seunmsg:How far now you’ve confirmed it’s “Deputy SSG” and not “Deputy Governor”? Next time don’t be faster than your shadow |
APC rules out special preference for Jonathan in their dreams. I’m sure this was written by Tinubu supporter. That was how they said Buhari had no preferred candidate for APC chair even after they heard he had endorsed Adamu. Why do Tinubu urchins like living in delusion like this? |
seunmsg:So you don’t know they are resigning to contest elections? Seems I rate your cognitive capacity higher than it is. |
Tareq1105:To MTN? |
Golan007:Is that how bitter the truth is tasting in your mouth? |
They’ve finally turned 2023 to a joke ![]() All I know is that all things are working together for Peter Obi. But thinking critically, I think this is Tinubu foes giving these men money to buy ticket to chop into Southwest delegates since Tinubu thinks he’s smart and is insisting on Indirect Primaries. Osinbajo and Amosun will share Ogun delegates Fayemi will take Ekiti delegates. Akeredolu might direct Ondo delegates to vote Fayemi or Osinbajo. Oyo will be shared by all Southwest aspirants. That leaves only Lagos and Osun for Tinubu. Southeastern and Southsouth delegates would rather burn in abyss than vote for Tinubu. Whie northern delegates will definitely go for whoever Buhari endorses. Tinubu and his urchins will forever regret his 2015 treachery against the south. |
mrvitalis:So you think Southeast will vote Jonathan over Peter Obi? You expect Southwest to vote Jonathan after Tinubu and Osinbajo are shortchanged? You expect the whole of Southsouth states to vote for Jonathan especially those who would understand the implication that a Jonathan presidency would shortchange the South? You expect North Central to cast bloc votes for Jonathan after the massacre that APC led FG has supervised in that region? You expect Peter Obi to lose the Northeast with Atiku support and Dakwambo (for instance) as running mate? |
todugo:Supposing PDP zones its ticket to the south (which is unlikely anyways) and Atiku accepts the decision and decides to throw his weight behind Peter Obi, then the ticket is for Obi. Or which other southern aspirant in PDP do you think Atiku would possibly support at the PDP primaries? Especially when you consider that Wike is not a friend of the north. |
1870ntyy:Ha! |
Permutations and schemings is rife on how former President Goodluck Jonathan might end up being APC’s presidential candidate for 2023. But let’s assume he succeeds in clinching the APC ticket and PDP zones its ticket to the South too and Peter Obi succeeds in getting it, I’m of the thinking that Peter Obi will defeat the former president in the general elections. Now, let me give you a practical analysis of how it would happen (ceteris paribus). First of all, If APC hands it’s ticket to Jonathan, the campaign in the entire south would be that the north wants to shortchange the South through Jonathan which we must not let happen. Then comes the Tinubu factor… With Tinubu and the Southwest feeling hard done by APC in handing ticket to Jonathan, expect the Southwest to cast protest vote against APC in favour of Peter Obi. Then is the Amaechi factor in Southsouth… Although I must admit that Amaechi may not influence much as to who the Southsouth would vote for, I don’t see Amaechi supporting Jonathan which might make those sympathetic to his ambition cast protest votes against Jonathan. Add that to the fact that all Southsouth states except Cross River are PDP states. That is the entire Southern votes for Peter Obi. Then we go north… With North Central states of Plateau and Benue and almost all others, becoming killing fields for rampaging herdsmen without much respite from the APC led FG, expect the entire North Central votes to go towards PDP at 70:30 ratio. To the North East, if Atiku throws his weight behind Obi, and Obi chooses somebody like Ibrahim Dakwambo from Gombe as running mate, expect the North East to vote for PDP at 70:30 percent ratio or 60:40 at worst. Then we go to the ‘almighty’ North West. I’d like to point out here that Buhari had always won this zone but never became president which shows that the relevance of the region to the result of presidential election is over-flogged. However, if Kwankwaso had not defected to irrelevant NNPP, I’d have wanted him as the best running mate to Peter Obi which would have given him considerable votes of the northwest. But with Kwankwaso out of the equation, I’d suggest PDP focuses on NC and NE votes which when added to the votes of the entire South, should be enough to guarantee victory for a Peter Obi ticket. Regardless, with the activities of banditry in Kaduna, Zamfara and Katsina, the people of the region are growing disenchanted of the APC and might want to tilt towards PDP at the elections as a way of registering their frustrations. So, PDP might end up garnering about 40 percent of the votes from this region. So, in conclusion, I expect the voting pattern of a square up between Jonathan and Peter Obi to go thus in favor of Peter Obi:- SE = 99% SS = 60% SW = 60% NC = 70% NE = 60/70% NW = 40% These is a realistic assessment of how things would go without bias nor sentiments. However I’m not expecting everyone to accept it and I will be glad to see people point out what will be different. Penguin is a bird of reason! Lalasticlala Mynd44 |

