@ Topic,
See no evil, hear no evil, talk no evil, spread no evil. grin grin

Did you take a picture of her when she was doing the kissing?

If you have no fact other than what you saw, it is best not to be a tell tale. . . . grin At best make your findings with more credibility, otherwise you can be labeled something else.

I would suggest you talk to her personally to find out what is going on with her emotionally.

RomanceRe: My Possessive Boyfriend by Pataki: 11:10pm On Jun 09, 2008
@ Poster,

I am just reading your own side of the coin to this matter. Tell your boyfriend or is it boo (you people call it these days), to come on Romance-Nairaland and state his own defense / side of the story.

Then and only then, I can make a decision on the matter for you guys.

Internet supervisor has resumed his work again! grin It seems you are already learning one or two things now. . . . . . . . So you know you go crying for attention here and there? wink

Funny that my initial quotes were intentionally devoid of your person behind it, but you still came with your incessant bleating to know that I was addressing you.

You don't have much to learn, you just need to grow up.
You certainly havent been anywhere at all besides all the noise making. Go experience life first.
You this boy, you are here again with your go and get a life talk. grin grin grin

When will you change? Preaching your sanctimonious inanities again. You really need a mentor, I can see that.

RomanceRe: "just Friends" = Very Rare! by Pataki: 2:05pm On Jun 07, 2008
I have female friends, and we can talk about just anything affecting them. But when it comes to the issue of my relationship(s) talk, I deliberately block out any discussion on that matter.

I have seen dramas beyond explanation from several categories of female friends to know better not to talk about my relationship(s) with them.
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries by Pataki: 12:42pm On Jun 07, 2008
It is not about how much you save in your account, rather more on how economically active are you in Nigeria, so that you do not create a false impression to the ECO.

Since you have most of the areas of covered now, I think you are good to make your application. All the best.

Nairaland GeneralRe: View Me by Pataki: 12:19pm On Jun 07, 2008
I wonder why some peeps here are crucifying the girl. undecided Nairaland does not give a age barrier to expressing yourself, why are some people trying to adduce an age of inferiority to her? huh

She is free to start a thread and look for whatever she wants, thats her own business. Let her be! At least she did not post her pictures as been nude, and I do not see anything offensive in what she has done with her pics.

That she is probably looking for attention is one thing, that you even addressed her in return implies you want her attention as well!

@ Poster,
You are pretty in your own looks, and you were bold enough to put up your own pictures and advertise yourself in whatever way you want to on the forum, but I think trying to create a desperado attitude for wanting a man for whatever reasons is simply wrong of a woman.

All the best.
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries by Pataki: 11:07am On Jun 07, 2008
@ lloydhill,

I have series of questions to throw at you. When did you finish your finish degree? Did your NYSC posting have any relevance to your first degree?

Who told you your sponsor must have a very fat account? Do you have an appointment letter from the factory you work with? Does the appointment letter indicate how much you earn every month? Do you have payslips to show the breakdown of how much the company pays you every month? Is your current work in line with your first degree and also in accordance with your intended Masters in Aberdeen?

There are number of issues you need to ask and clarify yourself, before making the application. Since you do not have a bank account to show what your expenditures in Nigeria has been thus far. . . . . . it is really a hard situation to tell. You have been working, and yet you never had a bank account to put the money in it. That was totally wrong of you. Aside from probably your appointment letter and payslip, how do you want to show you have a substantial living in Nigeria, even when you had started working? When I was working in Nigeria, and I was paid by cash, I painstakingly took the money into my account immediately, just to make it reflect that I was been paid monthly in my bank statement, months before I even made an application to the embassy.

However do not loose hope, possibly with an appointment letter and your payslips, the ECO may find it not necessary to look into your bank details. But often times the case, the ECO looks at your bank statement to show, how economically active you have been in the country.

Good luck.

PoliticsRe: Shell Don Leave Ogoni Land; Shout Alleluia. by Pataki: 12:00am On Jun 07, 2008
Who has the recent CSR report of shell? Nigeria played a major hit for marketing their lies therein.

