Whenever I hear the statement from the Nigerian police "after interrogation the suspect confessed",I always laugh because it is another way of saying "after enough beating, threats and torture, the suspect confessed". James Ibori is very right. Alams built just one house while the several others were bought with instant cash!!! He felt it will waste time to build houses. Why build from the scratch when there are many mansions worldwide readily available for sale? Especially when u are paying in cash and even in excess!!! Like alams like Ibori. Bunch of thieves. He supported Jonathan even though he knew jonathan's govt was evil. He forgot that if u sow the wind u will reap the whirl wind. 6years is enough for a good govt to build and provide better healthcare system. Bayelsa doesn't have a good health facility both from the federal and state govts despite enormous resources. I can't imagine a former state governor leaving his state to sort for medical attention in another state. It is a anomaly. Going outside the country is reasonable. Not within. |

A boyfriend with a six pac is a must. But for husband,anything and anyone is acceptable. Husband is not easy to get o! U can get 1000 boyfriends if u desire but to get one husband no dey easy o! Some ladies are doing fasting and prayers now just to get "any man". Some are even stealing other people's husband just to CHANGE from "MISS" to "MRS". Whether na pot belle o! Bayelsa can't boast of a world class health care system despite the huge resources allocated and also generated by the state. All have been looted. The ex governor couldn't leave Nigeria to source for the needed health care. He was a wanted man. With a better health, I believe he would have still been alive. Cardiac arrest is a manageable situation with better health system. Taking him from Bayelsa to Port harcout for treatment led to waste of time. The evil that men do lives with them. Is the president trying to pacify or atttact Nigerian Chriatians? He doesn't need to do this. We have always been by your side and have always prayed that u succeed in taking this nation to greater heights. Spending 11million dollars on pilgrimage is total waste. It is one of the reasons we voted out the last administration. We don't need WASTE anymore. Religion/faith is a personal thing and must be treated as such. Our people have so desecrated our nation to the extent that they now believe God only answers prayers made in Israel or in Mecca. This is a big lie. Stop putting the destiny of this nation in the hands of individuals!!! Only God and those that he has touched their hearts can save Nigeria. None of the people u mentioned have CVs that are up to that of Ngozi Okonji Iweala but where are we today after all the "sparkling" CV? She left us 100years backward,turned our naira to ordinary piece of paper and mortgaged the future of this country!!! Bill Gates doesn't have the kind of CV most of our people have. This is one of the problems we have with Nigerian laws. In a sane society like the united Kingdom,the first thing u do is to freeze all the assets and accounts. This helps to prevent the person from using criminal proceeds from defending or truncating justice. It won't surprise me if they hire the greatest number of good lawyers because the loot is still there. Suppose the assets are frozen,u are automatically making them powerless!. That's the main reason why the UK had to seize the 27k found in her house and once the case begins they will also freeze all her accounts and assets. I still imagine the case of senator Bukola saraki. He hired so many senior advocates to fight his case because of this same failure of our laws to prevent the proceeds of crime from being used to fight the system. This is why it is so difficult to prosecute corruption cases in Nigeria. It is a game of "using your loot to protect your loot". U can buy the best lawyers, the judiciary,the investigators and even witnesses. U can even buy the final judgement and long as u have access to your loot when the trial is going on!
