The panel did NOT rely on any Technology but hearsay.


Those who had injuries were rushed to the nearest hospitals for treatment and ALL the dead bodies around 20-10-2020 in that vicinity were taken to the nearest mortuaries.


The testimonies of the doctors at these hospitals and the Pathologist who carried out autopies on the dead bodies didn't support that 9 people were killed.


The families, relatives, friends and neighbours of the people listed as being killed didn't show up at the panel.


The panel listed Nathaniel Solomon as one of those killed on 20-10-2020 but the same man granted interview to newspapers in March,2021.

The panel listed Kolade Salami as one of those killed at the Lekki shootings when Kolade actually died in 2019.

The panel disregarded testimonies of Medica doctors who treated the victims and autopsy reports of forensic pathologist based on Science, instead they relied of the words of mouths of the ENDSARS protesters which was largely based on perceptions and feelings to arrive at their conclusions.




To be very frank with you, they can NOT win each of these cases of murder in court based on the panel report.

1) The body/corpse of the victim

2) Autopsy report that the victim actually died from the impacts of the accident.


In the EndSARS panel report, the panel disregarded the Testimonies of the Doctors who treated the victims and the Forensic Pathologist who conducted autopsies on all the bodies based on Science but based their reports on words of mouths of the prostesters which is highly subjective based on perceptions and feelings.



One of their lead witnesses was a video by a guy who said he was assumed to be dead but managed to espcaped and counted 11 'dead bodies' .


Now if he could be assumed to be dead by laymen (non-medics) but he wasn't dead, what gives you the impression that there were others he too assumed to be dead but weren't really dead?



In the midst of shooting that night, some people would even fainted without anything hitting them and some people will assumed that they were dead.

In Accidents & Emergency units of large hospitals, there were many instances that family and friends rush victims in and start crying that they are dead but the medical teams will treat them and they will survive.

Victims at the scenes of the Lekki Toll gates would have been emotionally terrified that they may not be able to reliably identified who was truly dead or not.








Try to view matters disspassionately and stop labelling anyone who scrutinize the reports as 'BMC and those who have been paid by the Government'.

Well, the courts rule only on evidence and not perceptions or feelings. To prove a case of massacres in court, you will need to first establish that a particular person with known and verifiable identies has been killed by Lai Muhammed at Lekki Toll gate with hard- cast evidence.

At the scenes of the event, it's possible that their indentities weren't known but the Judicial panel sat for a whole year to establish these but instead they just listed 'Jide' 'Wisdom' or 'Judith'


If they are able to trace their first names, why not go further to establish other forms of their Identities like their surnames, genders, last known address (you can't tell me that none of them had ATM cards or Telephones) , their friends/neighbours, relatives etc

With these information, any news organization can carry out further investigations to get their pictures and relatives.





The victims can't just be existing in isolation without social and emotional relationships with other people like their girlfriends, siblings , landlords, pastors and neighbours.
