Indeed. Although it is a victory for the transgender community, it may create problems for those of them who visit foreign countries that do not recognize "non-binary" gender, assuming the US State Department allows US passport holders to identify as non-binary. I wonder how that issue would be resolved.

California Governor Jerry Brown signed first-of-its kind legislation over the weekend that enables residents of the state to choose a third, non-binary gender category on California state-issued IDs, birth certificates and driver’s licenses.

The Gender Recognition Act, or Senate Bill 179, also reportedly makes the process of an individual changing their gender on legal documents easier by no longer requiring a statement from a physican declaring that they’ve undergone “clinical treatment.”

“As the LGBT community — but especially the trans community — is under assault in this country, California needs to go in the opposite direction and embrace the trans community and support the trans community and modernize these laws,” State Senator Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco), who co-sponsored the bill alongside Sen. Toni Atkins (D-San Diego), said in a statement.

While Oregon and Washington D.C. have undergone steps to make it easier for citizens to legally identify as non-binary, California is the first to enshrine a third gender category into law.

Brown also signed legislation this weekend that enables transgender people to change their name while incarcerated, which proponents say will help them get a leg up faster once they leave prison.

A number of other countries already have or are in the process of passing legislation that allows citizens to legally identify outside of the gender binary, including Australia, Canada, New Zealand, U.K, Pakistan and Nepal.

I’ll advise you to study your state’s driver handbook for, like, 3-4 days before taking the exam. That exam can be quite tricky too.

Not trying to rubbish your list. But we must understand the purpose for which some of these friendlies are played.

Firstly, it is not every time you get the opportunity to face an Argentine team that has the likes of Leonel Messi, Di Maria and co. Let us have the opportunity of testing our "Oyinbo wall" against these top players. If they can handle Messi, Dybala and Di Maria effectively that could give them the mental strength to face other attackers in the world cup.

We should focus more on exposing our 'A' team more than the fringe players. Only 3 of the whole sqaud have played in the world cup. It basically means over 70% of the 'A' team are green horns as far as facing opponents of that calibre is concerned.

We need our 'A' team to play more together. Thank God there are rooms for 6 substations we can be introducing those fringe players little by little.

So for that Argentina friendly we must start our best.

Victor Moses is out for a month with his hamstring injury. Balogun is also injured too. So, it won't be out of place for Rohr to give Esiti, and Nwakaeme an additional chance to show what they could offer at the WC, if they make the squad.

Of course, I agree with the FIFA Deputy Secretary on this one. People forget that the reason why FIFA ordered the South Africa v. Senegal match to replayed was that there was substantial evidence implicating the Ghanaian referee of match-fixing.

But, so far, there has been no credible evidence of match-fixing from the official who oversaw the game in Uyo.

Thursday was the reiteration that we should go read 10 chapters for the midterm exam.

Did a 6 hour round-trip on Friday to unwind, I cannot go madt reading books. Lost so much time though.

Turned in an assignment on Sunday, had to rush through Friday's assignment due on Monday

Turned in an assignment on Monday, told to prepare for midterm exam. This one should be easier.

Getting set to take a midterm exam today, Tuesday. Did I cover all 10 chapters?? When I reach hall, I go know..

An assignment is due on Thursday (will I be able to meet the deadline?), also we have the Fall Carnival then or have I forgotten the Carnival date?

Another exam is on Friday, na wa o.



Overall, no time to drink beer or chase woman...
