agaugust: I am more interested in knowing if you are male or female, leave US Army recruitment policy for internet google addicts.
Are you male or female, I keep asking since 3 days ago .
Are you female and above 18 years old ?.. Why are you so desperate to change the topic? Why do you allways run away so easily? Were you one of the men who was defending Bama? |

agaugust: You are asking me to start a new argument on US Army recruitment policy on an African military thread, does that make sense to you? I said @Patches is simply copy pasting free internet information from websites available on simply google search done inside his Soweto bedroom.

Invest your time on US Army recruitment policy if you have nothing else to debate on. Mumu . The problem is that you didnt know about the MOS system until I told you. Which is strange for someone who claims to be a pmc... Also, why cant you prove you are a PMC? You asked me to prove where I lived and I did - now you run away? Coward |

agaugust: South Africa's inexperienced air force has not deployed in ANY contested airspace in the last 20 years, last time you tried it against Cuba your jets were mercilessly shot down by Cuban teenage pilots, SAAF quickly ran away to hide on the ground sitting redundant inside air bases, while your government begged UN to hurry up and arrange peace talks with Cuba . Nigerias inexperienced airforce has not deployed to any contested airspace in 100 years. Nigeria has never engaged in air-to-air combat and Nigeria has never shot down a single enemy fighter. That is true inexperience! Which SAAF jets were shot down by Cuban pilots? I can show you the SAAF shooting down the Cubans... why cant you show me Cuban fighters shooting us down? I have alos posted the number of sorties flown in 1989 - no one was hiding from anything

agaugust: Still won't save SAAF Gripen with 25 km range missile from NAF F-7 with 35 km range near BVR missile.
Case closed . 1. You max range is 22km 2. Gripen can fly at 6500ft where your missiles cannot go and where it can still fire its missiles Gripen flying at 6500ft will destroy the whole NAF in 4min Your own source confirms this! |

agaugust: Okay, SAAF Hawk jets of 2005 era are same as those 1980s era. You train inside obsolete jets. Simple . Hawks have data-links and can drop PGM's This means they are more advanced than your F-7's |

You talk like a navy cook yet deny being one . Citations please After you provide those I will educate you |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Patchesagain: 2:58am On Mar 24, 2015 |
agaugust: I am not copy pasting procedure, I am educating your ANC imprisoned minds to know that US Army does not discriminate in recruitment of combat soldiers based on their BSc degree course of study. There are accountants, school teachers, sociologists, lawyers, and people who have never been to university all in the US Army as combatants, that's what they want, chose to be and passed the relevant tests, exams, training, etc.
US Army don't force people into a corps or department they don't want to service, it's voluntary service NOT conscription.
Olodos . When are you going to prove your claims? You said you were a researcher at a PMC - prove it You said you know a former fighter pilot - prove it Your entire argument, everything you say, hinges on the above. So prove it. |

agaugust: Are you sick?
You sit down inside South Africa using google search to copy and paste US Army recruitment information that is freely available to every human being that has internet at home and you are saying other people don't know it, are you sick? You ever joined US Army before?
You are a clueless internet addict scooping free public information from Google . Why didnt you know about the MOS system? You said you work with former US servicemen... yet I had to educate you. |

agaugust: NAF has F-7 jet with near BVR missile range 35 km to destroy the entire SAAF in 5 minutes.
You guys are sweating like mad.men on your laptops since yesterday o, because of NAF near BVR missile 35 km range PL-9C . Nope Gripen climes to 6500m Missile cant get it there Our missiles can still operate there. See - even your imaginary missile doesnt get us. SAAF > NAF (in augbgugugugs imagination AND in reality!!) |

agaugust: Yes, thanks for proving me right, range = 22 km, maximum range = 35 km according the same source. Thank you for agreeing with me . No Range: 500m-22km If that is the range it can operate in then that is the range it can operate in. |

agaugust: Nope i feel sorry for your scientific brain deficiency.
PL-9C launched from ground, the fire control radar is fixed on the ground and needs contact, but limited to 6.5 km above ground level.
PL-9C launched from air, the fire control radar is inside the F-7 jet that is already in the air from 1 km to 17 km above ground level, so ceiling does not apply .
Your Soweto school did not develop your brains to think beyond the English language on a website, the science behind it is too advanced for a South African citizen....you have the second dullest brains in the world....confirmed
NAF PL-9C missile on F-7NI jet has near BVR range 35 km...We have put Southies into panic mode today o ! . Where does it say any of this? Ohhh... i doesnt say it anywhere... you are making it up Why can the missile fly 35km away but not 35km straight up? its the same distance from the fire control radar! Pathetic Arms dealers have the final say: max range 20km Deal With It

