FamilyRe: My Husband Gave Me An STD That Nearly Killed Me by PattyMike(m): 3:20am On Feb 10, 2020

Please tell me you're seriously considering divorce. If not, why not?
I believe forgiving an affair is possible, but giving a spouse an STD or a mistress that ends up pregnant is a deal breaker. He willingly put your health at risk by having unprotected sex with this woman and then with you. There is no forgiving this in my opinion.
Da le ru, Da le ru. Thanks madam adviser, keep your advise for yourself and your immediate family. Sister Op, it is marriage and it is for better or for worse. Thank you God he didn't give you something that doesn't have cure and condemn you to a lifetime of taking pills.... I want to believe you dated him before marriage and you knew his behavior. He will change pls pray and also give him tough time. Don't make it easy for him to cheat, make it an effort and when that effort takes it toll on him no one will tell him to give himself peace. God will bless your home with good health, wealth and children.

RomanceRe: 2 Women In My Life, Which Should I Marry? by PattyMike(m): 8:55pm On Jan 22, 2020
mrbenjame:
I think I need matured minds to advice me because I’m very confused right now. Please take pains to read my story.

I dated a lady called Susan (not her real name ). For 4 years. I loved her so much and she did too. I met her when She was preparing to enter the university. 6 months into the relationship I went for service. Came back and it was already clocking 2 years. Whenever she visits I always try to make her comfortable. So she took advantage of my care and always wanted me to serve her all the time. Even when she visits from school she would be operating her phone and watch me do what on a normal terrain she should assist me do. As a young guy I try as much as I can to let her know that at least once in a while it would be nice to get my meal served by my woman even if I prepared it (since she doesn’t like entering the kitchen). Most time I overlook it because probably she’s very tired and all that. Sometimes I thought I was just being selfish but I really wanted to feel that woman attributes but I wasn’t seeing it.

Each time we fix time for a date she comes very late and that piss me off to my bone marrow. She never keeps to time. I endured this for a long time because she never turned up early in any appointment. She calls me at late hours and when I try to explain to her that it’s late she gets angry ( I’m talking of 12 am or there about) and I’ll go to work the next day. Anytime she offends me she would want to be romantic so I’d forget her wrongs just to calm me down. But I was suffering inside.

I felt very weak emotionally and decided to take things easy.

Until I met this lady called Benita (not her real name). I liked her. I admired everything about her. So I approached her while we were going back home from work. We had good conversations and I was happy because she was fun to be with. We exchanged contact and we started chatting. Forgive me because I became happy again just talking to her. Whenever we say goodbye when she gets off the bus she times when I’d get home and immediately I step my foot in my house she calls.( already I’ve told her when I’d be home). I invited her to a date in an eatery and she turned up 10 minutes to the time. I was shocked.

I became more involved with her. I invited her home. She went to my kitchen and she said “ your plates are not washed why? I just smiled and told her I’ll take care of that. Before I knew what was happening she’s started washing the plates. I begged her to stop because I didn’t send her to do that and besides it’s her first time in my house. But she refused. I let her (though the plates were not much but I was happy). She started visiting often with food items to cook. And I obliged to assist her. She refused again. We argued until she had her way. I just sit with her in the kitchen and gist while she cooks. To me I felt I was punishing her because all I wanted is that things of such can be done by her once in a while. (I sabi pity person o. Lols!). And secondly I’m not used to a woman doing things for me for a very long time now.

She calls all the time. Talks so lively and very funny. She’s not the miss romantic type but very smart and reserved.

After a while, you can’t cheat karma. Susan found out. She came to know about Benita. And since then it wasn’t easy settling between two of them. But Susan won’t just give up and I think I’m cool with Benita.

Today Benita is in her 100 level while Susan is about going for her service.

Now I’m trying to be responsible to settle down. I talked with my mum and some close friends of mine but they’re tipping Susan for me because she’s out of school and it would make things much easier for me than settling with Benita. But I love Benita now. She makes me happy. What do I do?
One advice for you bro, the devil you know is better than the angel you don't know. Once again, the devil you know is better than the angel you don't know. A word is enough for the wise.

