[quote author=sa_lassie link=topic=823387.msg9750369#msg9750369 date=1323712256]I don’t know whether or not she was guilty or innocent. As much as I despise the illegal drug trade and all that goes on surrounding it, I don’t agree with capital punishment. I am very sad for Janice and her family. They must just come home now and scatter her ashes in SA. It’s bad enough that she died on foreign soil. Return her to her homeland. |

Hahahahaha Rhodesia has a big problem with black people. Maybe his mixed-race and the "real" white kids used to diss his blackness, now he has come to hate part of himself |
^^^^^ That's true, spot on. Whites are responsible for the death of most human beings and all other forms of life on this planet but what they are very good at is justifying their cruel actions and then propose double standards for their own benefit. For instance America refuses to be a member of the International Criminal Court(ICC) but they are forever encouraging other states to join and to further respect arrest warrants and allow the ICC to prosecute those who engage in war crimes and crimes against humanity, things which they do regularly. |
This is the most foolish university ranking compilation I've ever seen. They use Google Page Rank, Yahoo Inbound Links, Alexa Traffic Rank to compile their list. This means that you can have a very good university but if it is not mentioned enough times on the internet it will not make this stûpid ranking. Nonsense. http://www.4icu.org/menu/about.htm#ranking Universities and Colleges are ranked by our exclusive 4icu.org University Web Ranking. The ranking is based upon an algorithm including three unbiased and independent web metrics extracted from three different search engines: Google Page Rank Yahoo Inbound Links Alexa Traffic Rank Web metrics data are collected on the same day to minimize temporal fluctuations and maximize comparibility. A pre-computational filter is adopted to detect outliers in the raw data. The total number of external inbound links (or backlinks) pointing to each university website is also cleaned from duplicate domains based on a statistical sample; unique inbound links (i.e. links coming from different domains) are in fact a much more significant and powerful measure of website link popularity. Finally further investigation and a review of Alexa Traffic Rank data is carried out for universities adopting a subdomain (highly not recommended) as their official institutional home page. Once filtered (outliers), cleaned (unique links) and reviewed (subdomains), web metrics data are normalised to a scale of 0 to 100 taking into consideration the logarithmic nature in which both the Google Page Rank and the Alexa Traffic Rank are expressed. The three normalised values are aggregated based on a weighted average algorithm which generates the final score and web ranking. The exact formula adopted to aggregate the three web metrics is not disclosed for copyright reasons and to minimise attempts of manipulation from university webmasters in order to achieve better rankings. The same philosophy is adopted by Google with regards to their search engine ranking algorithm. Being the 4icu.org University Web Ranking a non-academic ranking the need for ranking methodology transparency and the ability of testing and reproducing the results, as suggested by the Berlin Principles on Ranking of Higher Education Institutions, is less stringent than for academic rankings. The aim of this website is to provide an approximate popularity ranking of world Universities and Colleges based upon the popularity of their websites. This is intended to help international students and academic staff to understand how popular a specific University/College is in a foreign country. We do not claim - by any means - to rank organisations or their programs, by the quality of education or level of services provided. The 4icu.org University Web Ranking is not an academic ranking and should not be adopted as the main criteria for selecting an higher education organization where to study The title should read "Top 100 Most Popular Universities And Colleges In Africa" |
Zuma must just keep quiet and leave other countries to do what they think is right for them. |
