Viktoreze:It wouldnt be until after she is 2yrs, i believe its worth the wait. You now have a timeframe to prepare ![]() |
Sorry to bring this thread up. I am leaning towards getting a used 2012 GLK 350. I have never used a Benz but for the price i am getting it and the condition, it feels to good. How is the maintenance? Any problems i should watch out for? Like electrical, i know their engines are bulletproof. |
5months and 3 weeks. What do you guys think so far? I read that one of the easiest ways of telling how tall a dog will be is by doubling its size at 6 months. If its true i am in trouble coz she is a lil bit above my knee already!

8y88y8:Join which hand? The one used in ejaculating or the other used in packing cum?? ![]() Your movement is in solidarity with your kind. |
csn01:There is a lot to learn about life, some times we have to look at it from a different perspective. The man is teaching his boy how to become a humble leader and experience things differently. Humility is a character many leaders of today lack. He will definitely rise up rapidly into a suitable position in the company. I am sure he comes to work and leaves in a car as fine as their customers! |
csn01:The father already introduced him as a student of UniPort, so probably he does shifts. Its not gonna be easy if he is a full time student, but doable. |
"to switch over to war mode" got me thinking, i am worried, i have to ask; pls which mode have dey been since?? I just hope this statement isnt true. |
After Sunday morning walk.

Viktoreze:Thanks. For muscle gain i have a small but effective training program for her. I am just waiting for her to turn 6months. |
.

At a little above 5months. She has gone through her first stage of rapid growth. Getting taller.. stretching out. Right now she is as tall as my late GSDxCaucasian! Her size is definitely a result of good genes and good food. Lots of food, she can eat and sh!t all day.

Thats a Lassa Apso mix |
Mykellio:Ok. Good thing she is female. I wouldnt want to see how offsprings from Venus & Juno will look like. Have you tot of having her spayed(opposite of castration)? |
What is NSD pls? Nigeria Shepherd Dog ![]() |
@OP you can get a pure breed free or cheap if you know/ or related to the buyer. Nobody goes through the stress of owning and caring for a pure breed and sells them cheaply, regardless the breed. Those calling ekuke pure breed dey make me laugh. They are mongrels. A dog contained no particular breed in its composition, but a mixture of different undocumented breeds. Pure breeds are specifically bred from known dogs with the intention to create a new breed. |
Emmanuelcann:Pure bred GSD aint cheap bro. Else you refer to over N100k as being cheap! |
We cant have this when we are incapable of giving our dogs proper training. Abroad you are seen unfit to keep a dog if you cant take your dogs for basic training classes. These classes are done throughout a dogs adolescent stage. We dont even have proper training schools in Nigeria, where there is, its too expensive for the average dog owner. |
How did u know? Now this your knowing has put u in a tight corner. If you tell her you will be termed "home breaker", if u dont and she finds out u knew, she may never forgive u. If you havent cheated in your life and will not cheat ever then you can go and tell your sister. If i had a sister, i would have a MANLY discussion with my inlaw regardless our age difference. |
Anybody that does that isnt straight forward, period! I feel its don for the following dubious resons: 1. He wants to be in control over the price with the hope of catching a mugu that will first accept his asking price without bargain. 2. He wants to be able to sell his products at different prices (incase there are more than one product) with the option to also catch a mugu, or cover up for a product that was bargained to the lowest value. 3. Based on the customer, the product may be over priced and he doesnt want external criticism from third parties. If a foreigner shows interest, a product of N50 becomes N100! |
We are the only African nation in the top 20 countries! |

Pls can anyone tell me how reliable 2013 sorento is? Its quite cheaper than other SUVs, if anyone has used or is using this car, some heads-up will be appreciated. |
I am thinking on buying a 2013 kia sorento here in Nigeria. Pls i will like to have a little review on it in terms of reliability, maintenance, machanic/parts availability and general comfort. Its quite cheaper than its 2013 counterparts, so i was wondering if there is a catch. |
amicalpatte:Thank you. I have called. Their price is not as quoted here. At N14500, the price difference is high compared to the N10500 boldly written here. Its like Lagos people look at us Abuja residents like foreigners. |
Name: Zee Breed: Boerboel Age: 4months
|
Can someone tell me where i can get it in Abuja? |
Lol. You have a nice sense of humor. |
Zee is 4 months today.

Nicerazor:Go for; 1. pure breed German Shepherd. They are easy to train and generally very good security dogs and alarmist. 2. Caucasian Ovcharka. They are massive and inflict fear because of their size. No special protection training needed because its already baked in their DNA. But it needs a firm handler. 3. Dobberman Pinscher. Similar to GSD, but their size is not scary, until they show you some teeth. 4. Rottweiler. Silent security dogs, who will allow the intruder to come in without knowing the evil that waits. With Rotts breaking in is easy, leaving the premises is where problem dey! All 4 dogs are good at security, Rotts are best kept at home because they dont bark much, Caucasians are the most dangerous and noisy, good for farms cos they love to roam. |
UGJ2:Then go for it. They have many good qualities and getting a purebreed is no longer that hard. But pls do your research and get a good one. I am a first time Boerboel owner, i have had GSD, Caucasian, a black lab, 2 Rottweilers, samoyed mix, and mongrels (ekuke). I can say the Boerboel is the easiest to care for after the Ekuke. They eat anything and everything and are easy to groom. Good luck.... There is money to be made! |
UGJ2:Ok. Mastiffs and Shepherd breeds are generally healthy dogs, easy to train and can both be security & family dogs; that's why they are amongst the most popular in Nigeria. All shepherd breeds require more attention when it comes to grooming (especially Long - coats), giving the mastiff breed an advantage. If you can afford a little extra and get something different go for a Labrador Retriever. I believe they go for more than a boerboel or gsd. |
Juno looks loved and cared for. Because of this you should allow her develop fully before you start crossing her. Large dogs take 18 - 24 months, do not be in a hurry and cross her at her first heat, you will stunt her growth. When you look at most female dogs on nairaland, they look smallish and malnourished because the owners rushed in crossing them to cash-out. You can rarely see good looking females like you see males. Allow your dog develope fully. |