Hey guys. I'm thinking of expanding. Is there anyone on this thread in Berlin or Hamburg with a bit of free time. There's a business opportunity to discuss and possible partnership.
BusinessRe: What Is Your Worst Business Investment And How Much Did You Lose? by PattyMike(m): 6:11pm On Jan 21, 2020
I have a start up real estate business in USA and Germany even though I have never stepped out of Nigeria. I invested my time, fuel, internet=money cus I live in a new site. Light is not gauranteed, internet has to be with good network providers and time. First apartment was in Berlin, I got it for a Turkish immigrant in Turkey, he promised €2,000 cus of the poor qualifications he has, I searched and fought and tried and eventually got him the place. Babe go see the house, no respond my message again,(before he was always calling me on Whatsapp etc). Second person Mohammed also a Turkish immigrant in (Berlin,Germany) that one was supposed to be €1,500. He called and begged and begged that he needed to feed his family and could only afford to give me €500 next month. Next month came and it was excuse on excuse, this and that, the landlord didn't give him the house again. Later he called and said he was painting and that he'll return my call I said okay, okay Sha lamba me left and right, the only positive thing is that he was very polite and pleading, trying to calm me down. Till today I don't know if he was saying the truth or lying. The last person was in New York, USA. And if you're into world wide real estate, you'll know how difficult it is to find an apartment in new York. Especially with a bad credit score etc. She was a paralegal working with a law firm in New York, 34 year old European woman. Really cool person, the agreement was that she'll pay me $500 for my services. This period after the two Berlin dissapointment I was one my last hope, my last leg. I was literally borrowing money from friends and family to find her this place. Generator was on from morning till night, internet was burning. I got her a place in a week, pronto. She saw the place, liked the place, paid for it and as per agreement was supposed to pay me when she gets the keys. She called me and said he has gotten the keys and would pay me that evening. I done happy dey call all my debtors dey para say why they wan kill me with call, lol. It wasn't only about the money but the realization that I had done it. So many people even my own mother and fiancee said, "you that you have never even been to airport, how can you find house for people that are there and have not even seen house for themselves". Iris didn't pay me that $500 o, especially when she realized I wasn't in New York. She ignored my message, blocked me on Whatsapp, facebook. Etc. I lost about €3500= 1.4 million naira. All this happened between August-november 2019. I lost but I also learnt, now I am very sure with God's help nobody will run off again cus I have set necessary precautions. My mama who said it's not possible is now encouraging me. When I start making steady six figures monthly I will maybe do a course program enlightening it's lucrativeness and steps to take as well as tools needed. I will be a pioneer for this revolutionary means of income utilizing the world's tool, "THE INTERNET". Don't just lose, lose and learn.

This thread cannot be banned bcus everyone has and is still working to keep it clean. No PayPal rule is also being broken or flouted. grin There is no secrecy being leaked here abeg, QA no be CIA, PayPal no be FBI haha. CIDs should be masked as always, and anyone is entitled to show off whatever it is he or she wants to show off. Most do it cus it shows progress from where they started to where they are now. Some just do it to inspire others, others do it to simply show off superiority(which is very vain). But whatever works for anyone as long as no rules are broken, no adverts (crypto currency, betting etc) are placed on this thread then we'll be just fine.

On my phone, using Chrome and on the transcribing page, I go to the address bar and I type "view-source:" before the http...that gives access to the HTML code of the site/page and is same as view elements on PC. Then I do an in-page search on the HTML code, looking for "URL of call audio".
Just copy the URL in the quotation mark from the https to the last thing which is usually a number. Open another tab and paste it, it'll be the call's audio stream. You can click on the 3 dots on the stream panel and download it.

But please delete it after. So as not to go against the non disclosure agreement we signed on joining.
Why not just do it the normal way. Its fine if you fail some, just learn from it and get better. Your method is easier but it won't help you get better understanding of thier accents. If uk call is too difficult kuku do mainly US calls until you can attempt it again.

Another trick I learnt recently is downloading the call audio file, (this is illegal according to the terms and conditions but I delete immediately after) upload to the Otter analyser app on my phone and get a transcript that isn't the finished product but can help me get those mumbled words that would've been misheards or inaudibles.

