I think people overplay Tinubu's political records a lot. A two-term governor of Lagos state and a former senator, what is unprecedented in that? It is true that Tinubu capitalized on Buhari's increasing popularity then to create the alliance of APC with him, but people forget that Buhari had been winning elections massively in the North long before the alliance was forged. So, for instance, if kwankwanso had allied with Obi and that alliance had produced president in 2023, people would be shouting he made Obi president. That is exactly what Tinubu did with Buhari, Buhari was already gaining in popularity among Nigerian voters due to insecurity and corruption in Jonathan government and Buhari being touted as an anticorruption crusader then and a retired army general. Going back to Obi and kwankwanso, the alliance failed but Obi is still gaining in popularity and all the indicators are showing he could go all the way to become president. So people have always failed to give credit where it is due, the rising popularity of a candidate among Nigerian electorates.

The problem of Nigerian women is not actually Nigerian women but the men in that country. The men hate each other but are quick to provide economic favour to a woman just for sexual reciprocity.

Labour Party should not just be allowing anybody to join them, especially those from PDP and APC defunct political system. These people bring no value to the party rather than to damage the image of the party. Labour Party movement is organic and driven by the youths and the masses, so there is no point in allowing politicians with baggages to join in, otherwise these people can be used as moles by establishments against the Party.

For instance, I can't see myself as a sensible person campaigning for Labour Party and calling it a new political revolution if someone like that governor of Imo state Hope uzodema (or whatever he is called) is now the party member.

Old but greedy people

Why didn't kwankwanso pick his VP from the South West, all indicators show that South West is the best place to have picked his VP from, because the level of supports for Peter Obi in the South South and South East is far greater than what Tinubu is getting in the South West right now. Also South South already produced VP for another presidential ticket in Okowa of PDP, South West does not have any yet.

In all this, what I see is this kwankwaso or kwashiorkor man trying to cut the support for Peter Obi in the South South, thereby indirectly working for Tinubu. He is still going to collapse his campaign structure for Tinubu as he has indicated in that Arise News interview.

The once-before activist Keyamo has lost touch with reality since he joined Buhari government. The Christians are not endagered by Tinubu-Shettima ticket because Tinubu will sanction attacks against them as a president, but it is because of what that ticket represents in terms of religion tolerance in today's Nigeria, especially in this volatile political landscape. The people that will attack Christians are in the bush right now watching everything.
