MackyNaija: None of the above made the cut.... We had planned for a single story, 3 or 4 bath but as we begin the waka, our eyes begin chuck
Online advertised prices are $20k to $50k different from what the final end price will be. Some builders sell the lots separately (Hidden Oak - $45k to $80k for a lot ) The communities we checked have lot premiums between $5k to $25k, adds to the house price, upgrades further adds more.
Most likely, we'll be doing a 4 bed, 3 bath, 2 story. Stay tuned for pictures ... The home buying market is different from what it has ever been.. We should have a solid headway (models for viewing, construction for other buyers or actual lot availability/permit for this home plan) in the next 60 days. Can't wait!!!
Before end of June 2022, construction suppose don complete. Congrats Boss I know say as African man na at least 4 bedroom you go buy or build in preparation of when Parents and Siblings start to visit their Son/Brother for Obodo Oyibo. Macky your English now na fully American oo, this write up just dey confuse person.. na Land or house una dey buy? Abeg break am to Naija or British English |

Ifeanyichukwu42: Or do you think that your police character report is needed in the united state. Your police report expires after your interview the Homeland security does not care about it. As soon as you arrive at your point of entry if only you are given a visa your finger print will done taken again . |

LegitBachelor: Hi lucaschukwuka,
Like you said, it's almost impossible to get that waiver. So you have to figure out how to meet.
Regarding your second question, it all depends on the VO that's interviewing you. The VO needs evidence to show that you will go back to Nigeria after visiting. Having a fiancée in the US is not an evidence, rather it suggests you might not go back to Nigeria. So I will suggest you don't make any reference to that unless you are being asked. Long time legit... hope to see your update on life in US soon |

Yeah, it's been pretty quiet in here.
It seems there are more activities currently within the Spousal Visa applications (CR-1 & IR-1), as compared to the K-1 Visa applications.
Let's see how it all plays out. I thought cr-1 is banned?? |

MackyNaija: Admission is based on bachelors and past experiences and I believe you can always find a way around restrictions by speaking directly to the departments involved.
Most entry level jobs (and even internships) require past experience either thru work or research for you to be considered for open roles. If you have skills in computer science, nothing stops you from chasing it. Will a Teaching Assistant role count as one of this experiences?? |

yemiosinbajo: This question shows that you haven't done any research at all about studying in the US. Mackynaija is very patient, otherwise, there are lots of people who wouldn't have answered you at all. Please, try and do some preliminary research on your own using Google before coming to ask questions. No offense. Exactly bro, To prepare for immigration you have to read a lot, most people don’t want to read that’s why they find themselves in big problems when they reach America..please gather a lot of information, then consider your options, plan for 5 years ahead not just for the next 3 months |

She has been a doctor in the USA for 12 years. Do they still grant spousal visa immediately after marriage or how does it work. She has never been married and she is in her 30s. I love her and I want to start a family with her so we can pursue the American dream together. She has is originally from Puerto Rico very beautiful woman. Really beautiful! Kindly brief me on how spousal support works, do we have to get an immigration lawyer. Thanks for your suggestions and opinions anyone. Since spousal visa is banned, I will advise you to use K1( fiancé visa), check the thread on Nairaland, every information is there |
