AgentGoat: Remove federal allocations and many states will seize to exist. Many states in nigeria are just bullshiits including my own. These States will and the corruption in many of them will reduce drastically. Corruption rates in Tanzania, Rwanda and Namibia are lower than that of Nigeria and they are better managed than Nigeria largely because they don't have free money like rents collected on crude oil so they have to work to get money. |

Tambuwal is a bad product for PDP to manage.
On what pedigree would he campaign with?
He doesn’t even come top 30 among serving Governors so I don’t know what Wike saw in him that he wants to make him PDP flagbearer.
PDP’s brightest chance is a repeat of 2019 ticket.
Atiku/Obi2023!
They won in 2019 but were robbed. They will win convincingly in 2023. Sen Anyim Pius Anyim is likely to be a compromise candidate for the PDP. One 'strong' prophet had recently declared that the next president will come from the S/East. |

All of Igbo have put aside many of these differences except few isolated cases like Ikwerre, Etche et al who live in Rivers State. DSC7: General Summary of the Atiku v Buhari supporters debate on social media.
Buhari has handled the Nigerian economy worse than any Nigerian leader in history.
— Atiku is a thief.
Buhari is a nepotist who prioritises his own over others.
— Atiku is a thief.
Buhari is not only a thief, he actively endorses theft in his government by having a cabinet of criminals and thieving politicians and also by endorsing people who have been caught red-handed stealing and terming them as honest people. His government has been wasteful and he and his family have lived above his means all through his administration.
— Ehn yes but Atiku is a thief.
Buhari is frail and has over the past few weeks showed us how much his physical and mental health is in a shocking state of deterioration.
— Hmmm. But, but Atiku is a thief.
Yes but his economy was in a much better state than the current economy.
— Ya. True. But Atiku is a thief.
Nigeria is currently going through an unprecedented level of poverty and social degradation due to the general incompetence of this government.
— Hmmm true. But Atiku is a thief.
Buhari is an ethnic bigot who actively watched his people slaughter others over grazing and did nothing to stop them even though he showed his iron hands against a less threatening IPOB protesters.
— Atiku is a thief. How does this relate to the topic sir? |

Because a fixed nigeria means the hausa fulani will have nothing, they will never have any say in Nigeria any more. So the hausa fulani will never allow Nigeria to be fixed. We want out. Okay, Jubril Al-Sudani will create Biafra for you. |
Politics › Re: 2023: Igbo Presidency Or Biafra? by oyatz(m): 11:54am On Nov 16, 2021 |
Biafrarep: There is a new school of thought, albeit championed by dishonest and degenerate people that Igbos shouldn't be allowed to rule Nigeria because their people are agitating for Biafra. This is not just a very lame excuse but also a wicked ploy by some selfish and wicked politicians who are hell-bent on foisting their personal ambitions on all Nigerians. They don't mind if such ambitions ends up destroying Nigeria in the long run provided they achieve their immediate gratification.
You didn't deny Fulanis presidency because of herdsmen killings. You didn't deny SS because of bunkering and militancy. But you want to deny Igbos presidency because some Igbos who are fed up with Nigeria want out. Anyways, it's up to them, this is probably their last chance to decide if truly they want Igbos to share a country with them.
Do Igbos have any reason to feel marginalized? The answer is a resounding YES! A civil war that ended in 1970 has continued to be used as excuse to punish Igbo generations till date.
Igbos have billions of dollars worth of assets all over of Nigeria and for them to put that aside to fight agitate for break up shows the extent they've been frustrated in Nigeria.
Black people naturally tend to be unreasonable when it matters most, and those in Nigeria are worse off. They believe more in brute force when intelligence and proactiveness could save them.
Denying Igbos the presidency will give IPOB the critical mass they need to achieve Biafra, underrate them at your own peril. Igbo elites are the ones sabotaging the push for Biafra because they feel that with patience, Igbos can be fully reintegrated in Nigeria. So, they try to reign in the younger generation of Igbos who have given up on Nigeria.
Now, 2023 is the litmus test. It is going to be a make or break year in the annals of Nigeria. This country is already too fragmented and weak to withstand a collective push by Igbos for Biafra and I believe that denying Igbos again in 2023 will be a vote for Biafra by all Nigerians.
Personally, my instincts yearn for Biafra while another voice tells me that Nigeria can still be saved. However, 2023 will 100% convince me. I also believe my sentiments are shared by majority of Igbos.
If you love Nigeria, you must support Igbo presidency now! But Sen Anyim Pius Anyim has declared that he will join the presidential race. |

DOTian: IPOB propaganda? Honestly, I never listened to any IPOB stuff. Just telling you what I Know as a good student of history. . Upto the mid 90s, NITEL and the managerial staffs of major government banks in the east were dominated by the Yorubas! It seems to me like that you guys are way too young to even understand the enermousity of the havoc caused by your forbearers. When one tries to educate you, you start calling him IPOB. It's crazy.
Post war , The Yorubas headed most of the parastatals while the northerners controlled the armed forces. Answer this: how many graduates came from northern Nigeria at independence? Compare that to the figures from your South West and the East. The north had little or none. By 1976, the Yoruba corruption of the civil service has become so bizarre and insane that even Murtala started a mass sacking of civil servants! That was how his "action President" status came to be. You know nothing. ... You aren't well informed and already drown in the pond of your bigotry laced with ignorance, so there's no need to continue to discuss this matter with you. |

