Some of the points you raised in your post are spot on. But aligning Obi Labour Party with aggrieved members of PDP and APC will only make Obi camp look like the establishments it is fighting against. People can point to these members from PDP and APC to justify their argument that LP is not so different from the former two.

The problem with Tinubu supporters is that they lack the conviction and foresight of the ability of people to produce a change. They believe that the same system or existing powers will always find a way to trample on people's will. Maybe you can call this a black man disease, but I don't believe all black people have this mentality, as this is mostly common among old people who are used to the status quo.

Some people even call Obi a mere social media sensation which will fade away as time passes by, despite seeing marked results in over 10 millions additional voters who are mostly youths, they still think it is just a fad. Maybe APC only campaign tactic is to continue to play down on the capacity of the so called "structureless" Obi supporters to make him president.

I'm totally disappointed in The Cables. I listened to this conversation between Pat Utomi and Seun Okinbaloye barely an hour ago on Channels tv. This is COMPLETELY a false report.


Pat Utomi never mentioned 15 votes. He said at least 15 people would be standing up to defend the party (i.e., against APC and PDP criminals and ballot snatchers), in response to Seun's question on structure.

There was no conversation about votes at the polling unit level.

The summary of what he is saying is that Nigerians should not condemn this Muslim-Muslim ticket by mere words of mouth, they should go to the polls and show that they reject it. It is as simple as that.

APC should have shown concern for Nigeria going through serious problems of Islamic extremism at the moment by picking a VP that is more inclusive, but this shows the party doesn't have the interest of Nigerians in their heart but only the interest of the party. So it is now left for Nigerians to decide which path they want to follow in the polls.

If na Tinubu now you would have seen his urchins everywhere shouting jagaban jagaban. Peter Obi and Tinubu presidency will be a case of decency and rascality.

So we should vote for Tinubu simply because he is a Yoruba by tribe but not by heart. Tinubu who is the face of ongoing islamization in Nigeria you call a true son of Yoruba? He will deny it but anyone with discerning mind who watched that video of his interview with Arise News will know this guy is already giving his support to Tinubu. He will change mouth tomorrow when Nigerians are least expected. He knows his party NNPP is going nowhere in this election, rejecting that VP slot with Obi's Labour Party is one of the biggest political gaffes of the decades.
