Truthisunique2: pain is beclouding your thinking
Tinubu told oshomole to fight obaseki, obaseki got a lower court order to sack oshomole from his ward (he failed to file an appeal in the stipulated time because of his pride and couldn't be apc chairman by such court order)
Hillary ETA and Giadom challenged individually to act in oshomole space, giadom won the decision
Giadom by himself legally dissolved his committee and handed power to a caretaker committee of buni
Where did buhari scatter apc in all of this, it was tinubu that scattered apc because of greed of controlling edo Tell him |

Indispensable85: Ur brain dey ur anus. Was INEC present when oshiomhole was removed and forcefully replaced by Victor Giadom who subsequently forced a NEC meeting in less than 7days? Where are they now? I'm sure they're all secretly regretting now. Their was a court order to that effect which was served on INEC and INEC had no option than comply with a court order. |

Truthisunique2: the reality is that the current acting apc NEC is not just illegal to INEC, tomorrow is the deadline for alerting the public officially on the 26th convention
The real secretary won't sign, so it's going to be double illegality when they would use another secretary to carry out more illegality
Las Las convention would be postpone till further notice, bumi would get his wish to have convention and consensus primary the same date very close to INEC deadline
At the dieing minute they would tell the world that apc have microzoned president to south south since south west have biggest southern position
By the time it's microzoned to south south only amaechi would be left standing, it would be an obvious consensus Nothing for Tinubu and his urchins |

Truthisunique2: the news looks authentic even without the source yet
You use the constitution to decipher it yourself, the new constitution the drug urchins crafted said INEC must be involved in every decision and meeting of parties
So far tilumbu urchins have been telling us buni fled, was sacked no where was a meeting with INEC carried along in such major decision
This is why as little as the next meeting by Bello on the 17th he wanted to inform INEC to come partake before they were bursted that the meeting that should legalize him never existed Exactly my argument in my thread. Buni became Caretaker chairman through the decision of the NEC of APC which was validly convened by a court recognized chairman of APC as of then. NEC, discharging its powers as the highest decision making body of the party, appointed Buni and others to manage the party. And I think INEC participated in that meeting and therefore recognized Buni as APC chairman. Consequently, only Buni or Akpanudoedehe, according to APC constitution, can call for another valid NEC meeting or organize a convention where a change of guard will happen. Until then, Bello, Elrufai, Akeredolu and their sponsor Tinubu, is engaging in a dance of shame at the market square. |

Truthisunique2: Dem dey learn for this game
Notice INEC said buni had to initiate a meeting and tell them he was leaving and handling over to Bello
But zombies made gullible people believe buni was kicked out, yet INEC recognizes him as the distinguished chairman of apc Lol. I just pray this news is authentic so that Tinubu urchins will consume Rataki. On Buni mandate we stand. I wrote a piece telling them that Buni cannot be removed but they were convulsing in the mouth. I guess things are getting clearer now. |
Politics › Re: Apc Crisis: Inec Rejects Governor Bello As Chairman And Mamman As Secretary. by Penguin2: 8:32am On Mar 11, 2022 |
If Buni legally transmitted powers to Bello, then he has powers to write INEC and INEC should recognize such letters.
However, Mamman signing as Secretary vitiated the entire document because the APC secretary did not also transmit powers to someone to act for him.
Bello might argue his case.
But Akpanudoedehe remains APC secretary.
Bello and his co-travelers have met a brick wall and there was never a time they were going to succeed with the coup.
Only Tinubu urchins thought otherwise.
Buni remains APC chairman. |

Politics › Rebuttal: No Provision That Appointees Must Resign 3 Months To Congresses. by Penguin2(op): 4:03am On Mar 10, 2022 |
In this thread, https://www.nairaland.com/7022491/electoral-act-2022-what-fatesNonpartisan1 one erroneously avered that the Electoral Act 2022 in Section 84(10) mandates that political appointees must resign 3 months before party congresses and by so doing misled the reading public. Because a check through the Act has shown that while Section 84(10) does state that political appointees must resign their positions before they can stand as aspirants or delegates in party congresses, it is silent on the timeframe that the resignation must happen. What this means is that an appointee who wishes to contest an election can resign on the morning of a party congress and would still not have offended any law. This is the true position of the law as against the fallacy that was earlier posted. The full Electoral Act can be assessed below https://www.lawyard.org/news/download-nigerias-new-electoral-act/Lalasticlala Mynd44

The last line though… “May the lord have mercy on you” The diocese don vex. The ‘priest’ will still continue with his ministry since it’s a registered private property with Corporate Affairs Commission which legally bestows ownership on him and not the Diocese of the Niger. And believe me, he will still be getting thousands of gullible congregants who he would feed with their usual line that the Bishop and his men are “fighting the Holy Spirit”. There’s one like that in the Catholic Diocese of Abakaliki. When he started showing signs of mental derangement by becoming overly devoted to Mary in a way that is totally different from the Church’s doctrine and dogmas, the Bishop tried calling him to order but he remained recalcitrant and the Bishop suspended him. That was the last time he was loyal to the bishop till this day. He went and sowed himself and Episcopal regalia and became his own bishop. He started taking seminarians and ordaining priests. He developed his own doctrines and dogmas. In all these, gullible people still followed him. He broke many homes because a lot of husbands separated from wives and vice versa. I can’t tell it all. But I blame the Bishops, they will expel the good ones and ordain the wrong people priests only for them to become something else after ordination. |

C Nonpartisan1: According to the section 84(10) of the new Electoral act recently signed into law, act which any government appointee interested in contesting or voting for any candidate in Party primaries must resign their positions 3 months ahead of such primary elections.
Now according to the recently released INEC time table. Political partiers have between April 4 to June 3, 2022 to conduct their primaries and ensure resolution of disputes from the exercise.
It means, going by the above provisions in the act and INEC time table, any government appointe who may be interested to participate in his or her party primaries and didnt resign by at least March 3rd, 2020 stands disqualified.. Where is 3 months here? Seun Lalasticlala Mynd44 Rule 8
