TMKsouth: Definitely. I hear we've successfully appealed in the past so they should do it again, even if just to send warning signs for future games that SA is a no-go area for match fixing. YES. Appeal, cos I see you’re here to appeal your own case on Nairaland. Don’t forget also to appeal to: Icons4, Appeal to KOG45 Appeal to Forgiveness Appeal to TheGoodjoe Appeal to Philosopher1979 Appeal to charlesemeka85 And Danielninio0. Lastly, if your wailing mounts to futility then you can now make brutal Appeal to ECOWAS and AU. You lots are good in throwing jabs at Nigerians on this forum. Serves you right ! No football for you tillllllll 2035. |

I thought this is most sane section of Nairaland?? The negative impressions here is a turn off and almost 6pages of banters with no end result from grown up adults? Shame!
Nairaland is a big forum were folks from all works of life AND a global audience not limited to Nigeria alone engage each other intellectual. Here, being a sports section It’s competitive to agree-to-disagree on ones opinion but a bit bad when peeps in here starts throwing shades over minor issues and belittling players/people you might not even get to meet in real life. That’s very bad, people should learn to deal with Emotions and Sentiments.
This sports section might have the likes of ex-players, nff officials and even current SE players(on ghost mode) relaying one or two informations to the Glass house. We might not know how much power this section wields in sports community but believe me, few years coming, this THREAD will be given the due recognition. Alot of vital informations are put out here and people are following up, brilliant minds here educating us about one or two things some of us here are naive of.. Relaying tactical components of teams, analyzing individual players, giving updates on clubs, players, transfers sharing videos, pictures etc.. Personally, I hail them.
Now, when people engage in banters, throw shades at each other, it births enmity puts people off, kills the energy and creates a large space. A lot of folks have left this place because of this and It’s very bad. No Tree makes a forest. If you make a comment and someone disagrees with you, leave them and move on. It won’t change anything about you or the person either.
PS: Let’s Be Guided. We have more ‘’Guests’’ following up on this Thread than Members who make contributions here daily. |

I don’t know how synergy in the Team camp would look like having Ighalo back, but I personally don’t think Rohr will coerce Oshimen to release the No.9 shirt for Ighalo. It’s a tough decision to make though and I hope it doesn’t affect their relationship. |

Meliforme: Mr zuchyblink,
There are some things i would like you to know about experiences.
Some can go through many experiences learning nothing, either because they, do not understand what's going on, or are simply hardheaded.
Some experiences can be very negative and might come back to haunt. You remember Kenneth Omeruo and that South African player, (what's that his name?)
Some old experiences can make learning or adjusting to new ways of doing things very difficult. It is called retroactive inhibition in psychology.
Mr zuchyblink bearing on the things i have just said, you will have to jettison your experience talk and give focus to the best quality available. If in all your experiences you are not the best in the role you play, of what use is the experience, Mr zuchyblink?
Messi and Mikel won trophies for their respective countries because they were the best available. The South African striker, You mean Tokelo Rantie ? |
