I have noticed that most rich pastors are not bothered about challenging the need for members to pay tithes and offerings. When challenged about it they always find a way to defend it even if it was an old doctrine that is not recently practiced the way the bible specified it.

By virtue of Christ resurrection the kingdom of God is already here. But before he was crucified when he was yet with his disciples , it was easier for the camel to go through an eye of the needle than a rich man to enter the kingdom because it required the disciples to sell their belongings and give the money to the poor and follow Christ as poor people for them to attend this same kingdom we are enjoying freely today. But selling their valuable properties and give the money to the poor to follow Christ was not comfortable for the wealthy people at that time, only the poor who had nothing could afford to do that. That's why Jesus said blessed are the poor in heart..

But after his crucifixion and resurrection it wasn't so anymore.

As a matter of fact the kingdom is wide open to all classes of people irrespective of their economic status, no segregation . So long they believe in Christ they are all saved .

1. the existence of dinosaur was only known at recent times through the discovery of fossils. Hence, the name dinosaur was given to the species recently, not at the time it existed
2. The names that all living things or creation bears today were never the names that was given to them during creation. For instance, lion was called something else not lion.
The name lion is even the common English name : panthera leo which is the latin scientic name wasn't even the name of the species some thousands of years ago, rather it was something else.

So, you coming to say Adam should have brought the name dinosaur, I mean, do you hear yourself talking?

This is different from entering the kingdom of God (Heaven). Someone can be saved through faith and yet still miss heaven if he doesn't have good works to back his faith. For example, the early church the Apostles started in Act 2 was made up of people that were already SAVED through their FAITH (Acts 2: 47).
Ananias and Sapphira were members of the church, meaning they were already saved as believers. But when they fail to do the good works they were supposed to do and lied about it in church, what happened? THEY DIED. But do you think they made it to heaven? Obviously not.
The scripture gave us Faith as the condition for Salvation, and good works as the condition for making Heaven; Therefore it is easy to see that Salvation is different from entering the kingdom of God.

Jesus himself told us that when he comes (future tense) to judge the world, he will REWARD us according to our works , so time doesn't change anything about this. Before Jesus died, the yardstick he said he will use to reward us WHEN HE COMES is still the same today because he is still yet to come.
Assuming you have a brother that travelled to America about 15 years ago, and before he left, he promised to buy you a car immediately he comes back. Now, your community had developed over the years, and the government had built an airport there. So because times and things had changed will you start believing that when your brother comes back he will buy you an aeroplane? Even if he will do this, God is not a man that can change. What he said he will do when he comes, is exactly what he will do.

Salvation is different from making heaven. Salvation is achieved through faith, while you are still alive... Heaven is achieved through your good works when you have finished your life.
A certain rich man once asked Jesus: "What shall I do to enter the kingdom of God?" Jesus gave him only two conditions: 1. Keep the commandments.
2. Sell your riches and use the money to help the poor.
In summary, keep the law and do good works. Those fake preachers who tell you to ignore the law and good work and just have faith in Christ are the ones spoiling this world.
