naijapips04:What’s your Authority? DMO or Statisense? |
Rebelutionary:I don’t think if Obi borrowed, he would have been telling the world he didn’t borrow. My engagement with the Op is that I first wanted to establish to him first that his claim is fallacious before I can now go on to explain to him how the debt increment came about; if it was through Obi’s borrowings or through magic. But remember that he first claimed that Obi met 16million dollars debt in 2006 but increased it to 3billion dollars by 2013 according to DMO which according to him was an increment of about 200%. That was why I set out to call out his many fallacies. First, by according to DMO, Anambra’s debt as of 2013 was 3billion Naira (not dollars). Now, convert 16million dollars in 2006 to naira by 2013 exchange rate and see what that would give you. You see, don’t always let these liars deceive you. They are merchants of fake news and lies and that’s their only hope of victory. I’m not saying Obi is a Saint, no one is, but he stands tall above all those contesting with him in 2023 election. |
naijapips04:And in increment by 1kobo is 200%? |
naijapips04:But have you accepted you were wrong to claim he increased the debt profile by 200%? |
naijapips04:But it wasn’t increased by 200%, right? I need us to establish that before we start to talk about how the external debt increased. If it was truly borrowed or other factors. |
Lol! Fashola thought he could bamboozle people with half truths but met a fire brain who put him in his place. Yusuf Datti might have the clout of Kwankwaso to make Obi’s pathway to victory easier but he’s definitely a better candidate than any northerner alive. The Obi-Datti ticket is Nigerians’ best ever; maybe after Yaradua/Goodluck ticket. |
naijapips04:Have you considered that the change in debt rate may have been occasioned by change in exchange rate? |

Your DMO data said Anambra external debt was $16million as of 2006, but this Statisense Data you are posting here is saying $18million. Who should I believe now? And if we take DMO as our Authority, how am I sure that other figures in this Statisense Data are accurate since it is already in discrepancy with DMO as regards Anambra debt in 2006? But let’s assume this Statisense Data is authentic, Peter Obi left office in 2013 but 2013 data is not there. But we can try to speculate a figure for 2013 by using 2012 and 2014 figures. In 2012, the data stood at $24million while it was $42million in 2014. We can speculate therefore that Anambra External debt stood at $36million as of 2013. Now, if we take the above speculation to be true, do you think you are still correct with your earlier claim that Peter Obi grew Anambra debt by 200% considering that the debt only grew from $18million (Statisense Data) to about $36million? |
Felimax:I have a friend on this forum who says he stays in the north and thinks Tinubu will win the Northeast and Northwest. |
Tor! Are you talking of this Oshiomole that is sweating from his teeth because he’s contesting ordinary senate? On the day of his campaign flag off, Peter Obi was in Auchi and people abandoned Oshiomole and went to see Peter Obi and even waited for him for hours. Oshiomole was the first to dismiss Obi’s chances by calling his supporters “4 people tweeting in a room” but those 4 people will ensure he loses that senatorial seat to the suspended National Youth Leader of APC who should not be older than Oshiomole’s third child but we will ensure that insult happens.

