Bros, there's power in the tongue. I have used repetitive words to bring healing upon myself and a forgiving heart. If you can say to yourself everyday that you don't or won't watch porn like a thousand times, it will work,especially when you wake up.

What I do is write such things on a paper and paste it on my wall. Things like I am healed or I forgive this person. Sometimes I stand in front of my mirror and say it over and over again.
