Angelfrost: Okay... I will concede that the team looks more solid defensively compared to the first few games.
Still, I have him on probation in my mind. Lol! Leave Arteta and Ole alone abeg. Just like how players from academy are given a chance to develop amongst a team of word class players, so should some not-so-known coaches be given a chance to attain world class status amidst a pool of world class coaches in the game. At least, since Ole’s reign, we have consistently qualified for the champions league and played in several semifinals and finals. That’s something world class coaches like Louis Van Gaal and Mourinho could not consistently guarantee. |

Go and check Man U games prior to today's game and probably the one against Liverpool.... Man U dey conceed and Dem dey score too. That’s what I’m saying. Man United seemed solid today from midfield to defense. Unlike in previous matches where the team is easily torn apart by opposition attackers. Let’s hope that this is the start of a new era. |

Angelfrost: Are they now??!... A run of wins doesn't mean shit! Time will tell!
Arsenal needs a solid coach!... The kind of football they play is not the Arsenal we grew up watching and admiring. While clubs have philosophy of play guiding them, don’t you think it’s inescapable that pattern of play will remain the same after a two coaches? You might want to dismiss Arsenal’s run of wins as nothing but when you watch them play, you see a solid team that can pierce any midfield and defense. The Leicester City they beat 2:0 today defeated Man United scoring 4 goals. Give Arteta some credit for finally getting his art together to an extent so far. |

I don’t know where Ole invented this 3-4-1-2 formation from but wherever it came from, it has just solidified Man United and made it compact.
So far it has been as if we are playing with 15 players.
Let’s see how it ends as we pray for a win.

ejimatic: APC is good at foresight and political calculation .I know already that Odili would not be there at the SC by 2023 because of the state and presidential elections. The ruling party is of the opinion he is an ally iof PDP Wike of Rivers State. The ambush laid on Odili's house yesterday is the beginning of her turmoils and removal so as to clear the way for victory in 2023 election. Onoge 2018 supra APC play deadly politics and that’s why we don’t doubt anything anymore. |

fergie001: Penguin2...I think the CJN is Ok.
Odili retires May next year and the CJN retires in December 2023. Thanks for the clarification. At least it clarifies the fact that it might be because they don’t want her to replace Tanko. |
Politics › Are You Sure All Is Well With The CJN? by Penguin2(op): 11:26am On Oct 30, 2021 |
In recent times, news have been flying round that the CJN is incapacitated and it’s his son that is calling shot.
Who knows if the incapacitation has gone beyond the level that can be managed hence the fear of the cabals and reason why they are going against Justice Mary Odili since she will be taking over from Tanko Mohammed should anything happen.
Meanwhile, it’s imperative to note that Mary Odili’s retirement is closer than that of the CJN. I think Mary Odili is billed to retire in 2023 while Tanko is to retire in 2024.

The stupid Fulani man did not see illegal dealings going on at the Chief Justice house or the house of other northern judges, it is the house of Justice Mary Odili that he saw illegal activities going on.
And as is usual with the Fulani led FG, they are following it up with the speed of light.
But the FG is following due process before declaring bandits as terrorists.

How are we sure the security guys didn’t pay 20million naira to recover rocket launcher from bandits? AdeniyiAr9: Good morning house, I currently work with one of the telecoms companies in Nigeria on a contract job; the pay is 60k (720k per annum). However, aside my salary, I do one or two things on the job that gives me like 10 k every week.
Approximately I earn about 100 k every month. I started this job started early this year. While on this job, I got connected for a new job with an indigenous oil company on a full time basis and was surprised the pay is 1.2m per annum, though I truthfully expected more. For this new job am to leave my comfort zone in south western Nigeria for the south south.
I currently run my masters degree, meaning I will have to defer my admission. I'm also very much always needed in Church
Note my current job is without leave and it's contract based. But the new one is full time and am entitled to 5 weeks leave yearly.
Please serious advice needed. No bashing of any sort Look at your reasons, ‘comfort’, ‘church’, are you sure you want to make it in life? You could be laid off anytime from your contract job. I hope the church will feed and pay your rent. Plus you haven’t started the new job. There could be some allowances that you are not aware of yet. There would be promotions. There could be some deal you would also be doing to get some side money. Honestly, I’m surprised that you are confused. God will answer some people’s prayers and they will say they are confused.

But time and again he has demonstrated that he can be a man of his own; shrewd and with tact.
Because of that, I don’t mind him becoming president but definitely not in 2023.