Taaaaaaaaaaaaah |
Taaaaaaaaaaaah! Give it the right title… “Crowd Stone Tinubu in Jos” Which one is “Crowd Throw Away Campaign Materials At APC Rally in Jos”? Is this the reason you guys didn’t push this to front page since yesterday? You were looking for a title that would diffuse what happened in Jos yesterday; that APC got stoned even with Buhari, Tinubu and about 10 governors in attendance. Tinubu lule! Ndi ala! |
Ikpaitid:Tinubu will be the president of your life sir. Thank you |
naijapips04:If only you were a little more patient to look more closely, you’d have seen that 2006 rate was calculated in dollars and by 2013, the debt rate was calculated in Naira. |
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GN6vS8aFN10 Yesterday, the ruling APC was stoned by angry Nigerians at their campaign flag off in Jos, Plateau State. Recall that Plateau is the home state of the Director General of Tinubu’s Presidential Campaign. Different monikers posted the video but none of it was pushed to front page. And the question is why? This is unlike what happens when there’s bad news about other parties or presidential candidates. When Soludo wrote his disparaging article against Peter Obi, it was moved to the front page with the speed of light. When Atiku goofed in Kaduna by asking Northerners to vote only a northerner, it was rushed to Front page. Now, Tinubu and his party was stoned in Jos with Buhari and over 10 governors in attendance and it didn’t make front page even though there are different clips of it from different angles which confirms that it’s not fake news. I want to see Tinubu snub CAN. And I’m sure he would. |
TimFisher2:I weep my dear. My happiness is that in trying to bring Peter Obi down, Soludo destroyed himself. He will forever rue the day he wrote that infamous long epistle. We will never forget! |
Lol! After The Cable abandoned their stupid Fact Checking, Mynd44 has taken the mantle from The Cable. Please do fast and push it to front page. But Peter Obi will be president |
Trump my man. Even if I applied for US visa and got denied when Trump was president, he would still be my man. I’m sure Putin, his friend, wouldn’t have invaded Ukraine if he (Trump) was still president of the United States. However, I don’t see Trump winning in 2024. If they could defeat him as an incumbent, it’s not likely he’d defeat Biden now. But fingers crossed |
This picture captures the moment the APC presidential candidate, Alhaji Ahmed Bola Tinubu was being supported to throw a fist at the party’s presidential campaign flag off in Jos, Plateau, today. Recall that after being declared winner of the APC presidential primaries in June and handed the party flag, Tinubu could not raise the flag by himself which prompted the president and the national chairman of the party to lend him a hand by helping him hold up the flag. This raises the question, is Tinubu really fit for the post he’s gunning for? Nlfpmod Mynd44

Na Tinubu BATstards I dey pity sha! Those fools keep packing Tinubu’s poo and defending the indefensible week in week out. From defending Tinubu’s drug dealing past to defending his non-existence in Deloitte database and now this blunder that only but exposes that Tinubu is Memory Loss Patient. Only brainless fools with dead brain would still support such candidate. |
Decongestion of Lagos Seaport? This is what Tinubu BATstards don’t like hearing. Those fools want everything concentrated in Lagos. that’s why they are justifying Federal Government building another Deep Seaport in Lekki instead of revitalizing other seaports in other parts of the country. These are the FG infrastructures that boost Lagos IGR yet they have nothing to show for it. |
OneCandleAway:Obama must be feeling very stupid right now. |
OneCandleAway:Thunder fire Obama |
kenedy175:Lol! But you can see our Oga up there that thinks we are wrong; that Tinubu is more popular than Atiku in Northeast and Northwest. |
Kyase:Hmmm! You claim to live in the north and are saying this as someone on ground hence I’m not gonna stretch the debate until February proves who’s right or wrong between us. |
Kyase:Yes! They could have been imported by Atiku men to embarrass Tinubu. But, bro, Tinubu is not popular in the north. He can’t win Northeast and he can’t win Northwest. Wherein lies his chance? |
Kyase:Lol! But I’m sure you are seeing the light now, right? Did you believe Tinubu would be stoned in Plateau? The home of his Campaign DG? |
“Stone us if we fail” Amaechi, 2015 “Nigerians should stone us if we fail.” Late John Momoh. Nigerians are simply obeying the words of APC by stoning them after they failed woefully. If Tinubu can be stoned in Plateau, imagine what will happen in Kano . Kano people might likely set him ablaze ![]() Please tell Tinubu to abort mission. I’m sure if Wike and his group had any inkling of thinking of supporting Tinubu, this singular scenario is enough to tell them there’s no road there. Tinubu is bad market anywhere… whether north or south. |
I keep telling people this same thing. The masses in the streets of the north have rejected Tinubu just like those in the south. Kyase tells me dynamics are changing in favour of Tinubu but reality keeps proving otherwise. Nobody genuinely likes Tinubu. I know this is power tussle and sometimes the bad guys win but how many votes will Tinubu buy? |
Lol See clean response without bitterness. I’m almost driven to tears. You see class? Dem no dey buy am. Once you are classy, you are classy even if you have no shishi in your pocket. And once you are classless, you are classless even if you have all the money and degrees in the world. Peter Obi is a definition of class. Soludo is a classless Mgbeke who would forever remain in the shadow of Peter Obi. Soludo will regret the day he took up a pen against Peter Obi. |
