Toll gates would have been emotionally terrified that they may not be able to reliably identified who was truly dead or not.








Try to view matters disspassionately and stop labelling anyone who scrutinize the reports as 'BMC and those who have been paid by the Government'.

Well, the courts rule only on evidence and not perceptions or feelings. To prove a case of massacres in court, you will need to first establish that a particular person with known and verifiable identies has been killed by Lai Muhammed at Lekki Toll gate with hard- cast evidence.

If they are able to trace their first names, why not go further to establish other forms of their Identities like their surnames, genders, last known address (you can't tell me that none of them had ATM cards or Telephones) , their friends/neighbours, relatives etc

With these information, any news organization can carry out further investigations to get their pictures and relatives.





The victims can't just be existing in isolation without social and emotional relationships with other people like their girlfriends, siblings , landlords, pastors and neighbours.

I was just waiting for someone to mention Lagos. Only certain parts of Lagos is developed. Like 10-15% and when I refer to those parts as developed, I am talking of west African standard.

Abuja has more development because it was built from scratch. Yet still lacking a lot when compared to so many cities in modern times.

Anything else mentioned out of the above two is not an honest opinion.

Development means different things to different people.


If you want to measure development and compare development of a Region, you first need to have an index of development that can used (with precision) to measure developments accross many cities and States.


The most universally acceptable index of development is the 'Human Development Indices' ( HDI).




Try to compare and contrast the HDI of different States in Nigeria as measured by a neutral body like the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)

The war forced Igbos to adopt a survivalist mentality because Igbos understood that nothing is ever coming from the Federal Government.

The civil war ended in Jan,1970 almost 52years ago. It is no longer a tenable excuse for the former Eastern Region.
There is no functional pipe born water system in Enugu State which suffer perennial water shortages. Intra city roads are in deplorable conditions in Imo State. Waste disposal system is horrible in Abia State.

All these are NOT effects of the civil war but due to poor leadership (just like the rests of Nigeria) which is unable to transform these States into wealthy and developed States




40 years is enough to build mega cities. However the problems facing cities in Anambra, Ebonyi or Bauchi are similar to the problems facing Kaduna, Ogun or Edo States- low socioeconomic power.

achievements, but with what he is able to achieve. Respect isn't transferable from Father to son in Igbo land. You need to rise up and climb the ladder of success yourself. No one is accorded respect because of his father's achievements.

Achebe in his classical work 'Things Fall Apart' presented the character of Okonkwo, whose father is not only poor, but also lazy. Unoka, Okonkwo's father will always go to the Priestest to lay sacrifice to the gods, instead of going to work like a man. But Okonkwo rose up to achieve greatness, irrespective of whom his father was. He got riches and was welcomed to the table of elders. Ọ kwa Igbo si na Nwatakịrị kwọchaa aka, o soro Okenye rie nri.(When a child has washed he hands, he can eat with elders). While others will choose to respect and honor children's of their elites, the Igbo will rather give every one the same opportunity to climb the ladder of success or be forgotten.

Zik of Africa, Nnamdi Azikiwe was the greatest of them all in his time, but today no one hears about his sons. It is a competition for the Igbo people. Igbo don't create gods among themselves. That's why it is very difficult to create someone like Tinubu among the Igbo people. Why others have same reoccurring names in their regional politics, the Igbo keep changing leadership.
Igbo people can rally round someone without money and make him king simply because of his dedication and sincerity. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu rose to power without drinking the dirty waters of Nigeria politics. He was never a governor, neither was he a Senator. But today, he is the most respected person in Igbo land. He got the greatest followership.

This culture or way of life of the Igbo encourages competition and the spirit of survival. A son of a poor man in Igbo land dreams of making it big in the future. A father that were able to learn machanic during his own time will deny himself a lot of things to make sure his son becomes a Doctor or a Lawyer. It was this spirit of the Igbo man that made them survive the war and recover within a short period of time. A lot have been said of single Igbo mothers that raised university graduates. Some of those that feared the Igbo accuse them of being domineering. One wonders how the Igbo is domineering when they are not invading peoples lands, or leading Nigeria. But a quick look at the resilience of
the Igbo tells it all.

An Igbo young man can travel to Lagos with nothing and yet become gradually rich. I have seen a Westerner who was trumpeting how Igbo business men engages in money rituals. It was actually an Igbo that went through Igbo apprenticeship system, got settled after 7 years of service to his master, started his own business, survived out of strict discipline, that were accused of money rituals. While his counterparts from other ethnic groups were enjoying parties, he sleeps in his shop, building his business. Soon he owns his own house, only to be accused of being domineering. Success they say attract envy. This is the crime of the Igbo. Succeeding where others failed.Igbo is never domineering. They are rather aggressively successful.