The whole of South Africa is safe. At least that's what I think Counting South Africa's crimes GLYNNIS UNDERHILL AND SIPHO MCDERMOTT JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA - Sep 09 2011 The number of murders in South Africa declined by 6.5% in 2010/2011, with 15 940 cases being recorded, according to annual police crime statistics released on Thursday. This is considered a reliable figure because murder statistics are difficult to manipulate, said Chandre Gould, senior researcher for the crime and justice programme at the Institute for Security Studies. "One crime statistic that is very difficult to manipulate is murder, because you have to have a dead body." Gould said the 2010/2011 figures were consistent with the pattern since 2003/2004. The murder rate has come down consistently by nearly 20% since then. Releasing the statistics in Pretoria, Police Minister Nathi Mthethwa pointed out that during the 1994/1995 period the annual murder rate in South Africa stood at 27 000. Although investigations had been launched into the manipulation of crime statistics in the Western Cape and KwaZulu-Natal, Mthethwa told the Mail & Guardian he did not doubt the "credibility" of the crime statistics at hand. In the period under review, from April 2010 to March 2011, attempted murders had fallen by 12.2%, whereas assault with intent to inflict grievous bodily harm had dropped by 4.5%. Robbery with aggravating circumstances was also down by 12%. Mthethwa said although house robberies had increased dramatically two years ago, this category had declined by 10% to 16 889 cases during the period under review. "Our engagement with the insurance industry reflects that they, too, have started to witness the impact of this decline," said Mthethwa. Although there was a decrease of 3% in sexûal offences, Mthethwa said it was an area that still required focused attention. "We are mainly concerned about the number of Desecrates that occur in the country. The number of reported râpes still remains unacceptably high." The number of reported râpe rose from 55 097 to 56 272 and Mthethwa said the crime was often not reported. The statistics also show that 94 police officers were killed in the line of duty -- a slight decline from the previous year's figures of 110. Christiaan Bezuidenhout, professor of criminology at the University of Pretoria, emphasised that South Africa still had some of the worst murder statistics in the world, especially for a country not at war. "We still have a very high murder rate. Farm murders are not placed in one specific crime category, but the murder rate of farmers is 72 to 75 per year out of an active population of 37 000 to 39 000," said Bezuidenhout. "They say 110 police officers are murdered a year, out of a service with 190 000 members. It is a much higher risk to be a farmer than a police officer." Bezuidenhout said he believed that the statistics were not presenting the public with a clear picture. "Why do the crime statistics come out so late?" he asked. "They should come out during the financial year, but they come out six months later." The different policing strategies used during last year's Fifa World Cup also had to be factored into the statistics, said Bezuidenhout. "All World Cup issues were dealt with immediately in separate courts and were handled very effectively and quickly. We don't know what effect this had on the crime statistics." Johan Burger, senior researcher at the Institute for Security Studies, said it was highly relevant that ATM bomb blasts had risen by 61.5% in 2010/2011. There had been 399 bombings compared to 247 the previous year. "What this tells me is that criminals are looking for easier targets. Bank robberies dropped to their lowest levels since 1997, as did cash-in-transit heists, which fell by 18.7% to 291. Criminals moved their attention to ATMs because they are now considered a soft target." National police commissioner Bheki Cele told the M&G that Gauteng still remained South Africa's crime heartland, accounting for 50% of national crimes. But he stressed that crime in the province was down by 12% year on year. Cele said that a problem was the "migration" of crime from larger to smaller centres where there was less visible policing. http://mg.co.za/article/2011-09-09-counting-south-africas-crimes |

Ah, talk of unity. Whites only started uniting about 60 years ago after centuries of disunity where they used to regularly kill one another in stupid wars. So perhaps black people should engage in several centuries of war before thinking seriously of uniting. We'll set-up the United Nation Africa(UNA) in around the year 2345 and in the year 2411 the UNA Security Counsel will pass a resolution allowing indiscriminate bombing by the African Frontier Treaty Organization(AFTO) on a rouge state called United Kingdom of Great Britain ![]() |

Yes. 083 belong to the MTN rip-offs |
If everybody accepted the advice of this thread and went into SALESMANSHIP then it would be everybody for himself and many professionals who exist within business structures would be jobless and not needed. You can't build a country by yourself, you need to have formal systems and encourage many people to enter the system which will create expanded uniform productivity. SALESMANSHIP doesn't create any kind of productivity |
