Shugavee:So is that what you are saying that SDP has structure in Ekiti state but does not have one Osun? Coz I don't even understand what you people mean by this structure structure thing, does it mean that Labour Party will go into an election without putting Party agents in the polling boots? People are the structures, and people want Peter Obi over any other presidential candidate as it is now. I think people like you will have to be faced with a hard reality before you believe anything, I won't waste my time much on this. Just so you know, Peter Obi is what people know, not the Labour Party, and Peter was not on the ballot sheet in either Ekiti or Osun governorship election. |
Shugavee:This is a warped analysis, a look at the SDP party performances, for instance, in both Ekiti and Osun States should tell you that people are not voting for political parties but the candidates. SDP came second in Ekiti state with 200k votes or so because of their flag bearer Segun Oni, but the same party could not even muster up to 1k votes in Osun. Let me tell you this, most of PDP supporters in Osun will vote Peter Obi in the presidential election. Labour Party candidate in Osun, Lasun, came to the campaign rather too late, I only got to know about him just about a week ago, how can such person win a governorship election in Osun against for instance the Adeleke family that has been in the forefront of political campaign for decades? So the outcome of this governorship election is not the loss of LP, Viz. Peter Obi, but APC. It is even more of a win to LP than a loss. |
This issue of drug pushing has become epidemic in Nigeria right now. |
magoo10:But how are the Labour Party and PDP candidates faring in the state? Some people saying Ambode is going for the Labour Party, we are not sure yet? |
nairavsdollars:How, he has stolen more than enough from Lagos, the only thing that is eluding him is the presidency? |
Isn't it written in the Bible that you must respect the constituted authorities When you are preaching the so called words of God and your presence seems to constitute disturbance and uneasiness to the people in the area (probably the police were alerted by some of the people in that area, it might even be one White woman that called the police so), are you not supposed to adopt a diplomatic approach with the police? You are preaching the "words" of God and you are being rude to the police, isn't that breaking the law of the land and counteracting what you are preaching for? So are you preaching for people to be rude to the police? They asked for your name and address and you flared up like this, how is that intruding on you privacy? In fact, we need the mixture of White people in African countries in order to make these countries well organized. Just look at how the police handle him with utmost professionalism that is devoid of any sentiments. Nigeria police would have rough handled him or even threatened to shoot him if he had refused them to give his name and address like this. |
Nice one, most of these preachers are only religious but not godly. Good riddance to bad rubbish. |
That Tinubu must be disgraced out of Nigeria and Lagos state politics. |
Nice, I never rooted for the Labour Party candidate to win but to create awareness for the party in Osun. |
Losing in Osun or Lagos is even worse than losing in any other South West states. Osun is the state of origin of that frogeyed fraud Tinubu, it shows that his people have rejected him for his greed and "emi lokan" politics. Yoruba are the most detribalized people in this country, Tinubu cannot use only his Yoruba's identity to win South West if they see him as incompetent and not serving the interests of larger society, that is why he is looking up to the North for block votes by picking Muslim-Muslim ticket, let us see if the Northerners too will reject this desperate man. |
When APC made an 87 years old man with so many baggages like Tinubu their presidential flag bearer, what do you expect, people will lose interests in the party. It shows that APC doesn't rate Nigerians at all. |
press9jatv:Where do you get this from, what link? |
This portable boy definitely has diarrhea of the mouth. |
What we are witnessing in this Osun election is a situation where people have started to vote for the candidate rather than the party. I think Peter Obi supporters are voting Adeleke PDP in this governorship election. |
SultanOfAbia:I assume the White man's juju you are talking about is their brain? |
This man is still being politically correct and windows dressing the security situation. Take action and get guns for your people to defend themselves. Just make sure all the gun owners are registered and traceable. |
The headline is somehow confusing, i thought they said "it has diminished Peter Obi's popularity in the North" Nice to know that Obidients are gaining in number. |

All this furore is unnecessary, Shettima or Tinubu is not your VP or president, they are presidential and vice presidential candidates of APC, but it is you Nigerians that will have the final say in the election. I will rather this protest is channeled towards INEC to extend the voters registration until the very last day and make sure everybody get their PVCs. |

I see a brown envelope exchange hands between Tinubu and this Ohanaeze Ndigbo before they uttered this statement. We Yoruba's are more than happy to dash Ohanaeze Ndigbo Tinubu to free South West from the economic clutch of one man. Political godfatherism is the bane of corruption and mismanagement in government in this country. |
Obidients definitely |
BankyGee:Okay, thank you for the correction, the autocorrect on my phone can be sometimes misleading. |
ThatFairGuy1:What happened in the interview, i didn't watch it?. But unfortunately, this PDP candidate seems to be gathering momentum towards this election o. People should vote the Labour Party guy instead, not APC again. |
Will it stop them from collecting money on the roadblock again ![]() |
Then what is the fuse about ![]() |
If only Nigerians could understand that this world we are is so fickle and shortlived, then they would understand that the best thing to do is to show and care from each other. What is the essence of a life without love, happiness and good health. ![]() |

APC has put their rigging plan to work. Why ending this registration now, i thought they said it has been extended by three months earlier? This country gets as it be. Tinubu is trying to perfect his rigging plan with INEC. The longer the registration is ongoing the more difficult that rigging plan becomes. |
If I were a Nigerian President, I would make it mandatory and official that Nigeria has 3 regions: the Northern region, Middle Belts and Southern region. I would restructure Nigeria military to secure each region accordingly, ensuring that security personnel for each region are sourced from people living in these places. Then each region can choose their own cause on how they want to be governed through restructuring. This is the best solution to end the Islamic extremism in the core North. Given Nigeria's geopolitical scenario today, the North sees itself as a majority and others as minorities, and this is because the Middle Belt is buffering the North majority, but average Middle Beltans don't see themselves as Northerners. Restructuring as to this reality will limit the activities of Islamic extremists to the core North, thereby giving essential autonomy to other regions to defend their land and create their own system of government to curtail such extreme ideology from being spread across the country. Believe me, if the Islamic extremists can capture the Middle Belts and enforce their intolerant Sharia rules, then the entire country southwards is in grave danger. We cannot talk about restructuring without talking about restructuring the military itself. |
Most of these killings by police of young Nigerians are due to jealousy, envy and bitterness. Hope his family can get justice. Some people will just be angry with your success as if you are responsible for the frustration in their lives. |
