^^^ ![]() Now I hate such shocks. I was enjoying the forum till I read that. Is this section the only one where people play each other? cz I dont find that in the other sections. |
coogar:oops coogar. That pendo is not solo. But come to think of this. NL is business for the owner S. If one decides to do biz here then its only proper that they get value for their biz NO? If for instance you are here to date then I see nothing wrong in one applying all the techniques available to woo the girl/boy. Some upload pics, some talk big, some flirt, some will put their addresses,I mean it could all be recipe for wooing and they are working hard at making it work. But who am I to bother? There's a dating section exclusively for that and last time I checked its pretty active. My only worry is one. A girl registers and she has her age as 13 and shes pretty young just looking at her pic. Next, one or two guys (one doesn't even know their age/profession) start questioning her.She realises shes a small girl in the middle of sharks and she decides o change her age to 20's. From 13 to 24!! so as to 'fit' Then the flirting begins, exchange of mails,fb id etc. Ok that always make me shudder but what to do? You picture a forum with 700,000 members. You assume all of them are professionals, students etc etc? Some people here know each other offline I guess. I don't know but if they date that is their biz. I just love wishing people the best so wherever love comes from embrace it and move on. I cant make what you do with your life my biz really. My advice is whatever one is here to do just it well and catch your fun. The real life is when you log out. |
wow what a forgiving spirit that man had. I feel sorry they lost the child. But I want to go to the bottom of your paragraph. Forgiving is not the easiest thing to do esp when somebody for instance Desecrates your daughter ,murders your parents or just destroy ur biz. That is why it is commanded by God. Lemmie remind you of a short story. Rem JC while praying at the garden? he almost sweated blood as he pleaded with God to take away the cup (crucifixon) if it was his will. The forgiving part was painful 4 him to bear. Try to forgive even if you dont feel like so that you an be blessed. And those bad things humans have like jealousy, selfishness, anger are there to remind us that the flesh is weak.It cannot be redeemed. That is why we need the guy upstairs to help us deal with our souls so that the goodness can flow. Can the world be a better place? nope. because it has its own master. learn to accomodate each other's weaknesses and you will live a happy fulfilled life. |

is that an arm on his body? sad. |
Babes you must have been very observant and keen. By you posting this it means it has worked on some dudes before. |
C'mmon people. why waste so much energy bashing each other online.Do you guys know each other in the real world? just ignore. and have fun. Crown Prince:since op is trying to be imaginative then I will assume this. Most goverments and corporates have switched over to e-tendering.They use digital signatures and certificates. Its very convinient because data is validated and verifed as trusted as soon as document is sent and received. Now that rules out rejection of a document because of errors. A huge company awarding a 5 billion dollar contract would try and use the most effective system available to save on time and cost. The paper work is just too much work. (rem we are imagining) |
yep chima a quickie. Its better than nothing. Men get excited so fast so it will work out.If it was the other way round? no squeakie will do. lol. |
That is what I call a very good problem. How many men wish their wives were like that. But as you explained she's idle so bear with her. One day you will wish for such demands and not get them cz she will be demanding rest not sex. In the meantime try and keep her sexually excited( talk sweet nothings) the whole day so that when you get home you just do a quick one when tired and snore. good luck |

This brings about delays in Cargo arrival at destination ports and increase in charges as well. |
ERITREA ARMING ELSHABAAB ![]() The possible role of Eritrea in supporting Al Shabaab insurgents has come into sharp focus after the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) confirmed that two aircraft landed in Baidoa with a consignment of arms for the rebels. Although KDF did not name the origin of the aircraft, chatter on many Somali Internet sites, quoting Al Shabaab, said they were Eritrean. Eritrea has been accused of pouring flames on the conflict in Somalia by flying in weapons and explosives to the militants using the airstrip in Baidoa, a town controlled by the militants. Kenyan troops fighting Al-Shabaab inside Somalia have placed 10 towns under surveillance after the militants apparently brought in a consignment of arms for retaliatory attacks. During the invasion of Somalia by Ethiopia, Eritrea harboured leaders of the Islamic Courts Union (ICU) and its military wing, now Al Shabaab, and was accused by the United Nations of supplying them with weapons to fight a proxy war against Ethiopia. On Tuesday, a member of Somalia’s Parliament, Mr Mahamud Abdulla, told a Somali news agency website that he witnessed over 10 vehicles from Baidoa airstrip enter a building in the area over the weekend. He said Al Shabaab informants told him the weapons included heavy artillery and explosives. Flushing out al Shabaab militants can’t be achieved by knee-jerk reaction Qualitatively, the Kenyan military is far much more superior to other East and Central African militaries. However, the fight against Al Shabaab is a very risky mission. The Kenyan Army, with its aviation wing, light and heavy armour, can push deep into Somali and secure all areas suitable for militia bases like water points, villages and towns near the Kenyan border. The Kenyan Navy is the only truly sea-going navy along the Eastern Africa coast, not considering the world-class South African fleet. It can therefore effectively blockade the Somali coast bordering Kenya up to 100 nautical miles into the Somali territory without much effort. |

This question is very raw. Is this a call confirming that you have won the contract or one that requires you to tender? I think you are stretching your imagination in the wrong direction. A multibillion dollar contract of this magnitude is a huge project requiring lots of planning so there's no way any sane person would call, inform you that you have won and expect you to be at site the same day. That happens in dream land. your wedding goes on. Another thing,if its a call requiring you to tender then just know that such huge contracts don't come through a phone like that. To avoid corruption, they are advertised and interested parties submit tenders. If you win the tender the planning process begins. There's a time limit to submit tenders so who is this calling you on the last day expecting you to get all documentation ready, pay fees etc etc? And if you are worth that kind of contract (meaning you are not a small person) then you must be in the know so you cannot afford to be late in submitting anything on time. invalid. |