Double hard time for Tinubu urchins. Everyone is leaving their WhatsApp group. First it was Dapo Abiodun Now it is Itse Sagay Who really stand with Tinubu like this? |
Lol. It’s obvious Tinubu have more opposition within than he has without. It was an insider that leaked his urine video. Now another insider has leaked his parkinson video. Look at the man well, he is now shrinking. He’s obviously not same height and size he was in 1999. But idiotic and brainless stupid retards and social irritants will still come here to give hollow reasons why Tinubu is their only lord and saviour. If Tinubu becomes president of Nigeria, I will deactivate my Nairaland account Ndi ala! |
YahooG:No go talk nonsense and make the guy lose his opportunity. Because I can see you live in heaven or have sorted for you and that’s why you don’t have street experiences or what recruitment firms mean. |
Iamyemmie:It’s legit. Some charge 50% sef. Seems you are a rookie to job search |
Why is Enugu-Onitsha Expressway not among the roads to be concessioned? Or is the MTN deal still on? |
donphilopus:Don’t worry… There’s enough anointing oil to go round ![]() |
Ajens1991:Tell Wike to go and die. He and his supporters. Meanwhile go and listen to Wike’s interview with Dele Momodu where he said he’s not Igbo. So you don’t make blind arguments. |
Wike said he is not Igbo and we have taken him by his words. He is therefore ostracized from getting any privileges from Ndigbo. He and his children shall never be allies of Ndigbo. I’ll rather vote Tinubu than Wike. |
Gentlerespect76:He’s your next president sir. Especially as Jonathan seems to be foot dragging with the plot to get him into APC. Nwajiuba is incoming president. Deal with it |
fyneguy:Nobody will ask anyone to step down. They will simply be made to see reasons with they idea which they can decide to disagree with if they want. |
MikoB:Wait, you mean Dapo openly endorsed Osinbajo today? Have Tinubu urchins heard this news? Because those fools like to live in delusion. |
No Igbo among the invitees… Mark my words, it is in this meeting that Buhari will ask the founding fathers to support Igbo presidency. |
So he has been owing Kogi workers so he could use the money to buy presidential form for multimillion naira? And what’s it with every politician wearing Isiagu? Why are they not wearing Yoruba Agbada? Or is that how Yoruba votes have become worthless? |
Pakute:Second Niger bridge is Second Niger Bridge and will never be Muhammadu Buhari Bridge. |
For Atiku’s sake, Reno has turned Igbo hater. Ok. |
sogodihno:Let’s see who go tire |
LeoDeKing:An Igbo man will be APC flagbearer. Go and write it down. |
aspabay:God will never will rubbish |
fergie001:Sharp sharp na. There’s no way somebody who never participated in the election will institute a case on the outcome of the election which he was never part of. The law is truly a bitch. It can fork you up ![]() |
fyneguy:Nobody will release statement from such meeting. It is going to be a confidential agreement amongst the leaders which will now inform the direction of the party. Watch out |
LeoDeKing:Now, can you explain to us what you think led to the exclusion of Ogbonnaya Onu, Chris Ngige and Okorocha who are hitherto always invited to meetings of APC leaders and founding fathers? And about Buhari handing over to an Igbo man… Let me tell you something, the southeast has been one of the greatest beneficiaries of the Buhari administration especially as regards infrastructure. Second Niger bridge Renovation and overhaul of the Akanu Ibiam International Airport Enugu-Port Harcourt Expressway Enugu-Onitsha Expressway Recognition of Anambra as Oil producing state Return of wrongfully allocated Oil wells to Imo State from Rivers State. And lastly, being someone who fought in the Civil War to keep Nigeria together, Buhari knows that the continued corporate existence of the Nigerian experiment can only be possible through giving power to an Igbo man which is a valid clamour. It will be a big dent on his name that it was during his time that Nigeria disintegrated through his divisiveness. So, sit down and watch. Fyneguy |