Again for anybody seeing AI unedited contents in final work after submitting here's the solution, sometimes even painstakingly avoiding to delete the time stamps is no gaurantee so do this.
1. Use chrome only.
2. When you're done, open another tab on your chrome browser and type the URL into the address bar or just simply right click on QA icon and click on open in New tab. It will open and you will see your "you're still editing", click on the link and open your work back. No will not lose your work, I have done it times and times again without losing my work. I do on every call I take before submitting, but when God go catch me I started work on chrome and open in another browser Firefox, fiam my work was gone. If you use Firefox use only Firefox, if u use chrome use only chrome. Back to my explanation whenever I open in another tab on chrome and I see the unedited section, I don't mark it all and delete. I simply delete the unedited AI texts without touching their SPBs, it's stressful but needs to be done. I pack all their extra play back button in one place for them. After I've done that I reopen in another tab and when it opens I close the previous one. Usually when I reopen the new one I see the unedited AI part simply containing only the SPBs that I gather put for one place for them but no yanma yanma texts that was there before. I put all SPBs in one chat bubble. I once made the mistake of putting the AI SPBs in numerous empty bubble and was a 3 for unnecessary spaces. I complained to an SCC and she said she will forward it to the rating team and they will change it within 48 hours. It's been over 84 hours now, the 3 still dey there dey look mv face. Once again reopening in the same browser I'm pretty sure won't cost you your work. But when working on phone don't open with PC and when working with PC don't open QA with phone until you submit. Also don't open with another browser while working currently with a different one, everything I am sharing is from personal experience. I have never lost work because I opened in another tab in the same browser but I have lost work when I opened with a different browser to what I started with. Also if you clear cache with working and you do what I suggested then you're on your own cus you you will start again from beginning. Ciao!

This new platform alone has messed up my stats. Since I have refused to work with the snippets, I get regular Auto 1s due to that unremoved AI wahala. Those snippets are like timebombs.
Unremoved AI ke, tey tey problem wey we don solve. I dropped the solution to this here on NL from slack, other members on slack also claimed it work. Everyday I see AI content in my work, even just two hours ago it happened and I resolved it before submitting. Very surprised you're facing this issue.

The one we have been paying for nko?
Can we pay e.g 10k monthly for stable power. We are saying overseas there's light but for example in USA they'll pay as much $109 monthly as light bills. Water sef they pay monthly, internet dey pay monthly, heating in the house they pay monthly for it, calling and recieving phone calls they pay monthly about $40-$100 depending on the network carrier. Once again my question is, are we willing to pay for steady power supply?
PoliticsRe: As Nigerians, Can We Ever Witness Stable Electricity In Our Life Time? by PattyMike(m): 3:48pm On Jan 10, 2020
ALAGOGO007:
For many years now, Nigeria has been facing an extreme electricity shortage. This deficiency is multi-faceted, with causes that are financial, structural, and sociopolitical, none of which are mutually exclusive. Nigeria’s power sector has high energy losses from generation to billing, a low collection rate and low access to electricity by the population. There is insufficient cash generation because of these inefficiencies and the power sector is consequently reliant on fuel subsidies and funding of capital projects by the government.

At present only 10 % of rural households and 40% of the country’s total population have access to electricity. Power supply difficulties cripple the agricultural, industrial and mining sectors and impede the Nigeria's ongoing economic development. The energy supply crisis is complex, stems from a variety of issues and has been ongoing for decades.

As of December 2013, the total installed or nameplate capacity (maximum capacity) of the power plants was 6,953 MW. Available capacity was 4,598 MW. Actual average generation was 3,800 MW. As of December 2014, the total installed capacity of the power plants was 7,445 MW.
The question is, are we willing to pay for stable electricity?

Honestly if I could I would take down the test expo on here, I would. It won't help at all at all. Forget punctuations, if you can actually type what you hear then you would pass easily. But some people can't even hear the American accent used on tests and start complaining of 2s and 1s when they start after copying and pasting the expo to pass the test. I said this before, QA world has the easiest entrance test. Some people can't construct a sentence or basic spelling (through, though, easily, difference, although etc). If u fail the test it's good. Get an American movie, carry biro and paper try write out wetin dey talk every 5 mins. Improve, go back, take the test again and ace it. To the person complaining about failing the test severally, I hope this helps.

There's a hotel in my neighborhood that is up for sale at 32Million. Amazing place, interlocked wide compound for party rentage etc. By standards it is by far the best in that neighborhood and let's say in a 20km mile radius but the owner is not turning profits because honestly the place is boring dead. All that place needs is a pool and it'll be flocked in with people and a club. It's a shame really cus the built it in a high standard taste. The exteriors are tiled walls and beautiful it has about 15-20 rooms. E just dey pain me say that kind beauty in this kind neighborhood lack proper management to liven it up. It's up for 32 million and negotiable but honestly if I had the money I would grab it with both hands and turn that place to a fun lounge. I don go hotels so I can boldly say it's a standard 3 star hotel. I dey feel bad for the owner seriously cus nah distress sale. Location is around sango ota. About 2 kms to sango literally no competition but horrible management in my opinion.