At the end of the day all the good girl needs to do is know which buttons to press without compromising her character. I would never advise a 'good girl' to turn 'bad' in order to hook a guy because statistics are in favour of the 'bad'. She can work on her attitude,be open, attractive, be less rigid, exposed and still get married. Some girls act the way they do cz they have been brought up to view men as ogres. After all the big challenge is not in getting married but maintaining the marriage and that is a different ball game. Lol Lindabon. Quite a good analysis you have there. Av read it twice. |
not really every man, since some men prefer quiet, submissive wives who dont challenge them. the yoruba proverb (is it) about two rams drinking from the same gourd.
By challenge I meant intellectually. You can be both submissive & challenging. It doesnt mean putting down a man or belittling him. Its being able to disagree amicably because you hold different opinions to issues. Picture a situation where the wife doesnt ask any question or participate in decision making. Its not submission but oppression. sexsinners:One doesn't need to sleep with many guys to understand a man.Good strong relationships are not all about sex you know. But I will tell you one secret. Sex comes to seal everything else you know about each other. The intimate connection takes place in the mind and flows down to the intimate organs. You want to understand a woman you dont have to sleep with her. Capture her mind first. |
What is a good girl? a church goer? a virgin? a missionary style gal? crazy the way people define it here. The kind of good gal the op is referring to is mostly the shy type, the one who is afraid of exploring new things, not willing and open to learn, the one who is just there expecting the man to lead in everyway. The one who will never initiate anything on her own. The man thinks for her, she's becomes a bore. She has so many boundaries it kills romance. The bad gal here is not necessarily one who sleeps around or has had multiple bf. Its the open and expressive girl who understands a man's psychology and knows the right buttons to press to make him feel like hes on top of the world. The girl who is not shy to experiment. She thinks and initiates things. She challenges the guy. That kind of girl is every man's desire. |
Jeez!! |
Damn what were u doing at our cattle ranch? lol I will demand a fee. Murungaru is just there you know. |

Cuddlemii:cuddlemii. you really are funny and provocative nl and reality are 2 different things. Some people just choose not to display their wild sides here.I like people who don't reveal or expose their private wild side to the world except the one they cherish.i find it appealing. general stuff for public |
Yeah. But hes a big investor.Whatever he does will benefit the citizens. At the end of the day its not who puts bread on my table but the fact that there's bread to put on the table, |
Indian tycoon tightens grip on Kenya’s real estate market Indian tycoon Mukesh Ambani is deepening his foray into Kenya’s real estate market with a series of office and residential property developments that have already earned him an estimated Sh2.5 billion in profits, barely three years after his first investment in the country. Mr Ambani, through Delta Corporation East Africa – a local subsidiary of his Indian conglomerate Reliance Industries – is currently constructing multi-billion shilling office towers in Nairobi’s Upper Hill and Westlands areas. Delta Corporation East Africa is also developing a multi-million shilling residential estate in Athi River. The 53-year old Indian business tycoon is believed to have pocketed Sh2.5 billion from two recent property deals, one of which was last month’s sale of Delta Centre to the World Bank. Forbes Magazine has listed Mr Ambani as the world’s ninth wealthiest person with a personal fortune of $27 billion. The multi-storied office tower that Mr Ambani sold to the World Bank is located in Nairobi’s Upper Hill area and is estimated to have cost Delta East Africa Sh960 million to develop, returning a profit of Sh1.24 billion after it was sold to the World Bank for Sh2.2 billion. Ongoing sale of the Sh550 million Delta Plains estate in Athi River — comprising 153 residential units is estimated to have fetched Mr Ambani’s companies Sh548.8 million. He has so far sold houses worth a total of Sh1.2 billion with each unit selling at a price of Sh8 million. Multiple sources familiar with Delta East Africa’s plans say the Indian billionaire is betting big on Kenya’s real estate, and has projects worth an estimated Sh3.4 billion in the pipeline. Teams Management Services (TMS), another wholly owned subsidiary of the Reliance Industries, is leading the design and construction of the multiple development projects, which have positioned the Ambani business empire to becoming a leading player in Nairobi’s real estate space. “Real estate in East Africa has been identified as an emerging opportunity with immense potential by the Company,” reads a statement on Delta’s website. “To tap this opportunity, the Company has entered into a 40:60 Joint Venture, Delta Corp East Africa Limited (DCEAL) with a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited.” It read further. Mr Ambani is the chairman and managing director of Reliance Industries, a family business that has grown to be India’s biggest private company and is also listed in Fortune 500. He is the eldest son of Dhirubhai Ambani, the late founder of Reliance Industries. Other Indian multinationals including Tata Group, Essar, Bharti Airtel and AMS Properties have also made major inroads into Kenya in the recent past, placing them amongst the biggest gainers of the decade-long boom in the country’s economy. Backed with their resource-rich parent companies back home, their foray into nearly all critical sectors of the Kenyan economy has been rewarding, at least going by their planned investments. Share This Story 5Share Tata Group has said it is scouting for investment opportunities in geothermal electricity generation in Naivasha, perhaps to benefit from the perennial shortage of energy in the country as supply continues to lag demand in the ever-rising need for energy to power the expanding economy. Michael Odera, the chief executive of Tata Chemicals Magadi - the firm that extracts soda ash from Lake Magadi – recently told the Business Daily that he has been tasked with evaluating the geothermal potential in the Rift Valley to inform the multi-billion investment in about five years. Tata Chemicals will commission its newly installed Sh10 billion soda ash purification plant in Magadi early next month, expected to double the firm’s output to 700,000 metric tonnes per year. “We are now moving to Ol karia in Naivasha where the geothermal wells are thought to have the desired potential,” he added. |