Even government parastatals flooded with your people post 1966 were all ran down with corruption! INTEL, NEPA, REFINERIES. Even The NNPC, an oil monopoly was declared bankrupt! The northerners didn't have the graduates then. The easterners were chased out. You hyjacked all these and ran them down. That's the history of how we got here.. That you somehow believe this IPOB propaganda that one tribe, the Yorubas which is just one out of the 300 tribes in Nigeria were the only ones working and running public corporations owned by the whole Nigeria shows the level of your education and intelligence. Even if you haven't been born when NITEL, Nigeria Airways, Nigeria National Shipping Lines were in operation but relied on IPOB propaganda as the gospel truths , why not ask educated Nigerians who are above 50years if Yorubas were the only Nigerians working in those Federal Government companies. |

JaroMan: Tinubu is smart but not wise. He has continued to burn bridges to the detriment of the party. And he's been doing this against foundational members of the party. He did it to Rochas using Adams Oshiomole via Gulak. He did it to former Zamfara gov He did to Ngige in Anambra. The party is just living on life support and keen observers know this. That is why there seems to be silence in the party. If you are wise, you ought to have known that it's wrong to assume that every conflict within the APC is caused by Tinubu. In politics, it's natural to have conflicts and in Nigerian political parties, where people are more interested in their self interests than anything else, conflicts is very common. All the people you mentioned experienced conflicts in their HOME Chapters of the APC due to clashes of interests with other stakeholders in their home chapters of the party. Wherever there's a conflict in a party, alignments and re-arrangements of polical players occur naturally. This has nothing to with Tinubu. The phenomena are the same even in APGA, PDP, Labour Party etc. |

FallenShitHole: The above bolded goes to confirm what we all know about the afonjas. The most corrupt people on earth. They ran down every nigeria institution they handled through massive corruption. All the institutions they inherited through the 1972 indigenization decree instituted by awolowo after making sure that Igbos are out of the equation because of the 20£ to any amount we had then on our bank accounts. The yorubas bought every nigeria company then at peanut prices and still ran them aground. Do you want to talk about the nigeria airways? The most brutally murdered institution through corruption by the afonjas. 1) Corruption is not about tribe. 2) Companies fold up from so many reasons , beyond corruption. 3) The companies were run by peoples from different tribes. 4) Even Igbo companies like African Continental Bank (ACB), Savannah Bank (Nwobodo's bank), Zik's West African Pilot Newspapers, Champion Newspapers of Nnwanyanwu, Ekene DiliChukwu Transport all folded up due to mismanagement. 5) Pascal Dozie was the Chairman of Nigeria Airways when the company went South and he was recommended for prosecution but the politics of tribalism (where corrupt people supported by their tribes claim they are being persecuted) made it impossible for him to be properly sanctioned. |

ScamHunter: The key adjectives are Hausa-Fulani: Immoral, pleasure loving and depends on luck or chance
Yoruba : Betrayal, disloyal, backstabbing, treacherous, controlled by lust for money and greedy
Igbo : Hardworking, industrious, religious, can't be pushed around and fights oppression
A hundred years later, we can see the reason the country is moving in circles without progress. So when people ask you why the last time there was progress in these parts was when the colonialists were around, the reason is that the country has been governed based on luck like a game of chance by a particular group.
When I was growing up, I often wondered why older Igbo never speak well of Yoruba. If it was because of Biafra, were they the only ones that fought against us? Even the pogrom was mainly in the north. Everything started making sense to me in 2015 and also during End Sars protest. These are not people you can trust and not get disappointed according to Mr Lugard.
This is why every sensible person knows the tribe that has what it takes to make the country move forward, but envy, jealousy and hatred won't let these tribes see the source of their redemption. This is the same reason they're afraid of Igbo exit. Less than a generation after Igbo exits, we would be competing with Europe while you guys will still be having national discourse on cattle and colonies of cattle.
Thank goodness, the analysis is from those who formed you guys into a country. This is bumkum, 1) Lord Lugard never wrote these qoutes. 2) Even if Lord Lugard truly said so, it was from his biased and jaundiced views in 1919 and not backed by either Logic or Science. 3) It is wrong to assume that the problems with Nigeria are caused by only a particular tribe. 4) At least since 1999, Igbos have been ruling Igbo States with considerable authonomy, yet the Igbo States are still battling with all features of underdevelopment typical of most African communities. 5) Development is premised on actions and not on sentimental feelings or wishful thinking. |

The Obong does not understand that if rotation is not adhered to, nothing shall make VP Osinbajo win presidential election.
Obong spoke like one of those unintelligent elders from the SS who journeyed to Kaduna in 1967 and begged for non Igbo speaking areas of the old eastern region be carved out of Biafra. Thereafter, all the oil wells in the Southsouth got seized by politicians and soldiers from the north. Pollution from oil exploration ravaged the Southsouth and extends to the southeast.