When I read the report, I made it to known immediately to my listeners that all what was written therein was all lies! Of course everyone wanted to listen to me, since I was the only Nigerian in that meeting and we were all sharing our ideas and knowledge about the report, and Shell was saying they invest in Greener atmosphere in the Niger Delta, while at the same time in the report, it was clearly showing that Shell was investing heavily into purchasing firearms and security personnel!

What is the rationality behind trying to paint a good picture of yourself while you engage in nefarious activities underground. Who remembers the issue of the Shell Brent Spar incidence? Shell is not concerned about the people, they are only concerned about the money they are going to make.

I see this story as another good painting of shell by shell itself.
FashionRe: My Boyfriend Will Rather Lose Me Than Lose His Hair! by Pataki: 9:25pm On Jun 06, 2008
Topic reminds me of Samson in the bible. grin

I love my hair and I do not want to be dictated to, as to what I should do to it. If I wakeup today and I feel like weaving it, I would gladly do so.

At the moment, I have done some crazy stuff to my hair and it is crazy I know, but whoever does not like it, can as well jump into the lagoon. grin
TravelRe: Frustrated! Pls Hlp Me by Pataki: 9:06pm On Jun 06, 2008
As a family visit applicant, you would be given the right of appeal.

What was the time interval between the first refusal and now? I would suggest you appeal against the refusal. An allegation of forgery has been stated against you, and it is already in the records, so further application with them would have no credibility at the moment.

If your sponsors in the UK are credible, you stand a better chance with an appeal pulling through. You do not need a lawyer to draft an appeal!

All the best.
TravelRe: Uk Visa /seychelles by Pataki: 8:50pm On Jun 06, 2008
segzeybaba:
THIS SHOULD BE HELPFUL! Little Said

Four case studies of recent UKvisas successes:

Ghana
An applicant applied for settlement in the UK to join his British wife. However, checks showed that he had applied previously for a UK visa in Lagos claiming to be a Nigerian national born in Lagos. Furthermore, biometric checks revealed that he had previously sought to remain in the UK indefinitely, used a different identity and date of birth, this time as a Sierra Leonean national. He was arrested by the local authorities in Accra.

Islamabad
A biometrics check helped to identify a Pakistani passport holder who made an undisclosed asylum claim as an Afghani national. The applicant had travelled to the UK on a number of occasions, but whilst in the UK he had made an asylum claim using a different identity and nationality. His application was refused.

Lagos
An applicant applied for a visa, claiming never to have been to the UK before. He stated that he had never travelled outside of Nigeria before, but a biometric match revealed that he had previously been to the UK and his fingerprints had been taken at Gatwick whilst travelling under a different name. His application was refused.

Abuja
An applicant stated on his visa application form that he had never visited the UK before. But biometrics fingerscan records held in the UK indicate that he had in fact, previously been in the UK and sought to claim asylum. The information revealed as a result of the biometric check lead to the application being refused.
How logical does this sound to you? undecided Are UKvisa successes now based on refusals? huh grin

Na wa o!
TravelRe: Uk Visa /seychelles by Pataki: 8:43pm On Jun 06, 2008
@ darkroll,

Why is your brother thinking of traveling to Switzerland? Do you think that will be an added on credibility to his travel status when applying to the British High Commission subsequently?

One thing is certain here, his passport has been tampered with, and even if he travels to the whole of Europe, he will one day want to travel to UK, and DANG!!!! there pops his refusal on the ECO's computer with the refusal stamp missing on his passport!

What do you think would happen next? huh And again, he has even altered his real age. . . . . .

Where is that Tegese asylum seeker of a person? grin grin

visa officer, did i address you? if you were that good at visa issues, why was your first post in the "uk visa appeal thread" about your family members being refused visas?
@ segesege,

It is when higher level idiots like you talk, I indeed know whoever came up with the word ''idiot'' should have be thanked!

Keep going around and sniffing for errors with peoples problems from their postings on the forum and using it to attack them. A complete disgrace to manhood. I won't be surprised if in real life, you look like a dog, worthy of sniffing bags and those with asylum histories. grin

A man like you seeking for asylum, while those far younger than you are making a heaven of a living big-time. Internet amebo and olofofo.

Ta! if you do not know what to say, why don't you just keep quiet and move along.
