You use to be his biggest supporter even when he exhibited worser manner before but you and your crew suddenly hate him because he didn't support Obi. When he was attacking late former president buhari and Ameachi, you all were okay by it. He will keep pressing you guys neck.
Where will you stand if Wike stands criticizing Tinubu tomorrow?

All of you will just open mouth and shout since Ambode, how many durable road projects was done by Ambode, aside Abule Egba and Epe axis, point out to any road that is was durable for 6months after construction, same Ambode that isn't aware there are other projects outside Road and Waste mgt, I remember how people were complaining about the state of the state then, Brt was abandoned because he wanted to introduce a new set of Brt bus.
Same people that condemned Obj, see his as the next best thing when Yar'adua came, same Yar'adua that gave our institution longest strike break then, then turned UAE as his resident country, he became the next best thing when Gej came, the clueless Gej became a darling against the brain dead Bubu, now Bulabalu can't lace the shoe of the brain dead Bubu.
You say Ambode knew nothing else aside road and waste management? Who built the Oshodi interchange that you people now use to campaign for Tinubu?

And show me where Sanwolu has replicated the kind of thing Ambode did in Epe and Abule Egba.

The way you people process information just shows why you support the people you do.

Is Elrufai a minister?

Do you even realize that the relationship between Elrufai and Emir Sanusi is so ironclad that he would never direct a sub at Elrufai?

It’s like saying that America directed a sub at Israel.

You know the thieves Sanusi is referring to. They are plenty in Tinubu’s cabinet.

One of the public thieves was just recently eased out as APC National Chairman.

So, Sanusi is talking to the drug lord in Aso Rock, not Elrufai.

The one that will be washed away after one heavy rain like the sakamanje they did in Ikorodu?

I went to Port Harcourt and saw the huge difference between purposeful leadership and the disaster that has been going on in Lagos since Ambode was booted out.

For a state that generates about 20billion monthly as IGR with huge allocation from FAAC, Lagos should be a construction site.

But what do you have?

Estates and communities are the ones who now contribute to build their roads.

Go to Awoyaya axis of Ibeju Lekki. In fact, the entire Ibeju Lekki and even Ajah and Sangotedo, zero internal road network.

But come to Port Harcourt, almost all internal roads are tarred. City is serene and neat.

Unfortunately, fools keep defending the ineptitude in Lagos leadership. Either due to ignorance or self sabotage.

The wife of the former governor of Kaduna State, Mrs Hadiza Elrufai, has praised Nigerians of Igbo origin who are based abroad for majorly contributing towards making Nigeria proud abroad.

Mrs Elrufai was most likely reacting to the major part played by Igbo-Americans in the recent victories of Super Falcons in Morocco and D’Tigress in Abidjan.

A great percentage of these Nigerian Americans making us proud abroad are Igbos. There’s always two sides to every story.

Onanuga the old foool!

Nothing warranted Peter Obi doing one term when he served as Anambra governor. There was no compelling reality.

Unlike now, someone from the south has done 4 years and Peter Obi is promising to serve out the remaining 4 years. That’s the difference.

Sometimes I wonder if these people are being deliberately mischievous or this is how shallow they are in understanding.🤦

Ex-President Yaradua’s younger brother and a former senator in the 10th Assembly, Abubakar Yar'Adua, has resigned his membership of the APC and joined ADC.

I knew there was a reason Tinubu is scared of the coalition.

PoliticsRe: INEC Derecognises Abure-Led Labour Party by Penguin2: 3:57pm On Aug 03, 2025
INEC should therefore accept the candidates of the Nenadi Usman led NWC of LP for the election and not exclude the party entirely from the election as that could be grounds for invalidation of the election.

PoliticsRe: Bye Elections: Labour Party reacts as INEC delists all Party candidates by Penguin2: 1:00pm On Aug 03, 2025
fergie001:
My point exactly.
It's better they accept one let the other go to Court.
Because if Abure and Usman go to Court again, SC will recite the same thing. Now Usman has planned for delegates to conduct a National Convention, that should be done ASAP.
Let’s wait and see how the whole thing plays out.

But if the rumours are true, then I think INEC has recognized Usman.
PoliticsRe: Bye Elections: Labour Party reacts as INEC delists all Party candidates by Penguin2: 12:53pm On Aug 03, 2025
fergie001:
Yes, the Supreme Court Judgement came days before the Primaries that produced Moghalu. Even at that, INEC is wrong for not accepting any candidate but again, they should go to Court.

It has happened before between Ararume and Ibezim. INEC went to technically put just APC without any candidate. Infact, INEC announced the winner without mentioning the name of any candidate. They couldn't do the same here though. That was wrong though so I wouldn't conform they do that now.

Again, the Usman-faction conducted Primaries for Edo Central.
Abure's candidate is Paul Okojie
Usman's candidate is Christen Osereme Omofoma
Oh, I didn’t even know the Usman faction conducted a primary too.

INEC should accept candidates from one faction na instead of rejecting the party entirely.

Well maybe it’s dictates from Aso Villa. INEC is no longer independent.
PoliticsRe: Bye Elections: Labour Party reacts as INEC delists all Party candidates by Penguin2: 12:12pm On Aug 03, 2025
fergie001:
INEC didn't recognise Peter Obi faction.

Like I stated earlier, Abure's tenure ended in March last year so INEC & NLC started the fight against Abure before Otti/Obi joined in. INEC is only saying Labour Party has no executive, hence no Primaries etc.

However legally, INEC is wrong. Similar issues happened between Kingsley V Okey Nwosu, ADC & Anor... The Federal High Court concurred with a faction but the Appeal Court was unequivocal that leadership issues are internal affairs of a Political Party, if the Court cannot interfere, who then is INEC? INEC itself does not have a legal right to disqualify any Candidate whatsoever (see APP v Diri). The Party can sort itself out but INEC has taken a position, then let them approach the Court.

INEC itself is somewhat confused. The Commission recognised George Moghalu whose primary was also conducted by Abure even after the SC judgement, so what happened now?

cc Penguin2...... Nenadi Usman & co haven't done what they are supposed to do.
Until recently, INEC had Abure listed as LP chairman on their portal while citing court order which is why they accepted George Moghalu from the Abure faction.

But I’m supposing that as of the time they accepted Moghalu, they were yet to interpret the Supreme Court judgment and take action therefrom.

But they seem to have done that now and have decided to obey Supreme Court ruling which reiterated that Abure’s tenure has ended.

The only reason LP may not have candidates in the bye election could be because the Nenadi Usman faction didn’t organize any primaries.

But you can’t tell me that INEC will look at that Supreme Court judgment and decide that the best interpretation is that LP is now without a chairman/chairperson.

Igirigimercenar:
Fergie001, what does this mean?

Does it mean that inec recognize peter obi faction of the labour party?
INEC has recognized Nenadi Usman as the authentic chairperson of Labour Party based on Supreme Court judgment which is final.

INEC is also likely to accept candidates from Nenadi Usman supervised congress.

Peter Obi is now fully in charge of the Labour Party.

I was telling some Agbado people here but they chose rather to excite themselves in ignorance and I let them have fun.
