State Governments should create counseling centres staffed with qualified counseling psychologists​. People are going through issues that needs to be shared and helped to develop coping mechanisms​. Many believe depression is only caused by financial strains but it is more than that.

They are folks who are financially​ comfortable but are dealing with suicidal thoughts. This is not the forte of a Pastor or the imam' but a Professional to do deal with.

like me, sometimes I find it hard to dispose some of my old stuffs I no longer use especially when its expensive.

Though it is not easy to let go but what helps me is, I do ask myself if am traveling​ or relocating will it worth paying extra to relocate with it and​ the answer is always NO....I dispose it.