Bwahahaha....you whipped yourself
It is NOT a Government source, just a website from China, show me government ministry logo on that source
That website is for a commercial business named CATIC....a multi-national, NOT Chinese givernment.
""To develop CATIC into a multi-national corporation with international competitiveness" is the vision of CATIC. With "deeper understanding of the market and special care for the customer."
http://www.catic.cn/indexPortal/home/index.do?cmd=goToChannel&cid=750&language=US
Your source did NOT say air to air version !
It only said PL-9C Multi-purpose missile....multi-purpose, air or ground launched !
Also, it posted the usual raneg only, NOT the maximum range, BUT army recognition post both usual RANGE and MAXIMUM RANGE.
Your source does NOT say maximum range
NAF has PL-9C missile maximum range 35 km to kill all SAAF aircraft from BVR range
GAME OVER !
The people who make and sell it say 20km. Dealers > Army Recognition Thats al that counts game over. No one is stopping you from posting whatever nonsense you want. In the end of the day, we have proven our facts - 20km max range, confirmed by the Chinese themselves And we are still waiting for you to tell us how you will shoot down a Gripen flying at 6000ft (since your missile cannot go that high) Also, please explain why the version with 35km range cannot go above 6km altitude, but the version with 20km range can go up to ~20km... its kinda like one is designed for air-combat and another is designed for GBADS You said both missiles are the same... why can only only go to 6000 ft and the other to 20 000ft? I feel sorry for you

agaugust: Both air launch and ground launch PL-9C are the same missile, same specs, same weight, same size, same fuel load, same range.
Show me where army recognition says the PL-9C missiles are different in fuel load, fuel determines range !
Same missiles, different launching locations, one from air , other from ground, same missile, same size, same fuel, same range.
NAF has a near BVR missile.....SAAF is dead stuck with short range toys
http://www.armyrecognition.com/china_chinese_army_missile_systems_vehicles/pl-9c_shorad_short_range_ground-to-air_missile_technical_data_sheet_specifications_pictures_video.html . its said that the air to air version has a ~20km range BY THE CHINESE GOVERNMENT http://www.catic.cn/indexPortal/home/index.do?cmd=goToChannel&cid=746&columnid=1914&cpid=1653&dataid=4297&columnType=102&likeType=view&ckw=ATAM#The two missiles are completely different - this is obvious to us all. agaugust: Wikipedia is an inferior source that even you can edit todsy and post wrong information.
My source is the world respected army recognition website and is very reliable.
NAF F-7 jets have PL-9C missile with near BVR range of 35 km...NAF out-ranges SAAF Gripen jets in combat...SAAF is finished o!
http://www.armyrecognition.com/china_chinese_army_missile_systems_vehicles/pl-9c_shorad_short_range_ground-to-air_missile_technical_data_sheet_specifications_pictures_video.html
. LIES EXPOSED Augugbugug is posting a ground based SAM system and trying to tell us that they are Air-to-Air missiles!! He even cropped the image so that it would lead one to beleive that it was the PL-9C missile!! This is typical of the dishonesty we expect from Nigerians on this forum - they dont have a leg to stand on so they must falsify facts!! How does it feel knowing you have to make things up to even have a chance of arguing with us about who has the better military??

Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Patchesagain: 12:59pm On Mar 23, 2015 |
agaugust: You are very wrong !
F-7 altitude is far superior to Gripen !
NAF F-7 climbs to over 17 km ceiling.
SAAF inferior Gripen climbs to max 15 km ceiling.
From extra 2 km advantage above the head of the Gripen, F-7 jet fires near BVR missile PL-9C from 35 km away.
South African air force is wiped out in 5 minutes (((((((( BOOM BOOM BOOM )))))))
NAF is more powerful than SAAF .
CASE CLOSED Hey dumbass - according to your own link the PL-9C cannot operate over 6km So, even in your falsified facts - the Gripen defeats you with ease. |

Cannonleo: straight and simple iur post stopped me from giving patches nd mike a piece of my mind.aesthetics play no role in combat.speed intelligence and firing discipline as well as composure do the job..no army is obliged to conform to a global picture cute standard when in combat.whatever wins the day for u and enables u achieve Ur objectives ensure it is done.we are different.remember a soldier dosen't have a 100% Life level this ain't a game on bullet on a vital area and he just earned his 6 foot below passport I am not talking about aethetics I am talking about basic discipline, basic kit and basic standards. Pic related. They arent wearing the exact same kit, but they are nonethless wearing their kit. And at the very least wearing the same uniform But not wearing your webbing and equipment is simply not acceptable.

Any time South Africans hear the word 'ANGOLA' they shake and tremble
. Su30 is a monster, a twin engined air superiority fighter. No one denies this, america developed the F-22 simply to counter it (even though the F-15SE is more than capable of doing so) But, the argument is no longer who is the strongest in africa (that was settled in the second post of the first page) It is now about who is better, South Africa or Nigeria |

agaugust: You are the Jackass, the oxford dictionary calls the surveillance man an OBSERVER....observation satellite....then calls the target a suspected spy....So Oxford defines surveillance as CLOSE OBSERVATION not spying
Your definition is the exact OPPOSITE of Oxford dictionary, that was why I asked you to use it.
So I let you wreck your own claims....according to oxford dictionary :
Surveillance satellite = Observer
Target being watched = Suspected spy
CASE CLOSED .
