Oh somali 1. undecided You are still here?
Come post these stuff on a kenyan forum so we can engage you well.
I want you to challenge Kenyans and the goverment with your ideologies.
Nigerians don't know much about EA and the el-shabab conflict,so don't spend so much energy fighting here.

Romance / Re: My Girlfriend & Sister Fought Over The Car Front Seat, Who Do I Side? by pendo89(f): 2:40pm On Sep 14, 2014
Your girlfriend is extremely foolish, proud and self centered.

It doesnt' matter who was in the front seat. If it's occupied move to the back! That's how normal humans behave.

Education / Re: Egypt Air Wrongly Routed A Nigerian Student To Moldova by pendo89(f): 7:26am On Sep 14, 2014
Egypt Air is Crap for sure.

My luggage got left in Cairo but thank God it came on the next flight. .
I also know that Nigerians are treated suspiciously at transit points. Blame those who tarnish the country's name abroad.

Can't verify this story as the poster sounds extremely ignorant of travel rules but being 17 yrs old,I understand.

xp17:

Now I very careful on Wat I ask, becos I don't wanna ask 4 Wat is gonna bring disaster in future, that is way I kept asking for less wealth.

Thank God for my life.

No No God have pity on your life!! like seriously we still have people reasoning like this? You don't ask for what is going to bring disaster, so you ask for less?? What is this this that is going to bring disaster? wealth? knowledge? Who taught you how to pray a lie?

That's not scriptural at all its heresy, mental captivity-a tool of the devil which serves to make you lazy, stop you from working hard lest you become rich.Such people spend half day in church daily 'praying and interceding' instead of joining the rest in the market places to fend for their families or taking a course to study and improve their lives.
I call it Laziness camouflaged in religious activities.

Look here, everything happening has already been prophesied, so your present acts only act to speed up, or delay them from happening, but you have no control whatsover to stop what God has already ordained.

Now get this right 'THE PRAYER OF JABEZ'
"Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain." And God granted his request.

That's how to pray-GOD ENLARGE ME.SILVER AND GOLD ARE HIS,so Please drop those weak pitiful prayers that don't move God, but the devil.

And before you misquote me,God will work on you first before he enlarges you.Pray according to scripture not emotions.

True Acid,

But my question ; 'why do we seek solace in religion when the answer could be lying with that guy called pagan doctor or aethist? They aren't the answer, but a vessel carrying the answer.God determines whom to use to deliver, not you/pastor.

I am thinking that the 'deluded ones' are against advancement in the medical profession and view anything outside the church perimeter as devilish.
Pity.
Nairaland / General / Re: Why Are Pastors More Revered In Nigeria Than Doctors And Other Professionals by pendo89(f): 3:59pm On Dec 08, 2013
farem: 'religious silly advice'
This your quote has confirmed the level of your " I am a christian".
Do you want to convince us further? Mr 'christian'

will give you an example-'do not undergo an emergency operation until God speaks or it's against our doctrine.
does that sound smart coming from a pastor?
@ farem,I am born again, but I point out foolishness when I see it. Many 'born agains' are delusional and perish for lack of knowledge-The knowledge here is not limited to scripture only and that is why many are taken for a ride and die poor and sick.
Do I believe in miracles? Absolutely, but I am against ignorant decisions taken by some.

There are christians who can challenge the pastor in good faith when he goes wrong. Are you one of them?

Nairaland / General / Why Are Pastors More Revered In Nigeria Than Doctors And Other Professionals by pendo89(f): 3:06pm On Dec 08, 2013
Just thought that I should ask this after reading a thread on -CS in Nigeria.

I am a christian but I will choose a doctor's advice if faced with a medical condition over a 'religious silly advice'. Same to the other professions.
Why do people follow religion blindly and suffer social, physical and economical anguish as a result? Are well educated people dumb, hypnotised or fearful of 'disobeying' the man of God?

Who bewitched who?
TV/Movies / Re: Why Are Nollywood Movies Always So Delusional? by pendo89(f): 2:48pm On Dec 08, 2013
Because they are mostly watched and enjoyed by a delusional audience which forms a large % of the world's population and whose returns are sufficient to keep them under production year in and out.

I think it's a dude, camouflaged as a chic so as to attract customers

Was patiently waiting for someone to say this because of a gut feeling. nl is a great place but funny people masquerade as posters.

Science/Technology / Re: Kenyan Men Chase & Capture Cheetahs, That Were Killing Their Goats by pendo89(f): 8:02pm On Nov 20, 2013
raficki87: in kenyan villages one of the rights of passage before you be a man is to catch a lofe antelope(a fast animal) so the young man goes out with two older men with a container of water so they chase the antelope. you should note that this chase is more of tracking the animal through its footprint so most of the race they dont see the antelope, as they track and get closer to it bcuz of the noise and movement the antelope runs again before it rest properly so accumulared fatigue and most especially dehydration and the hot sun after about 4-5 hours the antelope wont run again even when it hears footsteps due to fatigue
NB:the final 2-5 kilometers is done only by the young guy trying to be a man/adult. and when he catches it he kneels down and pray to the gods for the meal before he slits its throat.
so you guys that dont believe should not be myopic because this is a long/endurance race +they had water with them which the animals dont. and they dont use bows and arrows bcuz its a sin. you must capture an animal and PRAY TO THE GODS ;if not you are comiting an abomination

What 'kenyan villages'? Kenya is a country with 43+ tribes so you can figure out the villages and stop generalizing.
The Masai tribe people talk about are not long distance runners either. They are Good Herders with lots of cattle competing with the wild for pasture in THEIR REGION, not the whole Kenya.
-Please note that Wild hunting is ILLEGAL in Kenya, that is why they couldn't kill it.

Since I do not see any co-relation btwn this story and our marathoners, I can only say that catching wild is possible if you understand the animal's psychology and these guys do very well.
