QA slack is going nuts. They just gave themselves unnecessary headache with this new beta platform. Now because of complains they've removed the timestamp again and taken it back to normal. So many different problems mehn it's overwhelming the SCC are doing incredible work. E be like say I go forget this Silver badge copy that other guy wey open another QA account. The risk is just too much I might or might not end up in the old platform.

No mind them it doesn't mean anything. I can say Funding circle, Penn Foster or Quantum Assurance. Everyone does the same on slack and they've never been cautioned. The only thing they have strict caution on is posting screenshot of the CID.

But be careful especially if you used the same PayPal account for both. I read you can be removed for using one PayPal with multiple accounts. I go say make u delete one QA account leave one.

Why not! You can start now accumulate your funds and withdraw January or whenever you like.

There's the probability they might ask and limit the new account.
I feel you have two options you can contact webshopNG for PayPal account to recieve QA funds and he'll pay you at 300/$. It's still fine considering PayPal will deduct $5 for charges if you're withdrawing with africard. The only time you will really feel the difference if you're selling like $200 above.
Or you can find family, close friend or wife/girlfriend whatever and use their ID to open another PayPal. Only you will have the password to it and you can even put your new number there, your own new email etc. It will only be in their name and of course the africard will be in their name but you will take over it lol take over the card and continue your business. I would suggest family though mom/dad/ sister/brother or wife etc. Cus am not sure any friend will give you their card especially with everything wey dey happen for Naija.

For that to happen it means you've opened more than one PayPal with your ID so they will restrict one and leave one. In my case they restricted my new lesotho and left my old SA PayPal for me. Don't bother yourself cus even after I submitted a photo of my passport, they now asked me for document of incorporation, resident permit this and that just some kind yeye document. When no be say I dey apply for Visa. I left their PayPal for them and kept on using the SA PayPal though I can't withdraw directly to my card with SA, I dey manage am Like that.

The same release but you'll pick the reason for releasing e.g not English, low volume etc. Don't pick call preference or company preference as the reason.

Not everyone on the new platform is affected by the unedited parts issue. Only like maybe 25-30% are affected. But if they don't solve it now and allow it linger, it will eventually affect everybody using the new platform.

I didn't get any code via Sms or email, that's the problem.

The problem is either you gave the bank the wrong phone number/email or they typed in the wrong information. It happened to me instead of mikepatetim@gmail.com. The lady typed in mikepatetiN@gmail.com. Now I only get texts and not email, go to the bank and complain or firstly put the sim of the number in another phone and do what you need. Also the only notifications you will get are for alert(deduction), OTP code or when you want to change the online platform password. Good luck.

Yes you can use the same PayPal email. If you see missing contents try these first: avoid deleting the timestamp, avoid copy and pasting for now. When you want to change the chat bubble to the next speaker don't press enter immediately after typing, chill for like 10 secs before pressing enter. If the suggestions don't work then just stop picking calls until it's resolved to avoid low rating. It sucks but this is what we have to deal with unfortunately.

The same happened to me years back. Men pride themselves on having a trustworthy woman which is hard to find. No, the new ls PayPal was opened with a friend name and details. So I couldn't link my card to his account. I tried opening another PayPal in my name but it didn't reach an hour PayPal blocked it. Maybe when I get my drivers license I'll try to open a lesotho or Saudi Arabia PayPal. Cus nah my passport number I put for the SA PayPal(still very much active) and the blocked lesotho PayPal.

Did you have the issue of seeing unedited parts of your submitted transcripts? If no then you can keep transcribing as you wish delete stamp or not won't give you the issue.
This one is for those on the new platform who experienced this issue last week.

For those with the unedited transcripts problem. Pls don't work on calls for now or do so at your own risk. Our uncle is back and angry lol and has adapted very well. So, if you like avoid deleting timestamp. You will see it there. Arlen posted it this morning warning everyone but i missed it and recieved a gbangba 1 for my effort. This one even worse it will combine another person call join to your own script. Make they kuku commot me make i join again enter the old platform abeg. I don tire for this one abeg.

Read the QA guidelines very very well(very necessary) and try to understand it. Once you are confident that you understand the guidelines work on the call and cross check it after you're through. Cross check it at least twice before submitting. Possibly open a tab down for FAQ guidelines so of you're not sure you can quickly check and return to your work.

Does anyone still have the unedited parts of final script problem? If no then thankfully we worked it out. Just finished one without touching the stamps and it was graded fine.

I’m 26yrs old, working legal menail Jobs is not a problem as long as it’s possible, after masters one can talk of getting better job, but to me it’s a privilege to work and earn money for bills and maybe 50€-100€ one can send back to the family....

P.S: I read German women(especially young 20s, 30s) are strong, intelligent, educated and independent women. They're really disciplined and tough to crack but once they let you in they love with everything. How true is this? And they drink LOTS of beer? lmao be truth or myth?

For those who have the unedited final transcript problem. Don't copy and CUT and then repaste. It will cut out thr timestamp join, I tried that after I read Efosa suggestion. I still failed with 1 kongba. Not everyone on the new platform has this peculiar problem as I've noticed on slack. For those who do, treat the timestamp as sacred and avoid touching that baby or it's 1 for you. Jesus my rating don enter like 1.9 because of trial and error I just hope they give me like one more day and not this midnight.

Sometimes I wish the customers/rep would know that it is human beings not machines that transcribe this calls. Like a call I did yesterday they only spoke about the important for about 40 secs the remaining 10 mins was used on gossiping, this one talk her family problem the customer talk about her cousin is divorced and has no money but had to rely on parents to help out. I just dey provoke like mad ontop call, as in I hate gossip. I no even know say oyibo they gossip like this. The Rep was even encouraging her to go on lol. The two of them came dey do sofo. Women and gossip, I guess it's general regardless of skin color.
