With open chest? Back then in the early 90s, to be 18 and already an undergraduate, you be hero for your area. Many did years of youth Service at home, attending JAMB lessons year on, year out before they finally gained admission. Spending 3/4 years at home before Uni was a normal, normal back then! |

It is the responsibility of Local government authorities to arrest women who use babies to beg, exposing them negatively. By the time they get arrested they would mention the names of the children' fathers or their relatives who must be brought forward. Having children you have no plans is sheer wickedness. |

Life is all about choice...
You chose a life of success or a life of failure..
Dont be part of the spectators in life, whose purpose in life is to watch and cheer people that are succeeding...
Choice wisely.. Choice wisely indeed, don't you have family members that can also earn that N115,000? |

Reminds me of the recently aired CNN's documentary that highlighted how minors from some madrasas which are in dehumanizing conditions in Senegal are being forced to go out to beg. The chances of this helpless boy being recruited for criminality in exchange for food is frighteningly high
Have the number of children you can very comfortably take care of, it is not an abomination for your child not to worry about the next meal. |

Jordan97: Only LEGENDS know that this border closure is political.. The plan is to limit the flow of rice into the country and help DANGOTE(who suddenly went into rice production) to boost and gain market for his business..
But what do I know?? Why are you not cultivating rice? It is only takes between 90days and 120 days to harvest depending on variety and within 48hrs of harvesting, it is processed and ready to eat. At least, during the 4 years I worked in Anambra state rice sector I cultivated the rice I consumed and gave out to people. So what is holding you back? |

I Stopped a cab in Copenhagen, gave my address. "Are you unwell"? He asked me. No I'm not. I answered confused. "Then you can walk. It's just around the corner".
I walked for more than 30 minutes.
Don't know whether to be grateful that he saved me money or angry that he made me suffer Just like most Kenyans, you asked them for direction and they tell you your destination is not far, just a walking distance and 30 minutes later you are still trekking but I have gotten to love walking. |
