Franklin Delano Roosevelt (FDR), who was elected four times as president of the United States, serving from 1933-1945—some of the most turbulent years in U.S. history—was the very image of a strong leader.A fact was that Roosevelt was a victim of polio, shocked could not walk. He was almost never photographed in his wheelchair, But Was Image of a STRONG leader

Diversity Visa Lottery 2011 (DV-2011) Results

The Kentucky Consular Center in Williamsburg, Kentucky has registered and notified the winners of the DV-2011 diversity lottery. The diversity lottery was conducted under the terms of section 203(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act and makes available *50,000 permanent resident visas annually to persons from countries with low rates of immigration to the United States. Approximately 100,600 applicants have been registered and notified and may now make an application for an immigrant visa. Since it is likely that some of the first *50,000 persons registered will not pursue their cases to visa issuance, this larger figure should insure that all DV-2011 numbers will be used during fiscal year 2011 (October 1, 2010 until September 30, 2011),  read more by clicking the link below

What surprise me most is that Nigeria has the Highest Number of entry than any other country in the world who applied for it, What does this insinuate of our country Nigeria?

Nigeria Could Face FIFA Expulsion After President Goodluck Jonathan's National Team Ban
President's intervention being investigated.

Nigeria could be expelled from FIFA as a consequence of Nigerian president Goodluck Jonathan's announcement on Wednesday that he has banned the national side from competition for two years as punishment for their poor performance at the World Cup.

FIFA are investigating the Nigerian president's announcement, which also includes the Nigerian Football Federation being dissolved and an interim board appointed.

If the world governing body decides there has been unacceptable government interference then the country could be expelled.

Sepp Blatter has already warned France's government against their involvement in the French federation's affairs, and under FIFA rules national associations can be suspended or expelled if there is such interference.

FIFA communications director Nicolas Maingot said: "The worst sanction available is that a national association can be expelled but this is not related to either of the two cases.

"In terms of Nigeria we have received official information from their government.

"We are looking at both cases. FIFA has a very clear position on political interference but it is premature to speak further about either case."

Special presidential adviser Ima Niboro said: "President Goodluck Jonathan has directed that Nigeria withdraws from international competition for two years to enable the country to put its house in order.

"This directive became necessary following Nigeria's poor performance in the ongoing World Cup."

Nigeria finished bottom of Group B behind Argentina, South Korea and Greece in the first World Cup held in Africa.

A true Nigerian can never be afraid of his homeland,  embarassed If you're  nice to your people at home then there is nothing to be afraid of because you'll be protected, then if you're afraid of them because of money or kidnapping issue then they'll consider you to be a stingy person if at all you're the bread winner of your house. I will advice you not to worry about anything, send them money and gift and expect a nice welcome ceremony,  WELCOME TO NIGERIA/NL,  grin

TV/MoviesRe: Do U Still Watch Nigerian Films? by pendusky(m): 6:18am On Apr 01, 2010
The naija movie industry sucks! My family has placed a total ban on watching naija films. Reasons:
1. the storyline is always heavily faulted logically.
2. The costuming is appalling. It is a common sight 4 a rich man (for instance) in the story 2 appear wearing an old, rumpled and ill fitting Aba made suit.
3. They keep using the same actors n also keep writing scripts in basically the same story line.
4. Worst of all, the dialogue is so dry, lacks innovation and is totally predictable.

Post other reasons why u feel naija movies sucks
I dont see any Good thing in this post,Lets take for example If your child is not doing well in school, what do you do? do you abandon him/her? no instead you encourage him/her and he will do more, we can not criticize our movie industry for it to do well,  So please, our movie industry needs encouragement to perform well.  I think it your post and the follower that sucks!
