The home buying market is different from what it has ever been.. We should have a solid headway (models for viewing, construction for other buyers or actual lot availability/permit for this home plan) in the next 60 days. Can't wait!!!

Or do you think that your police character report is needed in the united state. Your police report expires after your interview the Homeland security does not care about it. As soon as you arrive at your point of entry if only you are given a visa your finger print will done taken again .

Like you said, it's almost impossible to get that waiver. So you have to figure out how to meet.

Regarding your second question, it all depends on the VO that's interviewing you. The VO needs evidence to show that you will go back to Nigeria after visiting. Having a fiancée in the US is not an evidence, rather it suggests you might not go back to Nigeria. So I will suggest you don't make any reference to that unless you are being asked.

It seems there are more activities currently within the Spousal Visa applications (CR-1 & IR-1), as compared to the K-1 Visa applications.

Lemme keep this here... I have crafted a way to ensure my naija work experience did not and will not go to waste.
It has to be counted whenever I apply to jobs here. Will explain later - ElectroMech, Electricals and Electronics.

Admission is based on bachelors and past experiences and I believe you can always find a way around restrictions by speaking directly to the departments involved.

Most entry level jobs (and even internships) require past experience either thru work or research for you to be considered for open roles.
If you have skills in computer science, nothing stops you from chasing it.
